Typical small town do it best hardware store. Prices weren't that bad considering the location.

A really great experience! The staff were all so kind and helpful to us and we fixed our problem. They totally helped us and we couldn't have had a better experience. Loved it.

What a pleasant experience we had with them. Our key broke off in our motorhome lock. After getting the piece out of the lock they made another key that worked. What a great place ! Thank you for allowing us to continue on with our trip. Thank you!

Clean and well organized. Workers were very helpful and friendly. Prices were decent. Would shop here again. Was able to find a window cleaner with extendable handle for my motorhome. The restrooms were clean also. I was asked if I needed help at least 3 times.

For a town the size of west Yellowstone, Greg stocks a great store! Every employee I've ever dealt with including Greg (the owner) has been helpful and friendly! The pro desk is always a great resource for answering questions, and the guys in the loading area (especially Bob!) are the best.

Poor selection of anything slightly off the mainstream. Service is hit & miss. More often miss, in my experience. West Yellowstone prices (high). If you’re in a pinch, they *might* have what you need. If you can make it to a bigger town, you’ll have better results in any major hardware store.

We were camping and discovered we were without a 30amp extension cord. Our Rv park recommended Westmart saying they have an extensive RV section. I called and Pam told me she would have more the next morning. She actually called to tell me it was there and saved one up front for me. What great service! And the woman who checked me out gave the best bar-b-q recommendation. A double win for us!!!

My son has full leg braces which makes it possible for him to walk. Without them he is unable to walk by himself. His brace broke and the only option was to go to the hardware store to find a quick fix.

The gentlemen who assisted us found exactly what we needed to get my son walking again. He went above and beyond to take care of us and help us fix the brace.

Now my son is mobile and we can enjoy the rest of our trip. Thank you so much for the kindness and help. We are so thankful!

Excellent selections. Helpful & knowledgeable staffs. We found out nuts for our RV from this place. Items were organized so it is easily located.

Very well stocked, clean, conveniently located store with helpful friendly employees. What more do you need? They even have RV supplies.

Woke up in Yellowstone and it was 35 degrees! A bit chilly for this southern girl so I bugged the husband until he agreed to go “hunting” for a space heater. Staying in West Yellowstone we were not sure if they even had a store that could accommodate. We found Westmart. Wow what a store! Huge selection, spotless store, incredible staff bending over backwards to see to it you get service and quick. America needs more of you Westmart!

I had to return a Irwin corner clamp and the staff was very helpful in replacing the broken clamp. Carl one of the floor sales people is very knowlegable and always willing to try and solve the customers problems.

Great place, small town feel and courteous! We bought a solar charger for our phones and it did not work, but when we came back to return it lady at the desk even took out the new one and tried it for us to make sure it works. No problems with the return very nice lady at the desk. Also they have lots of items for camping including paper plates. Only place we could find that has solar chargers for phones.

This hardware store is amazing. Guys behind the contractors counter know what they are doing and what they are talking about. If you do manage to stump them they will put you in contact with someone that has more knowledge on that subject. Ego takes a back seat to professionalism here as their only goal is to help you get your job done. Best small town hardware store you'll ever find.

Wow a wonderful experience for my son. I came to looked for a sled for my son. When one of the employee asked us if we find everything we were looking for, we asked if they have sleds. She said that since isn’t the season they didn’t have any. She looked at my son I told him “ I might be able to help you “ she went a found a contained lid and gave it to my son. This makes my son evening, since where we are coming from we don’t see snow.

A hardware store located in West Yellowstone. The staff there is extremely helpful. They do have an aisle of RV parts. They had sold the last one of the part I was looking for, but gave me a name of someone that could possibly help. I thought that was over the top. A good place.

In town staying at an RV park when my trailers toilets pex pipe started leaking. Went in on a Sunday morning and they were OVER THE TOP helpful. I even had to go back because I got the wrong part, my fault not there's, and they were again very helpful. Got me back up and running in a couple hours. If your in West Yellowstone and need anything with your RV or ravel trailer this is your spot!

We were visiting from out of town and needed a key made. When we got to this hardware store we loved it. We just wanted to hang out there. Find something to buy and we did. The staff was very nice - Martin is the fastest key maker. The only drawback was it didn't come up in a search for having a key made. I tracked it down by searching hardware store.

Amazing experience with Westmart Building Center! While on a two week vacation in a rental RV, our driver side window was unexpectedly shattered in the middle of an Idaho highway by an unknown object. After being told that the window would not be able to be replaced before the end of our trip, we found this place just down the road from our West Yellowstone KOA campground. Each employee was extremely friendly and helpful. An employee named Tom helped us find a piece of plexiglass that would work for a temporary fix. He went above and beyond by allowing us to test a pair of hand cutters on the glass. After determining that they would not work, another employee at the checkout radioed back to Tom to see if he could find a jigsaw and fine blade. Tom proceeded to help us trace a cardboard template and out the piece of plexiglass to fit in the door. He even went a step further by helping us get the glass in place in the RV. Never before have I seen this type of customer service! Thank you Westmart Building Center!

Westmart is a great place to get the stuff you need to get stuff done. I love going in there, it is an empowering feeling that comes over someone as they enter a hardware store- you feel like you can do anything and everything you need is within reach. Westmart is a little on the pricey side for some items, but cheaper than most for other items- it balances out. These guys are great at handling negative issues such as defective product, or problems with rental power tools, returning merchandise, etc. I give them 5 stars and my official endorsement.

This store is one of our most frequent stops in West - not only because we can get so many items we need here, but because we often stop in just to see what they have we haven't found before. Great staff. Good prices.
