This is my 3rd car thru Enterprise. I needed an auto asap and it was completely hassle free. I can’t recommend them enough.

Payton is an outstanding salesman and made me feel like I was buying gold. He definitely exceeded what I thought I was going to get as far as his customer service. And on top of that he provided me with exactly what I wanted my new Chevrolet Tahoe.

Halston was my salesman and he made the whole process so seamless. I’m so appreciative of everyone at the dealership who helped me find exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be recommending Enterprise Car Sales to others and will be back when it’s eventually time to purchase another car for myself!

I would like to start by saying Cece is amazing. She went above and beyond stayed late just to make sure that I got the car that I wanted just to make sure that the deal went through. Eddie is very thorough and make sure that all my needs were met. And I love how they work with the team. This is my second vehicle I purchased from Enterprise. There's no pressure there at all. The closing process is less than 30 minutes from approval. I went there on a Monday and Spent Tuesday and Wednesday morning looking on other websites, going to other dealers etc. O found the vehicle i wanted at another Enterprise location and BOOM I WAS BUYING! Thank you Halston and CC for putting up with my old ass!

Terrible customer service. After reading some of the reviews I see many people had the same issue as me. Everyone is nice and accommodating at the time of sale, but there is no follow up or any semblance of sevice after the purchase is made. I was given an expired inspection (I saw several people reported this) and was not able to title the vehicle properly. I had to call Enterprise several times to get a call back and fight tooth and nail to get an up-to-date inspection. Meanwhile in all the back and forth the temp tags expired and I was nervous to drive anywhere and risk a ticket. The salesman was rude, seemed annoyed by my presence, and made me feel awful. Truly wish I could have just given the vehicle back and never done business with them at all.

Worked with Dan as a salesman and he went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable with our purchase and answered all of our questions and concerns with ease and great information. Made our deal work even though we were there right before close and made it feel like we were hanging out with a friend while buying a car instead of a salesman. 10/10 recommend him and enterprise. My second time buying a car through them and I’ll definitely be back!

Eddie ans Bernetta asked about us as individuals as soon as we sat down. They genuinely cared and had interest. I can't say I've ever experienced that while trying to buy a vehicle. Everything about EHI is top shelf, putting the company IMHO with other 5 star companies like Chic Fil A and Southwest Airlines. Unmatched service and product. From the appointment reminders, text follow up, sincere interest in the customer, not having a seperate F&I rep, a 12k / 12m powertrain, EHI being the warranty company, etc. The Taylor family has brought its renowned, professional service to all subsidiaries which is so hard to do in today's corporate world.

My husband and I went with our son who was interested in possibly purchasing a vehicle. We had an appointment and were met swiftly at the door when we arrived. We were greeted by numerous other employees (including the very personable and friendly manager Justin himself) and offered refreshments before being escorted to the office of our salesman, Peyton. Peyton is a relatively new employee, but was familiar enough with his job and the company to steer us competently. (Peyton also had a photo of his beautiful family on display.) My son was able to test drive a vehicle. We asked numerous questions and all of them were answered satisfactorily. Some people may be put off by Enterprise Car Sales "one-price only" policy. Let me assure you that this is not something to be avoided. Rather, it is refreshing to be engaged with a used car business that offers a price as "what you see is what you get". The price that was being requested for the car was below what we normally would have expected to pay. It was a relief to not have to haggle. I have dealt with used car salesmen before, and this was nothing at all like those experiences. Peyton was able to explain all of the perks involved with purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. He had two computer screens set up, so that we could also look at and click on a screen and see the same thing that he was seeing. My son was offered a free warranty that was very satisfactory to him. Peyton also introduced us to other warranty plans offered by Enterprise. My son did end up choosing one of those. (It is a phenomenal low-cost program for tire repair and replacement for a 5-year period of time.) At no time were we ever pressured to buy. Peyton did have to ask for assistance from other employees to make sure that my son's paperwork went through correctly. (We already understood this might occur since he was relatively new.) Those other employees (Haustin, Bernetta, and others) were incredibly competent and you could tell that they all worked together coherently as a team. Enterprise was able to give my son a very generous, on-the-spot offer of a trade-in for his car. I suppose by now you realize that my son did purchase the car and has been very pleased. We would like to thank the Enterprise staff for their total patience and understanding while we were getting the bank transfer to go through. The interior of the Enterprise facility is very open, clean, modern and well lit. The restrooms are spotless. The sales floor was open until 8 pm that evening, which was very convenient for our schedule. (Please note that the Car Sales locations are different from the Rent-A-Car locations.) The vehicle that my son purchased was pristine, it had a free Carfax report, it had a full maintenance report, it had a full tank of gas, it had a temporary license tag (good for 60 days), and it had a state inspection. It even smelled like a new car. A packet of all paperwork associated with the sale (including the state inspection) was efficiently given to my son. My son is extremely happy with his experience purchasing a used vehicle at Enterprise. They made the process easy and they were very competent in this aspect of their business.

Justin and his team and Mike worked together to find just the perfect car for me with low miles, that will last a very long time, be reliable, comfortable, and economical for me! They did not stop working together until they found the car that not only met all my needs, but helped me out with finding the right kind of financing. ENTERPRISE Car Sales helped me when no one else would even talk to me about selling me a car. I was really nervous about it because I have never before purchased a car online. They really listened to my needs, were friendly, and understood my situation. They picked one that is my favorite color, Red! I never told them about any colors. They even delivered it to me! My car is beautiful, and I love it!!! I can't thank you enough, ENTERPRISE Car Sales. I will never forget your kindness to me, and will be happy to refer others to you!

I really like my 21 Nissan Altima. It is a SL and I couldn’t afford this new. They have an affordable and comprehensive warranty that took the fear out of buying a used car. Ty Enterprise St Charles !
