These guys went above and beyond helping us try to locate and fix a short/fuse/SOMETHING that was affecting our trailer lights. From Vinny loaning us his knife to Bryten getting down on the ground to help us check wiring and test connections, everyone here is just wonderful. Thank you!
We came in for a fuel pump and they ordered the wrong one 3 different times and they couldn't figure out the price. It seems to be a glitch in their system, which would be understandable but the younger employee kept telling us to buy the wrong part and "just make it work." That was not helpful. Go to AutoZone instead.
Was traveling through on my way home to BC in my 30 foot motorhome and had trouble filling up my rear tires which had low air pressure. I use an aftermarket TPMS and had trouble reattaching one of the sensors to the valve stem, letting more air out then I could put in with my small compressor. I asked a neighbouring store for help with putting the sensor back on, which was refused. Not so at this store. I was offered the help and advice I needed and Brighton reattached the sensor for me and helped with topping up the escaped air. Brighton and his coworker had good advice on how to proceed and where to stop for more permanent help with the tire on a Sunday. I truly appreciate their help in getting me (at this point somewhat distraught as I had tried for over an hour already and was losing more and more air) back on the road and home safely. The sensor performed well for the rest of the trip. Thank you!
My order and line store pick up was not not great on the pickup having to stand around waiting for service 2 employees one was busy with others person in charge of online orders had part on the counter and had to be called up to help which still wasn't handled well professionally I was hoping it was going to be quick that's the reason I used the service online store pickup do to having a deadline and was set back.
The staff here is helpful, and the store is well stocked for most things you'll need. Even ordering items are a quick turn around. There is even an option for delivery locally. Prices are pretty reasonable too
If i could give a negative start i would have!!! Called to find out how much it was to charge a car battery and the kids that answered was so enthused... NOT!!! Won't be taking my business there any more. Ya know if you don't like your job, THEN QUIT. Don't be such a downer on the phone. People want to hear a happy voice through the phone, not some one who really hates being there. Your parents should have taught you better.
Had a emergency arise on my way home. Stopped at auto zone in laurel and was closed at 7. Stopped there because I had a warranty on my alternator. So knew I wasn't going to make it home so Stopped by. Eddy was the auto parts guy working. And I have never been treated so good. Got my alternator got it in and he helped me get the serpentine belt on. He was so kind and helpful. Eddy is now my go to guy and the store just got a new customer.
This store is super clean and had the oddball item I needed!!
But what sets this store apart from others is the customer service!

I asked about a cost on a transmission and engine for my old 2004 Ford F-150 and they not only gave me a quote and it was a good one. They even printed out the cost and visited with me about all my options, which was very helpful and classy! Thanks for everything, even though I ended getting a used engine, I am forever grateful for your kind help and I will stop and get parts for everything else I own. Much appreciate good customer service 👍🙏
Always like going to O'Reilly's if I need Auto Parts they have a very clean and organized well-maintained store recognizable storefront usually plenty of parking and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful as well as patient they want to help you find the right part that you're looking for and will help you as much as they can
We had gone into this place of business looking for a part that was needed for my husband's truck. We were not greeted when we walked in and there were only 2 customers in the store besides my husband and I. We walked around trying to find what we were looking for, could not find it, and as we were walking out is when an employee acknowledged ore existence. Playing with the small child 1-3 yo was way more important than helping paying customers. That is why we now shop art NAPA only. If this had a speck on the review stars that is what I would rate this place as. Very poor place too shop. I do not recommend it for your shipping needs.
