I ordered in advance a day prior to picking it up, the store was pretty empty, there was 1 employee helping someone in the parking lot with a battery, I was the only other customer there and no one at the counter to help anyone, I stood around for 10 minutes before someone came to help. One of the parts I bought turned out to be defective and this is the only store nearby with a replacement they are supposed to be open until 9pm, I have been calling back to back since 8:25pm and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Lake St Louis, MO location to find out if they truly have the item. BS, I sure hope they actually open at 7:30 am, I'll be waiting at the door.

I recently went to Autozone on Highway K to purchase some oil, a filter, and crush washers to do an oil change. The staff was friendly and I found everything relatively easily. I’m visiting some family in town so the store was also close to me.

I just share my experience at the Lake St Louis Missouri Auto Zone and the Outstanding Customer Service I received from a young man named Zach! I ask about product or if he had a suggestion that could help me with a issue and he walked me to the item, opened and showed me exactly how it worked to make it was exactly what I was looking for and it was a siphoning pump! Thank you Zach! Great Job!

Stopped by the AutoZone on Ronald Reagan Drive in Lake St. Louis for a new battery a little after 5 pm. The store was empty, and the only employee up front, Nick, was asleep on the counter until the door chime woke him. I asked about a battery install, and he kept giving excuses like “it’s kinda dark” and “it’s kinda cold,” even though it was only about 58 degrees and still daylight. If someone is already sleeping on the counter and looking for reasons not to help, I am not trusting them to work under the hood. The manager said nothing the entire time, which made it even worse. I left and went to Advance Auto where they installed the battery quickly with no issues and treated me with respect. I will not return to this AutoZone. The lack of professionalism was obvious the moment I walked in.

I asked the guy at the counter to confirm my low beam headlight size, and he still gave me the wrong ones. I asked for help pushing on my hood because it got caught on the bar and didn't latch properly, it was stuck open. He had the power of a 5 year old girl. He didn't even really try!. I drove across the street to QT and luckily one of the employees was able to help me in less than a minute. I do realize that it is not their job to fix my car. I am so grateful that someone could help me and I was able to still make it to work on time. Now to return the wrong bulbs that I bought. We shall see how it goes!

He also offered great advice and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for Talan if you need help!

Terrible customer service. I needed a new battery to replace the old one I purchased from the same Autozone. Representative looked up the battery I purchase 3 years ago and sold me a new one. Today when I returned the old battery to get the credit I inquired about the 3 year warranty on the old battery. The system showed warranty still active but the store representative instead had charged me for a whole new battery instead of telling me about the warranty. Representative today said I should of asked the rep when I bought the battery to look it up which the rep did so I knew which one to buy. Rep today informed me nothing they could do since I already bought the new battery.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. The employee, Brandy, was extremely unprofessional and escalated the situation rather than helping resolve it. When I expressed frustration, she told me to “calm down,” and when I asked her not to say that, her tone became confrontational. She even went so far as to say things like “oh, i’m not childish, and i’m about to square up.” When I asked her name, she responded with, “Brandy, say it loud so you don’t forget it.” This is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone representing a company, especially in a customer-facing role. AutoZone needs to be aware of how their staff is treating customers, and I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can be warned.

I have always bought spare parts here in this branch but today I was attended by a young man who does not know how to do his job. I throw away my receipt. He didn't know how to give me a solution, he gave me one less product than I paid for and when I went to ask him for help he had a terrible attitude. They should train their new workers more. I didn't know how to provide good customer service. Thanks to another young man who works there, he was able to help me and he did have a good attitude to attend

I had a very good experience here. After a large snow storm my car wouldn’t start, I was able to jump it and drove to this store. They were extremely helpful in helping me get the battery tested and purchase a new one. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service. It was so nice! I highly recommend this store.

Lucas B was very helpful and knowledgeable. It's stressful when you're leaving for work, and the car needs a jump to start. The battery was promptly tested and Lucas advised the best replacement battery for the age of the vehicle. This saved me having to leave the car at some shop overnight on a Sunday, and await the mystery diagnosis. Thanks guys!

Cole was SOOO helpful changing not 1 not 2 but 4 lights out on my car !!! And replaced windshield wipers !!! I’m so grateful and appreciative !! He was very pleasant and helpful. AMAZING I will be back ! My go to automotive store 🙂

Went here recently for a couple of things. I needed a rear wiper blade that actually worked for my car. Other stores had "rear" wiper blades that did not fit (despite saying it would). I also needed a new engine air filter. I had trouble finding it on the shelf....so I was just not gonna get it, but the employee asked if I found everything ok and I mentioned I couldn't find the right filter. They checked the computer and were able to find one (it was in a low shelf kind of hidden). So that was super helpful. And finally, I had an engine light code go on and they were very quick to help me get the code. The printout of the code didn't have great advice...but I was able to use it on google and find a great fuel detergent that cleaned up the fuel injectors. Overall, great experience. Helpful staff, clean store, good product availability. Keep it up! :)

This place is horrible. Went there a few months ago to get my battery checked and some kid that wasn’t even working told the worker to not check my battery because multiple cars had come in with the same issue that day and that it was my alternator. I don’t care if 1000 cars came in with the same issue, I’m 1001 and every car is different. I had to demand the worker to check my battery and guess what? It was my battery, not my alternator. Went back last night and the same kid was there with the same worker. This kid was all behind the counter like it was his house. I gave the worker my car year, make, and model for a headlight and instead of going to get it, he sits there talking to his friend and gave me the number to retrieve it. Well guess what? He didn’t give me the correct headlight. So if you want a bunch of ignorant children helping you, then be my guest and stop by Autozone LSL.

Manager CG, Brendan and Eli all worked together to change my battery and they let my 2.5 year old son play with the tools to keep him occupied. I could tell they all enjoyed their jobs. Never needed to go to an Autozone until now and I am so glad I did.

I went in to get new headlights for my car. I tried looking in the book but was unsure if I had picked the correct lights, I went to the counter. Matt helped me get squared around (I had chosen the wrong ones!) Not only did he help me get the right lights, he was kind enough to take a look at my vehicle and help me see how they are replaced. He was so kind and quick and efficient. Talked me through things to remember for next time, and helped set me up for success! Thank you Matt!

The staff here is top notch! My car broke down nearby so I got it towed there to try to fix it myself before I moved on. My plan didn't work but -It was a record breaking hot day and I had my 7 year old with me and they gave him cold water - the whole staff was helpful and knowledgeable - they let me leave my car in the parking lot for a week while I made a new plan to come get my car - when we came to pick it up with a tow dolly, Cole helped us by LITERALLY teaching (by hopping in the truck and doing it, and explaining every step) us how to back it up and line it up, THEN he helped my husband push the car onto the dolly and secure it. Truly, I can't say enough about the staff and how they went above and beyond at every point to help us.

Outstanding customer service. Put in an order for brakes and rotors but they didn't arrive on time. It's beyond their control but I was going on a trip the day after and really didn't have time to wait. I explained this when I put the order in, and the estimated delivery time (without delays) would have worked just in time. After notifying me of the delays, Cole went above and beyond to accommodate and made sure I left the store as a satisfied customer. I appreciate the professionalism!

Joe saved my night hands down. My wife was stranded with our only vehicle not starting. After getting it to this locations Joe made sure personally that I was secured with what was needed to fix the issue at hand and going above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I'll recommend and became a customer for life. Thanks again for dealing with the snow and the dark working space.

The young man (I didn't catch his name) working last night was super friendly and helpful. He looked up my wiper blade sizes since they weren't in the book, recommended his favorite blades and told me about a special on them, then he changed my blades for me and filled up my wiper fluid. Great customer service and very helpful.

I have been to this store on multiple occasions and they have always been very helpful, with quality customer service. My most recent needs were for a new battery. The attendant on duty was able to check my battery, confirm it was bad, helped me get a new one and installed it for me in about 15 - 20 minutes. Very easy experience and great to deal with.
