I called and said good morning oops I'm sorry I did a 14-hour day and just woke up. After speaking to Mark who was extremely rude it's the afternoon not the morning then proceeded to just be outright rude to let me know that he was fully booked up and just rude. Never treat potential customers that way I probably would have waited, because I do need for new tires. However because of the way the conversation went on the phone he clearly doesn't have to worry about my money..... I have maid service so, we wanted tires for probably about 10 cars. Rather go sonewhere my money is wanted and people answer the phone with respect thanks Mark I can keep my maybe 10 to 12 Grand to myself I'm sure that small potatoes to you be great be wonderful and happy holidays
Bad experience, nick from Imperial sent me there 3x for engine light on after purchasing a $7.200 Chevy Trax, engine light came on in 3 days after putting a full tank of gas in it,they over road 3x never put the Catalic converter on ,said the car salesman never called him to order it, I am an widow an have no immediately family so my ride couldn't be drop off, so he was mad an just made look like he worked on it , took it to a retired mechanic said nothing was done to it , except they over rode the engine light.an no proof , no invoice...
Mark was very rude for no reason, wouldn’t answer any questions I had and wouldn’t even say thank you after he was done. Asked him why he’s so rude and he said “I’m not being rude” and didn’t even care to apologize. Will never go back there again and would never recommend them to anyone. Mark said him and his friend own the shop so whoever the friend is I hope you know that he’s ruining your business, going off the other reviews looks like everyone else had a bad experience with Mark as well. I recommend going to Phil’s Tire Shop on Broadway, they are super friendly and will actually appreciate your business. Do better Mark!
This happened a while ago, but the experience still bothers me to this day. I called to ask about a specific tire size over the phone, and they assured me they had it in stock. Based on that, I arranged for a tow truck and informed them I would be arriving in one. I had my car towed to their location, which cost me $150.
When I arrived, they told me they didn’t actually have the tire. That was frustrating enough, but I then had to pay another $100 to have my car towed to a different location. While waiting in their parking lot, I left a one-star review.
From that moment until the tow truck arrived, the manager repeatedly argued with and harassed me. I had to firmly tell him, “Please leave me alone. If you want to use one of your trucks to drag me off your parking lot, you’re welcome to do that.” Thankfully, the situation didn’t escalate to yelling or cursing, but it was unpleasant nonetheless.
I’m not likely to go back. That said, I do believe they are fully capable of handling car repairs, which is why I updated my review to two stars. If you choose to use their services, I strongly recommend speaking with a manager or getting a second opinion before making the trip.
Affordable tires was great! We were traveling and a got a flat tire. There was no spare in the trunk. After calling around for prices, they were the least expensive. After being towed to the shop they made sure that we were taken care of. They sold us the tire for less than the quoted price and we were on our way in no time! Great customer service!
This is my 3rd time with mark the owner. He is very responsive and quick with my needs / inspections. I wish more small shops like him were as responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend him. Easy in. Easy out. And HONEST! Yep! and his coffe is FREE!
5 star experience with people who truly care about me and the services I got. Did not ever feel like I was being taken advantage of but was talked to and explained what was going on every step of the way! Will return every time!
My Jeep suddenly stopped running while I was driving. Scary. Mark brought it in, ran a diagnostic, and found out a sensor was bad. He had it all fixed up in no time. Great, fast, and friendly service.
Highly recommend this mechanic! Reasonable honest prices. Mark the owner is outstanding - I will be a customer for life bc good honest reasonable mechanics are on the extinction list in this day and age
Great mom and pop small business repair shop. Cannot recommend this place enough. Doesn't have corporate overloads they have to report to like all the other mechanics in town.

I had this shop perform a brake flush on my '97 Mercedes & they did it with quality & speed.
They also understand the importance of preventive maintenance, which I had a great time talking about with the shop owner.
