Would rate a 0 if I could ! This guy broke down twice on the way of taking my husbands truck home 🤦🏼‍♀️ then still wanted to charge us the same price ! Not to mention he had to use our battery to get his battery going 🤣 .. with all of that being said just pick one of the many other options as a tow truck company and save yourself from the mess

I ran out of gas in Dexter in boothill of Missouri. The temp was in the 20’s and getting colder quick. Reliant Roadside was there in 10 minutes to see what was needed then went and got 5 gallons of gas , never asked for cash. 10 minutes later he returned and had me going. Very fair and honest. Thank you for really saving us and very courteous, pointed me to the next gas station and Headed to Nashville Great Job and service.

Called for a tow - he forgot to mention he didn’t have a functioning tow truck… The short of it - 4 hours late, put in a faulty battery, didn’t have a tow truck so he pulled us with a strap and an SUV while we were in the car, never showed up the next morning to fix the issues he said he would and wouldn’t answer his phone calls. Full story - We called because our car’s battery had failed on the side of the highway. They showed up over 4 hours later without a tow truck and put in a faulty battery (we got it tested at ORielly’s) When the faulty battery didn’t work he left again to go get a strap and tied it to the frame of the car and pulled us down the road with an SUV while we were in the car and the hazard lights were completely dead by this point so you couldn’t see any lights. He said they would be back in the morning to fix the actual problem. Wouldn’t return my calls the next morning or give me a receipt so I can at least get the money reimbursed by my insurance. Then I posted a review detailing my experience and he immediately called me to scream and curse me out. He texted me to harass me until I took down the review (pictures of messages included). He refused to give me the receipt, and after waiting 2 days i finally blocked him because he was being just vile. This is just no way to do business

Nathan is super nice and helpful. Great customer service. He came out to replace my tire as soon as I called and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

All I can say is this gentleman has our business for life. Tonight while on the way to Dexter we had a flat tire. After making a call we had help on the way but was going to be a little bit before they could get to is.When he pulled up a. Came to the car window to make sure we were OK and checked to see if he could be of any assistance. He went above an beyond what I have ever seen out of any stranger before. So again thank you sir and I highly recommend.

He was an amazing guy. Kept me updated while on the way to where me and my truck was. Bought me a pack of cigarettes and brought me and my truck home as well as tried to get my truck up and running. Working with me on payments for picking me and the truck up and bring me home. Would recommend him to everyone

Amazing place. I called them after my daughter wrecked my father's truck, which is his baby, more so than me, his own flesh and blood. I searched for a tow truck, after calling someone else, who was sleeping and just didn't have the time to help me, I remember the tow truck from a few months ago that pulled out a vehicle in about the exact same spot. So I called, they were professional, showed up within 40 min, and beat my dad there to witness his baby truck in the ditch. 4X4, F250 7.3 extended cab. These guys were able to get the truck out with not doing any additional damage to the truck sitting so nicely inside a ditch. 4X4 was no help since I couldn't get to the hubs to lock them in, and the truck was sitting nicely on the pumpkin in back. And 4x4 knuckle completely surrounded in mud, and rocks The plate under the fuel tanks and frame was resting nicely in the ditch without any room. I mean, this truck fits like a glove inside this ditch. I think just burying it where it sat was a better option, lol. However, these men had us back on the road in no time. They were so kind and considerate to the situation we found ourself in. Great group of guys who were able to help us find humor in our situation in which surely me and my daughters life was at risk with where they found the truck sitting opon arrival. It didn't cost us a bunch of extra money because it was in the middle of the night. They genuinely cared about us and our vehicle. They showed up as tow truck drivers and left as heros! Amazing group of guys who I will always call first in the future. I wouldn't use anyone else after working with them men! Thank you again for all you did for us and these other families!

Ran in to this guy at the hospital while my granddaughter was being born on Christmas eve of all days. I had left my headlights on and I ask if he had jumper cables on his truck. I had my wife's car to jump mine with, but he drove around the lot and positioned hos tow truck and gave a jump. He didn't try to charge me and simply asked to leave him a good review. Real stand up guy. Thanks man, really saved me in a pinch.

Called for a tow due to having a flat and no spare and he asked if I was going to need a ride also I said yes and that I had a 5 month old I asked him to please hurry cause my baby hadn’t eaten in about an hour and I only brought one bottle he asked if I needed him to pick anything up for my son which was the first awesome thing although I did not have him the offer was very nice. He kept in touch the whole way to me and when he got there instead of towing he patched my tire right up which saved me from having to tow again in the morning because there were no shops open because it is thanksgiving seriously a god send not to mention so kind!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Nathan was awesome. We live in Houston and I had my husband out there and he got stuck with a popped tire on the highway. He didn’t leave and stop until he could help him back on the road. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome

My cousin recommended me to contact Nathan Ballard when I was locked out of my car after work one night. The best recommendation I ever took. Went far above and beyond anything they had to do to make sure I was in my car and on the road in a timely manner. Professional, kind, service with a smile! Call for a claim for a tow of my 2017 lincoln that was at a gas and convenience store that wouldnt go into park and start the pushbutton shift wouldnt disengage from reverse. Wanted the car towed to the Ford lincoln dealership which was 1 mile down the road . But Nathan from Reliant came out and popped my hood and diagnosed the problem where the bushings where wore out and popped the shifter cable back on and got it going .he bought the part and fixed the problem and saved me a huge repair bill from the dealership and tow .. Thanks guy.. These guys are a blessing from GOD.I was about to call my roadside service with progressive but someone higher had something else in mind..you get 10+ stars from me..

Wife's Mini Cooper Clubman needed specialty towing 200 miles from home, rural area and Reliant showed up quickly! Polite and courteous in a tough situation! Saved our family on the side of the road.

Not sure why my name says Magdeleno. This is the best business hands down . Myself and 6 girls were stranded on the side of the highway with a blown tire on my RV. Unfortunately my jack seized , tried to roll it up on blocks . Nothing worked for me . I called seven places no one would help , these guys were my last shot . I called . Quickly he said send me your location . So I did. Not even 15 minutes later he was there . thank you so much ! you really saved me today !

I just got off of a 12 hour shift and my tire decides to go I flat. It’s 11pm and no one is available. Reliant Roadside Assistance came to the rescue! Their 25 hour service is great & friendly! To top it all off my tired was changed in less than 5 MINUTES !! Never had the quick of a service!!

I was 225 miles from home when I blew a tire on US 60 and quickly discovered I did not have a lug wrench so I called Reliant at 5:50 on a Firday evening at 5:45 PM. He not only answered the phone, but he dropped everything to come and help me. He arrived promptly and got me back road. I would rate him A++ Professional, good communicator, propmt and got the job done. Thank yoy for your service!

I had locked keys in my car and couldnt get my friend to bring my spare key so after calling 6 different places and police atation i called this gentleman to see if he could help me. He was very friendly, didnt have to sit long and wait on him and he was fast at unlocking my car. Although, at the end lets just say the keys werent in the car, i would highly recommended him to anybody who may need a tow, key unlocked out of car or whatever it may be. I know i will be using them from now on. Thank you so much for helping me out when no one else would. Great company..

They took my call at 9:30 at night 40 minutes away from where they were to help me get out of some mud that I sunk into along with a boat trailer. They were in and out and I was back on the road. They were awesome, I hope I never have to use them again 😉

I called to have my car unstuck from a mud air pocket in my driveway. That had frozen over in the ice and snow storm. Michael Ballard came and in under 10 mins popped my car out of the mud air pocket. I’m a new resident to Missouri transplant from CA. Learning to drive in this new terrain can be overwhelming. If I ever have any auto needs in the future I will be sure to call this service.

He did a quick fix in the rain that got me rolling again and back home. He even followed me home to make sure I made it. I will definitely use his service again in the future. Very nice and friendly and reasonable pricing.
