Couldn’t be happier with Sherman Towing. They saved the day on a lockout because he showed up quickly and was able to get in the car within a few minutes and charged a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Thomas did a great job at efficiently getting my van towed. The company texted me to let me know they were on their way and when service was complete. He was professional and the price can't be beat. Hook up fee plus mileage was still cheaper then anywhere else I called. I highly recommend this towing company.
I can't say enough good things about Sherman Towing! They truly went above and beyond for us. Not only did they make sure we got safely to AutoZone, but they also stayed and helped us install the new battery. Something they definitely didn’t have to do. The driver Thomas was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest people we've dealt with during a stressful situation. And very patient with my mom whose first language is Spanish! It’s rare to find service this genuine and caring. Highly recommend Sherman Towing if you're ever in need, they really do care about their customers!

The tow truck driver / operator was knowledgeable, helpful, took the time to make sure everything was connected and disconnected on the vehicle to ensure that no damage was done to the vehicle (mechanically) while being towed. 5 stars!
Thomas was wonderful, called them to get my car towed and he figured out it didn’t even need a tow there was a cable loose. Helped me fix it up so I could drive it to a repair shop, and didn’t charge me anything. Seriously a great guy and company. Highly recommend!
As long as this company is in business, i will be a customer. I must have called and messaged what felt like every local tow company to give my 16ft box truck a lift 5 miles up the street , I was met with ridiculous pricing, or inadequate staffing with every call. Until I got referred to these guys. From the time they answered the phone until my truxk was dropped, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, on time, patient with all my questions, and pricing was more than fair. I will always recommend.
Trae... Simply the best tow truck operator that I have ever had! I would say this should be like a 12 out of 5 on the stars. He came before scheduled time, very efficient, professional and was knowledgeable about my vehicle and told me every step as he was working. If I ever have to use a tow teuck again, this company will be my first and only call if I can help it.
The service was horrible, no sort of hospitality. They made the whole process harder than what it needed to be. All we wanted to do was pay and pick up our car, but instead had to go through a long dragged out process of nonsense. If i had the option to give ZERO stars, I definitely would.
Great towing coming. Dispatch was very friendly scheduling my tow. They sent me text messages updating me on driver ETA. My driver Tyshaun (I hope I spelled right) was friendly, polite, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Sherman Towing.

So I had called these guys to come out and either tow my grandmother's car or jump start it ather house. Without testing the battery to see if it's good or bad they just jumped the car charged her 60 bucks and left this is unacceptable especially when dealing with elderly people thinking that the car is now fixed. So Grandma can then proceed to drive off and do their daily or weekly duties, thinking the car is fine and putting them in a worse scenario than they were before... Will never use them again
These gentlemen saved the day via roadside assistance through my Geico insurance! I had to get towed off the highway during a busy rush hour morning while everyone seemed to be heading into work! I was in a rough situation and chose to drive home to Utah from Michigan, I ran out of gas and had gotten way off track taking the wrong roads. I also, pretty much had no money, so i couldn’t pay roadside to just simply bring gas and was supposed to wait until my family woke up but couldn’t sleep, found myself in danger if causing an accident on the road. Not only did they tow me to the gas station, he voluntarily out of his or their own funds put $20 of gas into my car for me. It was more meaningful than anyone could describe and it meant the world to me and my two crazy dogs in the car. People like these two gentlemen, I don’t remember their names I apologize…. They are the kind that still pay attention and care when someone is suffering, the ones who put themselves out to help out a stranger. I just want to say, it made my whole outlook more positive and I was feeling like givin’ up on people and I guess God sent them to remind me we still have good in us, we still care, and sometimes just need a reminder. I called Sherman Towing to take my car to the dealership for service. Trai was my tow driver and did an amazing and professional job. It was not an easy spot for him and he still got the job done flawlessly. I am thankful for Trai and Sherman Towing
I was originally going to use the company Budget Towing before seeing their poor reviews and everyone recommending Sherman Towing. Sherman Towing was fast, simple, and affordable. They took my car all the way from St. Louis back to my home in St. Peters! They were on their way sooner than what they estimated, and they were very polite and obviously knew what they were doing.
This review is a 10 star out of 5!!!! Cameron was assigned to tow my car when it was broke down in cave springs. He happened to know exactly why my breaks were seized up and fix it on the spot! He even charged me less than the tow quote!!! I will recommend Cameron at Sherman Towing to everyone I know!!!!!!!! Thank u Cameron!!!!!!!!!
Brakes messed up on me and the wifey randomly. Camron came and got us to where we needed to be! He was kind and extremely helpful. We got updates on ETA and he answered all our questions. Well it took 66 years but it finally happened. My husband and I locked both sets of car keys and apartment keys inside our running car at 6AM on a Sunday with the temp in the low 30's no less! Luckily my husband had his cell phone in his pocket and we were able to call Sherman Towing to come and unlock our car door. Ryan W. took our phone call and responded to our cry of help. He said he would be there in about a hour, but when I told him we also locked out of our apartment, I think he may have moved a little faster because it was there in less than a hour. Ryan was very professional and proficient in getting our car unlocked thus saving the day. Thanks, Ryan and thanks Sherman Towing for having quality drivers.
Very pleased with the service I received recently. Was left stranded in St. Charles and my insurance called Sherman to give me a tow. My first towing experience, and Thomas was a delight to talk to. He arrived quickly, was friendly, and walked me through everything he was doing. I tagged along to get to my destination in Hazelwood and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Highly recommend!
I was in a tough situation, stuck on the side of I-70 with a mangled tire. AAA had just canceled on me due to something or other, and it was well past midnight. Everything was going wrong until I called Sherman. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was there way faster than I expected and pretty much just bailed me out, 100%. Super quick with everything, had a good tire shop recommendation, really just excellent service all around. I thought the price was fair, too. A++, all day long. Thanks again!!!
Very pleased with our service. They had a driver to me in under an hour. David W. (That was the name on my receipt) was polite and quick to get our car loaded on the flatbed. Reasonably priced. We will use Sherman again!
Sherman Towing was very prompt. Initially curt, I wouldn't say friendly. The issue that I had with Sherman towing my vehicle was they caused damage to my custom painted wheel. I witnessed it occur. I mentioned to the driver whose response was "oh really?" and checked the bed for damage and moved on. I show pictures below of the damage and how my car was on the flatbed unevenly which shows how poorly he loaded my vehicle. I promptly called dispatch who stated the driver will take pictures before and after delivery of vehicle. I said, no problem, as I took pictures immediately after the damage was caused and still on flatbed. I received a text my vehicle was delivered but I never received a call back. I called back and no one answers the phone anymore. Now, the damage may not seem a lot but due to the custom paint and brand of the wheel, it isn't cheap to fix. What a decent business would have done is just open the dialogue with their customer. Sherman Towing never looked at my pictures nor showed me their pictures.
Michael was very professional and arrived within 30 minutes. I liked the way they texted me to let me know when was coming and then he gave me an ETA and let me know when they were on their way. I hope I won't them again, but glad I know who to call if I do need them.
