We are on an 6 week road trip out of Arizona and our GMC blew an intake hose. Allen came down I-15 and rescued us and our travel trailer. He hauled our truck and trailer into Butte and got us set up at the KOA. He was professional, friendly and funny too.
Hopefully we will not need Turney Towing in the future but today they were life savers!

Last February, about 4:45 on a Saturday, my wife and I pulled off I-15 at the rest area about 30 miles south of Butte, and saw we had a broken axle on our 5th wheel. Jake came out, removed the wheel and chained up the axle so it wouldn’t drag. Since it was late in the evening by that time, he followed us in his repair truck to make sure we got back safely as we limped back to Butte. Jake said he’d get the chain back when we found someone who could fix the axle.
On Monday we called several towing companies and RV repair shops in Montana, who said they don’t work on RVs or told us it would be weeks before they could fix our rig. Jake said to call Brandon (the owner), who ordered a new axle. Jake met us at their Butte location on Saturday and started the repair. Brandon arrived with the new axle a little while later, replaced the broken axle and got us on the road that day. The total charges for the roadside assistance, new axle and repair were very reasonable, and Brandon, Jake and Laci were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road.

Great crew with good service! I got a flat about 25 miles outside of Butte that I couldn’t change late on July 3rd. Cliff was only company still open and answering the phone. He got my car towed into the local tire shop. I was able to keep my 4th of July plans. Thank you and job well done!!
Our driver Keith was super quick at arriving and very friendly. We had over 100 miles to tow our car, and he got us to the next town we were headed to within an hour. Would recommend to anyone who needs a tow
This is for all my fellow truckers do not book with Turney company unless you out of options, these guys are big times rip off artists, one of my truck got an engine blown up in Whitehall, MT and needed to be towed to butte on Dec 21 , like 25 miles away , they charge me Almost $1500 .. when I ask why so much they told me that it's their policy for a min charge of 1h for $540 ish and since the call come in to completion of the work it's been 3 hours, Remember I'm 25 mn out from their location, how in hell it's 3 hours when it was a hook and pull , then come taking the truck to missoula 1:30h they said $2400 when in fact it's $1500 and how i know they were full of it is because I've decided to do my home work after it all settled down and got in touch with GTR Towing and got a quote from them , a girl pick up my call ,really sweet, really honest and professional she quoted me from Butte to Missoula $1500 , Damn man I was livid, ALWAYS CALL GTR Towing.. Very honest business practices.. And for Turney , I hope my money allow you a Merry Christmas Cheater .. 🎅
Refused me a ride because I had a service animal. Showed up and said the dog wasn't allowed in the tow truck . I pulled up the ADA law that states dogs must be allowed anywhere the public is allowed (including in tow trucks) and he said he didn't care and drove off leaving me stranded.

It sounds like you are starting that my dog was somehow aggressive or misbehaving, which is completely untrue. Like I said to you on the phone, my dad mistakenly called my dog an ESA while she is in fact a service dog. I explained such to your driver, he did not listen or care. Your driver never told me that he was under the impression that she was an ESA, he simply said "doesn't matter if she's a service animal, no dogs allowed " then drove away while i was on the phone with my father (who hadn't heard of this yet, so you saying he said he was looking for another driver already is BS).
Your response is full of falsehoods and is disappointing to see. I suggest you read and reread ADA guidelines so you do not break them again. Educate your drivers on the law and basic human decency and you'll go far.
Even aside from the whole dog fiasco, driving away from your customer with no communication is extremely unprofessional. Do better.
If one live in or close to Butte they maybe be great. On 09/12/2024. I called AAA to get a tow for my truck to be towed to my dealership. When they called it was automatically attempt to change the pick up date I have a 0800 appointment in a different town from where I was going to drop my vehicle and because it came in at 250 in the afternoon they couldn’t take me. I heard the multiple voices in the back as they attempted to talk me out of my scheduled pick up time. Maybe next time I come across it’ll be a different experience but unfortunately dissatisfied with the outcome.
If I could give 10 stars I would!! We broke down on our way back to Washington. We were stranded in the early evening when our car quit running while driving on the hwy! Our insurance was not able to find someone right away so we called Turney Repair on our own and Layci answered! Layci was so wonderful from the second she answered the phone! It helped put our minds at ease. Her husband was on a tow in Idaho and would pick our car up when he returned. So Layci came and picked us up and took us to a hotel! Since we had made arrangements to have our car stored in a town about 70 miles away and our insurance wouldn’t cover the distance, she suggested we store our car in their lot instead. It would be cheaper and more convenient for us.

I own a Towing Company in Washington State, and for the first time in MANY YEARS, I had to rely on another Towing company to take care of me when I broke down while traveling through Butte Montana on Vacation.
I KNOW good Customer Service from a Towing Company, and Turney knocked it out of the park.
We had called Roadside Assistance for a dispatch, and were told that nobody was available (we hear the same thing from our clients), so we called Turney due to their 5 Star rating. I wish that I was allowed to give 10.
Laci (the dispatcher) came out and picked up both my wife and myself, and brought us back to Butte in her personal car, to a Motel. She then dispatched their Best driver out to pick up our vehicle, all while we were able to relax. They then towed our vehicle to their storage lot, where they will keep it till I have my driver bring my truck from Washington, so that we can tow our vehicle home.
This was a great example of true Customer Service, which we rarely see today.
Bottom line, from another Tow Truck Company Owner;
If you need a Tow in or around Butte, don’t waste your time elsewhere, CALL TURNEY.
My parents broke down on the interstate with very poor cell service. This company went out of their way to make sure they got to the next town. Words can not describe how much thankful I am for this company.
Dispatch was amazing. Keith drove my entire family and towed our vehicle more than a hundred miles from Butte to Missoula. 100% very highly recommend to anyone. Best towing service in Butte.
Our car broke down on the 1 15, Lacy and team and I mean whole team have been great. She has helped me plan my trip back to Canada. Small town but 5 star big city service. Would highly recommend.
Very friendly and quick. I accidentally canceled a service had to redo it and he actually was there before I canceled and came back after I made a 2nd service request. And was not frustrated or upset that he had to come back
Cliff was quick to respond his equipment was clean and Cliff made sure we were safe before leaving us I can't say the same for some other tow truck drivers whenever I need help while in Montana Turney is who I will call every time no matter if it's my rental car or one of my semis Cliff is the man for the job 10/10 stars
Very grateful for Turney’s towing service. A not so fun experience of a car breaking down in a town away from home, made easy by the help of Laci and all of her helpful resources. She was the only 24 hour service to answer our call after hours and gave us the advice on how to proceed. Thank you!
We had a flat tire on the trailer we tow our car on behind our motorhome. We didn’t know it was flat. It was a lot of work for the driver who came to change the tire. When we were told the driver would 30-60 minutes it only took him 20 minutes to get to us. He had to cut wires before he could change the tire. He took away the damaged wheel and wires. We were on our way with in one hour. Very happy with the service we received from this professional service attendant and company. Thank you very much!!!
