Brought in clean, extruded aluminum. Their price chart had a call-out specifically for extruded aluminum but they would not honor that price and only offered general scrap aluminum. For general scrap they may be ok but if you have something more than that I'd avoid them.
The people were pretty nice but not very helpful. However, the time it took was excessive. Also, watch out for stuff on the ground you might pop your tire. We just ended up leaving because we are impatient. They also expect you to unload your trailer by yourself. Also there isn’t a circle drive.
Don't take cars unless might have signatures of seller on the title I'm scrapped with them for 20 years this is not right over 300 cars took in over my time with them so no more
If you go to this place, dont make the mistake like I did in not asking what you're getting paid for. It will say on the ticket. Scrap iron, & scrap tin.. pay different. It was my first time here. Folks were nice. I got paid for tin when I may have only had a piece of tin in the load. Seems like it would be same difference really but ya make more $ in separating it out with the different types of scrap obviously. My fault, but seemed a lil shady. These folks stay busy & maybe it's not their job to do so. My load probably paid for the gas it took to get here. It also would be great if when you drove across the scales you yourself could see the actual weight instead of taking word for it?? Seriously
Very slow lazy employees. Do not think because you are there at 230 you will get your scrap sold. They really close at 245 and even if you have to already been weighed they will tell you come back tomorrow to well your copper and aluminum. Worst scrap yard ever
