Have been using Main Street Auto for a couple years now. Donnie is great. He is very honest, does great work, and is priced very fair. As long as he's in business he will be my mechanic!
Took my 2015 Traverse in for alignment and to put 2 headlight bulbs in. I watched as he changed the bulbs which took him around 12-15 minutes at most and when I got the bill I was charged for 8 tenths of an hour, $72!!! For his mechanic to install both bulbs, $72,, unbelievable! When I asked him about it he immediately got defensive and mad and insisted it took his mechanic 50 minutes to change the bulbs. They took my vehicle into the bay at 9 am, and while one changed bulbs another took off my tires and rebalanced them, at 9:44 they backed my vehicle out to drive it around back to the alignment bay,,, so it wasn't even in the bay for 50 minutes!!! I'm so sick of these mechanics that rip people off while pretending to be a christian!!! Stop using Jesus as a means to pad your pocket by cheating people. One day you will answer to God for the things you do now. I'll never go back to main street auto,, ever!
Horrible experience! They screwed up rebuilding my transfer case and they "forgot" to write down mileage and refused to help in anyway after the transfer case came loose and completely destroyed my transmission and transfer case. Horrible customer service!! Be careful dealing with these people!!!
The service was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I have been having trouble getting my truck to align and stay aligned for over a year. They figured out the problem and fixed it for such a reasonable amount. I would recommend them to anyone else who needs work done on their vehicles.
Donny is awesome, won't stop till something is fixed correctly and very affordable. Very responsive and respectful in every aspect. Highly recommend him and his team.
Great Customer Service, Donnie was one of the nicest people. I called on a Monday afternoon and got my SXS in on a Tuesday morning that same week, also half the price of another auto shop, it needed an alignment bad and ended up being worse so took them double the time to fix it & they were still the nicest. They even loaded my SXS and strapped it back on the trailer for me, which is really appreciated since my husband had to work! I never leave reviews but since I was doing this by myself and they were so much help I figured they deserve it! Thank you guys!
Absolutely Great service! They are very honest, courteous and friendly! I didn't have an appointment but they took my car in and had the part in stock, got it done in a couple of hours. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. I won't go anywhere else for any future work needed done! And they Love Jesus!!
Super good group of guys, I had a funny noise coming from my car after having a particular motor company who shall remain unnamed (FORD) did a brake pad replacement. It was a simple fix took just a moment on each side, and I was a drive up, on a cold day.... And they didn't even consider turning me down. Would definitely recommend this shop
Main Street Auto is the place. The new ownership has done one excellent job since taking over! They can do almost anything you need to be done, they are quick to fit me in when I show up. Very pleased with they way they treat me and my family like family.

I'm glad I stopped here. Great mechanics. Donnie really did good by me. Brought my truck in for a front end alignment and he talked to me throughout the entire process. Since the truck was a new purchase to me, he went through the front end and made sure everything was the way it should be. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I will make the drive from Ava for this service any time
Donnie is absolutely a wonderful owner/manager. He is very honest and hardworking and truly cares about his customers. They got my truck in immediately and had my issue solved in no time and was extremely affordable. I will forever use this shop and I refer them to everyone I know.
