The business was not open during posted hours. We arrived on a Thursday at 2:30 PM to find the doors closed. We called both the main operating number and the after-hours number, but only reached voicemail. One of the voicemails even stated they were booked for two weeks. Very frustrating experience, especially since the hours listed suggested they should have been open.
Awesome!!! Amazing!!!! My family and I are traveling through and stopped at Napa for a mirror on a rental rv ...and they were out. There was a guy there that heard the conversation and told me to head to westgate and gave me directions. Saved the day!!!! He didn't have the exact part but he taped one on and sent us on the way.
We came in with a seatbelt stuck in the car door-door would not budge. We were given immediate assistance and within 10 minutes, the issue was resolved. Can’t thank you enough for your kindness and attention-our vacation was saved!
Dave is awesome. Put our Escalade window down to see Yogy Bear in Yellowstone and it wouldn't go back up. Dave ordered part in afternoon and picked it up next morning at 8:30am and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Had initially had problem supposedly fixed at GMC before leaving for vacation at double the price. Westgate is a 10!
Dave Martinez at Westgate was a Godsend a few months ago, when my 21-yr old daughter's car was wrecked. Not only did he help me with all of the insurance runaround, he gave me reports on how she was doing emotionally and mentally, since she was over 1400 miles away from home, had lost her job, and was by herself with no one in the area that she knew. The quality work the team at Westgate did making her vehicle look like new was also stellar...over $8K in damages, not just a minor repair. Thank you, Westgate, and especially Dave, for giving a dad (and mom) some peace of mind in such a trying situation. God bless y'all!

I had a rock put a small dent in our windshield while traveling to West Yellowstone. He had my car in right away while we shopped. It was fixed within 45 minutes. Very polite and great service!
While visiting Yellow Stone NP, I found some strong noise from under the car on the day of our return trip, which is over a thousand miles away back home. I tried another place but the wait was too long. I then drove over to Westgate, a very nice gentlemen (I believe it's David but I could be wrong) stopped what he's doing, hopped underneath my Honda Pilot and carefully examined for possible causes of issue & reassured me that there's nothing to be concerned about - all within an instant, and didn't even charge for the service (btw - that noise went away after a few days). I'm grateful to their professionalism, customer-centric attitudes and most of all wonderful hearts. Strongly recommend you consider Westgate Auto Body for your own needs! Thank you, David!
I don’t often leave reviews unless I feel it’s truly warranted. We were traveling to West Yellowstone when we found ourselves in a predicament, a smashed back windshield on our truck while being 1000 miles from home. Larry, David, and Craig came to the rescue. They went above and beyond helping us get it fixed on a Saturday. They also helped us mitigate the issues with our sled deck to avoid future issues. They were accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, a class act. Thanks guys!
i had a small accident in yellowstone national park. it was too much hassle to get towed from the park and the park crew towed me just in front of the park gate.. and than the crew from westgate stepped in. the owner, craig himself towed my car. they were so helpful and supporting from the minute i called them, gave me a lot of good advices and did amazing job on my car. it runs better than before now! dave, craig and the crew have a great thing going over there in west yellowstone, i am so thankful we crossed paths. bitchin crew!

Towed us 45 miles on a Sunday when nobody in town was open to help us with a flat tire (they weren't even open but came out to help anyways). Offered to tow to Bozeman if needed. Fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you Greg and Kenyon!
Long story short, due to a bad, wet surface, while setting up my travel trailer in a local RV park it came off its support and the front of my camper ended up on the ground. I called my road service and they referred me to Westgate (the local RV park worker recommended them also). Kenyon showed up in the dark and cold, took one look at my trailer and said "this is going to be easy." He did a great job, was polite to my wife and stood by after the fact to make sure I was able to set up ok. He was a great guy and I thanked and tipped him accordingly. I would highly recommend Westgate.
Mike from Westgate towed us at 11:30pm, from about 30 miles outside of West Yellowstone. He told us we were only his 4th tow since starting, but he did a great job! We got the car towed to an auto repair shop without a hitch. The next day he helped us travel between Westgate and the auto repair shop and waited with us while we talked to insurance. All the guys at Westgate were incredibly helpful, friendly and caring, and they gave us a good deal.
