We lost a coolant line 10 miles from miles city and they quickly responded and gave us a tow. Then they stayed late after hours and got us fixed up. They are very friendly and helpful.
Do not let this shop paint or fix anything for you! Paint started peeling after 2 weeks took it back and they gave me a fit about fixing it! After another month the paint is peeling again and the hood doesn’t line up!! Terrible shop
Last month our minivan had problems on our drive from Illinois to Yellowstone. Of course it was a Sunday night. After a stressful night worrying about the worst scenarios, I took the minivan to Frank’s where the mechanic Jon was able to find the part and get me back on the road before 9 am!! You were a life saver (or at least a vacation saver).
I was picked up on Hwy 59 S.the company towed my vehicle. Tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. Everyone I meet in the shop was so nice polite and helpful. Customer service was excellent. Thanks
We broke down outside of mikes city. The stay was friendly informative and quick to respond with a tow and fix our problem. We were moving across country and even allowed our dogs in to get out of the cold. Such a great experience. I highly recommend them
Frank's is a very good place to go to get your car fixed if you're in a wreck they do an awesome job on fixing your car and they are very nice over there and very friendly I would highly recommend them

We were on a road trip with our four kids in our minivan, plus all our tent camping gear and food, when we heard a concerning sound from the front of our vehicle. Since we still had days of travel ahead of us, plus record heat waves and poor air quality due to the wildfires, we were worried. So, we pulled over at Frank's Auto Body and they came out right away to check on things for us. They got under our van and determined the issue. Thankfully, it was a quick fix, and not expensive. They took such good care of us, and the peace of mind they gave to my husband, especially, was worth every penny and more. All the employees we encountered were super friendly and professional. We had a great experience at Frank's auto body, and would highly recommend them. Now we can continue our adventures safely.
Our car broke down outside of town and our insurance assigned Frank’s for a tow. They went above and beyond to help us out. They sent another vehicle to pick us up after we had tried to get a ride share set up for over an hour before hand to no avail. Mrs. Alex was great and helped with our kids. The mechanic on site checked out our car right away and delivered the bad news professionally. Frank’s got me in touch with Logan at Northside Auto who was also extremely professional and bought our broken car. The whole staff at Frank’s was amazing and really took care of us in a dire situation. We are forever grateful for their help to our family.
A big thank you to all the people at franks. The day after Christmas we were coming home from helena to colstrip, the roads were dry until we got just past big timber. Hit ice on the road and spin into the state fence at 80 mph,it was driveable, 19.000. Worth of damage, took it to Frank's in miles city and tim stoltz did the estimate. 13 days later we picked it up. It's like brand new, we are very impressed with the craftsmanship, mike the painter is top notch, and every one there was very nice. Thank you all. David Saulsbury.
Quoted me $765 to tow my vehicle 85 miles. Was cheaper to call a friend instead who drove 5hrs to bring the proper tool & part to fix my car. Won't ever be considering using this price gouging jerk face of a business ever again!
Tim, Brad,Troy and staff got us going back on our holiday. Hit deer in Montana, Frank’s Autobody got us going in record time. We are from Saskatchewan and had to deal with insurance, parts availability but Tim and his crew got us rolling and we thank them for their assistance. Accidents are never any fun but these guys were great. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and courtesy.

While my ancient car's engine could not be saved, the guy who towed us was an incredible gentleman. The owner, Tim, and the Mechanic, Dave were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay for quality service.
