The people who helped me here were beyond stupid. I asked for a day running light for my vehicle and I received a head lamp, I also asked for an oil filter for my vehicle, and they said my car doesn’t have an oil filter. I drive a Honda accord, it has an oil filter I’ve changed it before. They also could not find any part I asked for in their system. Literally didn’t help me with anything I asked. Useless employees do not go here.
Really horrible experience. Went in for some quick splice connectors. Had two sizes as I was unsure what I needed. Waited for 2-3 minutes while the lady employee behind the counter was having what seemed to be a personal conversation with another customer. I was finally called over and explained my situation and that I did not know the wire size for sure. I was promptly told that she could not help me unless she saw the wire. I asked if there was a way she could look it up in their system and was again promptly told she could not help me without seeing the wire. I felt completely dismissed and demeaned. As i turned away to put back the two different products on the shelf she then resumed her personal conversation with the previous customer.
Left the store vowing to never come back to this Napa store again. I headed directly to O'Reilly's where the gentleman was able to look up the wire size in their system and walked me to the products available. Now that is customer service and will be switching my business to O'Reilly.
Drove from shepherd ,on the verified word of the guy on the phone, to purchase a part . When I got there they asked for double the amount quoted . When trying to get to the bottom of this I was given a "buy it or leave " type attitude. Go anywhere but here . Would not recommend

This store has never let me down. Friendly and knowledgeable staff have gotten me to the right parts in times when I didn't know what the right part was! I don't even live near this store anymore and still come back when I need the right part the first time!
Last few times I went there they have got the wrong parts. They got rid of all the good help and got usless help now !!! It was a good place at one time , now you can't trust the help
These guys went above and beyond. Helped us out broken down and out of the way. Brought us a part we needed and lent a hand even. Super good group of guys and would have been screwed without the help. Thanks guys!
They have the parts you need and usually the service to back it up. Sometimes their service is a little slow, especially when you a questions about a product on the shelf, but I think this is attributed to being short handed, not incompetent.
When I realized I needed a new car battery, I had trouble finding one to fit my car. So I called NAPA to order one in for me. Jimmy went the extra mile and offered to check other vendors in town and managed to find one. When I arrived to pick it up, Jimmy was at lunch. Patrick filled in and not only took care of my purchase, but installed my battery as well. I just had to share how much I appreciate the great customer service from these two!
My Dodge Intrepid battery kept losing charge. Went into Laurel NAPA and Travis came out to put a tester on it. It was low in cranking amps and showed about half life left. He looked at the date I bought it and replaced it no charge. Thank you for your service.
