I had blown my motor right at the top of homestake pass. I called Bob's and an employee stayed late to make sure that I had a spot to leave my blown jeep. He helped with anything I needed while unloading the vehicle. The owner was honest and reasonable.

The service was horrible. I was passing through town and was picking something up in town and decided to hit up a wrecking yard looking for a part for my truck. I called in and was told by whoever answered the phone "yeah I probably have it but am too busy to go look." I shoulda taken that as my first hint and not came here at all. The right answer would have been "you know I'm a but tied up right now but if you give me a bit I can have someone take a look and call you back." I still showed up though and the guy walking me through the yard seemed helpful at first but quickly become unpleasant to talk too as he only found one part I need and it was missing a part which was indicative that part was having the same issue I was already trying to fix on my truck. I was told "Well I thought we had more" then he walked away. As he walked away I followed and he told me "Well that probably what we've got take it or leave it" then walked away without even hearing my answer and went to all different truck and started grinding on it, I'm assuming to take a part odd for another customer. I left the salvage yard after that pretty in awe at the lack of any care from these people and lack of customer service. If they didn't have the part the simple right answer would have been "I am truly sorry we didn't have the part you were looking for, I wish you the best in your search." Generally I don't leave comments but I wanted to note it anyways so my comments can be coupled with other comments in the future that will hopefully help people make more enjoyable decisions in the salvage yard they choose in the future. I do not recommend going here, I know I won't. Will be calling the other yard to see what they might have and hope for friendlier service.

Called had what I needed. Came and had it ready. Great service and answering services with friendly perfessional person over the phone. Right in town five minutes from Walmart. What more can you ask for
