Above excellent service and quality of work. Absolutely trust their quality of work and honesty! I took my vehicle there for tires last year, the service was superior, quality of work matched that and now I am taking my car there for everything...including my kids vehicles! If you are someone who hates taking your vehicle for repairs because you think you are going to be nickel and dimed and dont know where to go, GO TO PLAZA TIRE LSL where you will get top notch service!

I had a great experience at Plaza Tire Service getting my tire alignment done. Eric was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and Tara was friendly and made the process smooth and easy. Dave and Eric went above and beyond with great communication during my visit! They not only had the maintenance needs taken care of, but repairs needed as well all done and ready in the same day! Finding a good and honest service/repair shop is hard to do, especially nowadays. So, I'm very grateful for these two gentlemen and the positive experience they offered me while having my vehicle serviced!
Overcharged for parts that don't have to be replaced, felt I was being taken advantage of being a senior,, but little do they know I been working on cars since 1975. Final bill was at least 125% higher.
Had a punctured tire that was leaking air and took it straight to Plaza. They were able to take a look, show me the issue and repair it within an hour. Using the tire protection plan from purchasing my new tires saves lots of money. Thankful for the great and quick service!

Easy to make an appointment online. My wheel alignment was completed in about 30 minutes. The price for a lifetime alignment was cheaper than once with Dobbs. Very friendly employees at the desk. I will be back for all of my services.
So normally, you review a business for something that they do. However, in this instance, I am giving them 5 stars for something that they didn't do. Brought my car here to get evaluated. Once they checked it over, they called me and said that they were not equipped to handle it. Take a great business to recognize that.
Called to get new tires without an appointment, dropped off car, and had it back in only a few hours! Friendly and knowledgeable service, I’m so glad I picked this location.
I brought it there for a whole bunch of things, including tires. My goal was tires, an oil change, standard maintenance on filters, Check all the lightbulbs to make sure I didn’t have any burned out, and a new set of tires all the way around, along with an alignment
We managed to get a new set of tires, and a half cracked alignment that didn’t really tell me anything better, they should’ve called me and let me know so maybe we could’ve done a repair to get it fully aligned.
All in all, if you’re there to get tires, I’m sure the experience is great if you’re there for general maintenance and tires, does not recommend
When a certain other shop had my car for literal days without even looking at it we decided to have our car brought to Plaza based off a family recommendation. They got my car in and fixed the issue in just a few hours.

Got the job done, just not very friendly when I went to pick up. No one went over the services I had done or gave me a quote for recommended service. It’s like it was a chore to have my business.
Mark took great care of me. I brought my car in thinking I needed a new alternator, but after some thorough diagnostics he was able to get my car running with a much more economical solution. I’ll be back!
I find the employees at Plaza tire friendly, and knowledgeable. I find their prices are very reasonable. I’m always happy with their service. They always finish in a timely manner. We take many of our cars there over the last 20 years.

They were very knowledgeable and gave me a great price. My car and my son's car were done really fast.They were very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. I arrived at 10 this morning and was told 2.5-3 hours. Sounded good. Didn’t get my car back till after 4. Had they told me six hours I would have scheduled it for another day and they would have kept the customer. Since they lied they did manage to sell that set of tires but they lost a customer. I won’t be back, honesty goes a long way when you’re trusting someone to maintain your vehicle. If you’ll lie about the amount of time it’s going to take in order to secure a sale you’ll lie about what I need done to secure a sale.
Excellent service as usual! We pulled a camper five hours to Lake St. Louis, and about halfway there found this screw sticking out our side wall. They were able to fit me in and get the repair done in about an hour. Always friendly, fast and reasonable.
Took my BMW here and they put the wrong seal on after an oil change, causing an oil leak that cost me hundreds to diagnose elsewhere. They called me three times trying to complete my tire rotation, claimed it was done, but another shop confirmed half the tires weren’t rotated, and the bolts were busted.
They assured me they had the proper BMW tools, clearly they didn’t. This place is careless, dishonest, and a total waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Those that think that "tires are tires" - are missing a LOT of fundamental education that'll change how you drive your vehicle, but also elevate confidence and likely save you money - if you choose to shop with Cain and the gents over at Lake Saint Louis Plaza Tire Services.
I came in mid--afternoon on a Tuesday and wanted to simply get a bid for tires (all of which performed well and over the recommended numbers - thanks to focused driving, regular maintenance and avoiding performance car-based idiocy). Cain got me three comprehensive bids that not only gave me a simple refit of what I had (Firehawks) but also shared two other offers - as well as some questions to help focus my shopping needs.
This simple activity is something that is almost ENTIRELY LOST in every shopping activity out there, and I'm glad that Cain and the experts here continue a fine tradition of not just "shucking the most-expensive deal" but dial down to find what you'll WANT and NEED for the kind of driving you and your family include in your transportation regularly.
I went with the Nokian Zline A/Ss, which offer better performance in the rain (and the UGH, snow) which is one of the very few pain points I have driving "The Eagle" (a 2018 Dodge Charger R/T) in that - driving, especially on the highway in the rain, felt perilous at best with the Firehawks. That ALL DISAPPEARED with these Nokian Zlines.
The bottom line is that if you're looking for some education about your vehicle and the tires it CAN USE, as well as wanting to build a relationship that will foster safe family driving and might even save you some money as it all happens - time to load up, and make your way to Lake Saint Louis' Plaza Tire Services.
