They were so amazing and made the whole process quick and painless. They helped us when we needed to get over and get our rental car as well or when we needed to drop it off. The kept us up to date the entire time they had our vehicle and finished it on time. We were really happy with their service and how amazing our car looks after the repair! And we love how they stand behind their work and have a warranty for their work as well. If we ever need repair again we’d go back to them in a second!

I brought my car in for a small door ding and I was so satisfied I just had to leave a review. The shops communication, professionalism when I missed my first appointment, and communication through the repair were top notch. They did a wonderful paintless dent repair, cleaned my car up, and were done in quickly. Thank you for such terrific service.

Had my truck taken there after an accident. Truck was eventually totaled but before that I had dealings with the office people They were outstanding! Personable! Under standing! And any other compliments. They helped me through a tuff time knowing that they wouldn’t be getting the business since it was totaled.

They were told not to replace a part that was not damaged three times. They did anyway. They deducted the cost of the part but not the labor. When I went to pick the truck up the bumper was crooked. They said they mistakenly used a bent bracket and would fix it. When they delivered my truck it was still crooked and looked exactly the same as before.

They did a PHENOMENAL job. Blended the pain perfectly, took such great care of the car & communication was top knotch. I couldn’t believe how great she looked when I got my car back. Truly am forever greatful for this crew & all they did to get my car back to her Beautiful self. The paint is blended seamlessly, which is such a surprise given it’s such a loud & hard color to match. Ben was super helpful throughout the whole process along with his super sweet wife running the forefront of the shop. I’ll recommend this place for the rest of my life. Such great work, so kind & great communication. Thank you guys again! We’re going for a joy ride tomorrow!

picked up my truck and rear back up camera was hosed. wasnt like that when entering the shop. i then call about it and they say they cant find the issue…took a month and a half to get my truck in the actual shop for an inspection. dont waste youre time these people just tell you what you want to hear.

Highly recommend! It was easy to get my claim processed and the work done. Regular texts were sent about the progress and if repairs were on schedule. My car looks good as new after the hail damage, I will gladly use them again in the future.

Loved the service we received from CARSTAR. We never used them before but were completely satisfied with their work on our jeep. It was so easy to stay up to date with the status of our car through the daily text updates we received. SUPER convenient and loved being kept in the loop. Very friendly service and easy process! I was a little leery of going to a national chain to have my car fixed, but these folks did it right! Their communication is extensive, and they always answer the phone, and they are always pleasant. I knew where my car was at every stage of the repair, And I didn’t even have to take my rental car back to the rental agency. They coordinated all of it. In a world where there is no Customer Service, these people still have it.

It's really a bummer that I have to leave this review, but someone should know because I've gone out of my way at this point to repair damages caused by whoever worked on my car. I had a front and rear bumper replaced and painted, the ticket was $2600. They look good and I'm happy with that part of the work. However, when reassembling, there were mistakes made. Two days after getting my car back I checked my oil and found seven plastic fasteners sitting on top of my air-intake. I also noticed my plastic skidplate assembly, which connects to the front end with fasteners and screws was loose. For some reason I had only two screws in my skidplate instead of the 3 I previously had (I feel like this might not have been their fault so I let it go) I went to the shop and asked what was up, I was told the fasteners were replaced and to let them take the car back real quick to tighten up the skidplate. OK cool thanks! Everybody was cool. Less than a day later I start to hear a scraping noise. And it turns out there were missing clips on part of the assembly for the skidplate on the front left which covers some fluid reservoirs. Because it wasn't secured with fasteners, it caught the air and dragged across the ground, Essentially grinding the piece down to the point it's no longer usable and has to be removed/replaced. I went back and asked for some fasteners after explaining the issue. Out of frustration, I decided to leave rather than continuing the conversation with the gentleman working. Last night I changed my rotors and found even more places with missing fasteners around the spot where my skidplate assembly was damaged. The parts aren't expensive or difficult to replace, but I've ordered an aftermarket metal plate going forward. It's mainly the fact that I thought I found a body shop I could depend on, but after Jim left (he was really cool) I really don't know about this place anymore unfortunately.

Car Star is great! The people were extremely friendly and ready to answer all the questions I had. They worked directly with Enterprise to make sure I was picked up to pick up my rental. They sent me informative text to let me know how my car was being proccessed. I would recommend this to anyone needing there car repaired !!

My entire experience at Carstar was excellent. They fixed up all the damage from a major fender bender quickly and well. Their customer service is wonderful and everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind. We had a minor issue when we went to pick up my car and they fixed it within seconds and were happy to help. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you have met Kerry, you've gotten either his "OK" side or you've gotten cussed out by him. The first time I brought my truck to his shop, I found that his mechanic left me with broken pieces when the truck was returned to me. When they went to rectify the situation they damaged the finish on my truck. I will not be returning to this Carstar, nor Kerry's Jungerman location. They didn't ask if they could run my vehicle to an automatic car wash, and now I am stuck paying for a professional detailing service to fix what they damaged on the finish of my truck. Edit, since I can't reply to the owner's response: He yelled at me. I don't remember the exact language, but he yelled. And I never gave you permission to wash my truck. Whoever did it sealed the salt that was on the running boards from the roadway with wax. They didn't remove the salt before applying the wax, just like how the truck was returned to me the first time with 3 broken plastic pieces on it. My insurance company sent me a check for the part that wasn't repaired to my satisfaction after the second trip to your shop. My insurance company is aware of the situation with me not being able to restore the finish of my truck to the way it was prior to being in your shop. I was hoping with the voicemail and email I sent, someone would contact me about paying for a professional detailer to restore the finish on my truck, but I guess I will be paying for that myself since I haven't heard back about rectifying that issue.

Daughter got into a rear end fender bender and the folks here at carstar had it fixed up in a week! Determined not to let such a great business go without an income stream, four days after she got the car back she hit a deer, requiring more work. Ugh. Filed another claim and didn't even think twice about selecting carstar Weldon spring as the repair shop again, great crew, thanks for the great repairs!
