Had a breakdown caused by shifter linkage bolt breaking. Ron put my little Metro on a truck and got it back, fabricated a bolt to work, and had me back on the road within a couple hours, and didn't break the bank. Great guys!
Ron and the crew did a great job with my wife's car, made the process simple and returned the car cleaner than they received it. Would absolutely recommend.

This business had my husband sign a paper that unknowingly was a release of ownership. My husband made it clear (before signing the paper) that we were going to pick up our vehicle and tow it back to our home. WHY on God’s green Earth would you give someone a form to sign when they made it clear that they would not be needing that type of service? We did not even get a chance to get the rest of our belongings out of the vehicle, nor notification before it was hauled off. This is very bad business practice and bad customer service. Listen to your customers once in awhile.
Sad that this is the towing company we got stuck with after our horrific accident. Really, $245 to haul a car 12 minutes away?
Ron helped us on very short notice by taking a look at our car after we got pushed off the road at 80mph. We're so thankful he made time to check our car out and make sure it was safe. Thank you, Ron!
I started with a burned up couch and was charged 125 dollars for an 8 mile tow, then I paid 340 dollars and all they did was through my transmission on the ground witch less than 20 baults doesn’t take 4 hours, overall I had to have my transmission put in the back of my truck and taken back to my house!!
Rather expensive. Not a long waiting list but takes forever to get a vehicle back. 4 months waiting on a door and mirror to be put on a vehicle. Save time and money- take your vehicle elsewhere
Very upset with this business. Broke down about 20 miles outside whitehall and insurance recommended this place. Being in a predicament i asked the lady i spoke with to come get my wife and 2 year old child which she happily obliged to, not saying it would cost us anything etc etc. Well when it ended up that we needed to get the repairs done somewhere else our card was charged 100 dollars. When i asked her for an invoice and what i was charged for she basically told me her time wasnt free and because we chose not to do repairs there she was charging us for something that initially was done out of the goodness of her heart. Just thought id share this experience and advise against taking your business here. They are manipulative and obviously have no qualms with charging for "services" they dont actually provide.
