I broke down on the interstate pulling a 30-ft trailer today. I called Auto body solutions and they were there within 15 minutes, towed the truck and trailer, took another vehicle out of the bay so they could get mine on the lift, they searched for the issues, had me out the door in an hour and a half..... Awesome people!!!!!
Broke down traveling from Minnesota to Billings pulling an 36ft trailer. He towed us in on a Saturday afternoon, repaired our truck while we waited to get us on our way.
My car broke down and I was stranded in Makoshika State Park. Shane drove all the way out from Miles City to come get me. He’s a kind and respectable man. My vehicle was dead and a call was made to this business. Within an hour he came, had to wedge the doors to get in the car so we could open the hood. He then jumped it and the car started. Next morning, same thing. So he took the car and put in a new battery. Now my car starts everytime. Thanks for the quick response and ensuring our needs were met. Very nice guy to work with. I call him guy cuz I can't remember his name. Lol.

We ended up being the problem child on a Sunday evening needing a quick tow and fix so we could make it home. Shane was gracious enough to help us out (despite it making him late for dinner at home). We were able to get the part we needed from O'Reillys in town and he was able to get everything fixed so we could safely make it home. We did have to wait for the tow (we weren't the first ones in line), but the whole process only took a couple hours (tow & fix). The price was reasonable, considering our situation. Highly recommend!!
I just went got my 07 Durango looked at by them. I thought it was an exhaust leak while my neighbor insisted my engine was knocking. I called Shane and he said he would look at it and let me know what's wrong with it before doing anything to it. He ended up calling me and telling that it was an exhaust leak and quoted me a price and said it would be between two certain prices depending on the difficulty of getting the broken bolts out. About 100 dollar difference. He called me that same afternoon and gave me the lower price quote, saying it wasn't that hard and and fixed the problem. Anytime I go through mechanics they usually charge the higher price, not these guys. They charge fairly. The only reason I even heard of him was through my daughter who got her car fixed by Shane for next to nothing when every other mechanic was trying to tell her that her engine was no good. This man runs a helluva good shop and has good mechanics. Shane is definitely my favorite mechanic in MC and I've been to a few for various reasons. I can fix most things myself but because of an injury, I haven't been capable of doing everything i used to be able to. Thank God for trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable mechanics like those at Autobody Solutions. They've definitely gained a customer.
My transmission blew up while on a hunting trip about 100 miles from Miles city, the team at Autobody solutions provided a fast friendly towing and repair service and got me back on the road in less than 2 weeks for a fair price that was well communicated from start to finish.
We got a flat tire 10 miles out of miles city and I called everywhere that said open 24 hrs, with no luck and work at 8:30 in Williston in the morning this guy answered at 11pm and came and helped us
Shane picked up the phone when my wife and I were broken down about 20mins E of Miles City and Justin was towing us to safety in no time! These guys are honest and friendly and will take care of you. Thanks guys for helping us out on a hot day on the side of the hwy!
Shane Loomis was the only gentleman in the area willing to pick up my stranded vehicle (and me) in the middle of the night 70 miles from Miles City.
He also went completely out of his way to help me get a hard-to-find car part from Billings, and had a friend bring it in the same day so I wasn’t stuck for three days waiting for a parts store to get it.
People like this make the world a better place.

When stranded on the side of a highway during a hot day, Shane towed us the rest of the way into town and helped us find a hotel, all while being amazingly friendly and kind. Early the very next day, Shane and Justin checked out the car and, upon discovering only a faulty O2 sensor, tested the car with an extensive test drive and notified us quickly. Before long, we were on our way with only a minimal delay to our travel plans. Excellent business and wonderful people!
Shane was patient with Nissan (that was coordinating my towing service) and with me despite multiple hiccups on Nissan’s part throughout the day. I appreciated that he communicated clearly what the delay was and how I could go about fixing it which resulted in my vehicle getting where it needed to be in a timely manner!!!
The service we received from this business was amazing!! The driver renewed my faith in human kindness. Not only was he on time, very helpful, but went far above what was expected services of his job. He made us feel like all was going to be okay. He helped us find lodging, took us to a rental car place, and gave us plenty of options in our situation. I cannot say enough good about our experience with this company and this individual. He has our undying gratitude!!
I broke down in Terry, Montana on a Friday night. Shane came to tow my new RV after dark when I had no other options. He was completely professional and exceeded all my expectations. He even offered to return my rental car for me. 100% satisfied customer.
Shane saved my children and I at a rest area in the middle of no where. Car was having electrical issues. But labor day midnight he was out in a fast call after geico roadside did some searching. So my perception is great so far fast response time, very friendly will update with a better car review.
I hit a coyote late night thirty miles outside Miles City, MT. I was beginning to loose hope of getting a tow when Justin with Autobody Solutions & Towing answered the call. He was very professional and skilled and quickly got us and our car to their shop. Justin ordered the necessary parts first thing in the morning, made the repairs himself and we were back on the road that afternoon. No issues, excellent service, honest and fair pricing. He told us the car would be fixed when we returned on Sunday. Never picked up our calls until we called the police to get the car back. We waited hours until he showed and when we saw the car it was in bad shape. He told us he flushed out the radiator and engine 4 times but when he put new 100% anticoolant (without measuring) into the car, the clear coolant turned instantly brown and thick. No measurements were made when adding coolant, no water was added either. Don't trust these guys. They only provide dishonest, sloppy work. AVOID
We were in South Dakota traveling to Miles City from Illinois when a truck kicked up a large stone and damaged our windshield on the driver's side. Luckily the windshield didn't shatter. We contacted our insurance company while continuing on our way. The insurance company put us in contact with Autobody Solutions who set up an appointment for us. They ensured they were ordering the correct replacement on a Monday afternoon, and replaced the windshield on Tuesday. Fantastic service!
