Incredibly positive experience! These guys are simply amazing!! Drove in from Shelby to service our camper one and a half hours away! Took our bad tire with them and dropped off at a tire facility so that we can have a spare for our journey back to Wisconsin! Made our trip so much less stressful!
Cliffs towing has saved us twice now when our car broke down on the interstate and we were stranded with our small child. I will always recommend Cliffs towing.

Our truck broke down just south of Shelby on I15 pulling a flatbed trailer with a bunch of junk on it. We called Cliff’s for a tow and they showed up quickly and got the truck on the hauler and towed our trailer to Conrad to the hotel until the parts store opened the next day.
They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

Our brand new car broke down on the way to vacation in Billings Montana from Canada and this company saved us! After hours and hours of waiting on hold with our road side assistance (of which we paid for at the dealership) these kind people helped us out! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We got a flat tire when we left Many Glacier area, there was hardly any reception in Babb, MT where we stopped for help.
We have run flat tires so we limped the car to Browning, MT which was nearest town. After reaching out to so many towing companies, the only company which was ready to help was Cliff’s towing in Shelby. They came within 45 mins to Browning and towed our car to Cut Bank, MT. Very grateful to mother and daughter duo at Cliff’s towing. A+++++ for service. Very highly recommend.
We broke down along the side of the road coming back from Havre to Kalispell in snowy, icy January. We barely had cell phone service and were quite worried but managed to call Cliff and he answered right away. He said he was going to a job and about to leave for a long haul but said he’d be happy to swing by and pick us up and take us to the car repair shop in Shelby before he left. When Cliff arrived, he was very friendly and told us stories all the way to the repair shop and then when we asked him for the bill, he filled out an invoice and said we could submit it to our insurance company however we wanted to in good faith and then drove away. We appreciate very much his kindness and highly recommend his business. Angels travel the Montana roads and sometimes they drive tow trucks. We’re happy to say Cliff is one of them.
I called Cliff on Saturday morning with the request to move my VW from a local hotel to Kalispell. Within an hour, my car was loaded up and I, my family, and my 95lbs dog were on our way. Every dollar was earned, and although I believe it unlikely I'll find myself in the same place & situation again, if by some bizarre chance I do then my first call is to Cliff.
They went above and beyond!! We were on a rural highway in Montana when our RV lost its rear wheels. They got there fast, were professional and careful with our towing situation and were able to call about 20 different parts places for the items we needed to get rolling again! Angie and her Dad couldn't have been nicer!
Cliff is a godsend! When my 30 foot bumper pull camper blew over in the wind, he right it, towed it away, and offered to help me pack up my belongings to empty it out. He even brought me a wooden block to use as a step since the stairs are crushed. I am grateful!
Highly recommend! Very fast and friendly! We are from Canada and hit a deer in the middle of the night on the interstate about halfway between Shelby and Great Falls. The other towing company in town wanted us to tow to Shelby and cancel our trip. We then got in touch with Cliff Towing and he came and got us right away and towed us to the Canadian boarder where we were able to get my car fixed and continue our trip! He was so kind, he even took the time to call us later to make sure we were ok. Thank you again!! Outstanding service!
Car died on side of the road. Cliffs towing responded quickly. Angie was very competent, fast and friendly. We were driving through Montana and had no idea where to go. The place our roadside assistance had directed us to go was not going to be able to help us. Angie knew of another place and called them for us. Got us there and made sure they could take care of us. She made a bad situation better.
Cliff is a great guy. The first time I mett him was when I was broke down on the interstate. I had nothing to offer him but a promise to pay on pay day and a hand shake. You better believe I was at his door on pay day! That was years ago. More recently I get a pat on the back. Cliff says hey mom, ibfound your kids on the road. Towed them in to Shopko. He smiles and walks away. One of the reasons I love small town people.
Needed to get a key made, was told we had to go to Great Falls. Called back to see if he could pick a lock. Before I could even ask the guy started shouting about being out at a wreck and made it clear that he did not have time for me.
I got a flat somewhere along US 2 en route to Glacier for a family vacation. Cliff was fast in getting to me with limited info regarding my location along the desolate highway, towed me into the next town, and set me up with a local tire shop. The whole ordeal was resolved and I was on my way in 90 minutes. Thanks Cliff!
I locked myself out of my car while it was running. Called Cliff's and he was there in less than 60 seconds, and got into my car in less than 60 seconds. He was very patient as I had to go to the bank and get cash. Outstanding service! Thanks a lot!
