I want to start off by telling everyone there thank you so much. I won't go into details. Two of my family members was put into the hospital. Even though I have been been there before. They didn't have to cause of closing time but they all went out of their way to make sure we could get to the place we needed to be.. Thank you guys so much. I will never take my car any place else.
I bought a Mini Clubman through Carvana and it has spent numerous days at this in network shop doing different big mechanical issues. They have done so well with my car and have fought with the warranty company with me trying to get the big issues fixed. Their shop has been great to deal with and great customer service, and I am not an easy person to deal with. Highly recommended their services.
It took over a week to get diagnosis of a starter needed replacing. They don't work weekends, it was Monday before they could work on it and by Friday they were done, but it took hours before they were able to pick me up... When I got there the vehicle wasn't where they said it was. Then the quote for future work wasn't where they said it would be... It wasn't in the car. To make matters worse, they had broken my radio. It took my son over an hour to fix it. While they offered to fix it, they couldn't look at it until Monday and I would be without transportation for who knows how long.
I would never recommend their shop to anyone needing car repairs.
Had to change my review. Taking extremely too long to diagnose the issues with my clutch. Have had my car a week and just started their diagnostic process yesterday. It should only take 1 to 5 hours max to diagnose. Review may change when something actually gets done.
Took my bmw here and i usually go to a dealership but this place right here did me so good on my bmw they were really respectful and really good on price and after I got my car back I got it back real clean they cleaned my vehicle as well with no charge after the repair was done very happy and recommend to take all my work here
They had my friend car from Labor Day til Oct 24th....he paid them n when he went to pick it up...still wasn't fixed, they got mad at him, called him racial slurs, owner or whoever he was had a gun on him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I have used intoxilock services all over the state and I recommend Mini Sensations in Sikeston. MO. There prices are lowest, the service is always quick and convenient and the employees are friendly. Good Business
Most ridiculous place I've ever been. They'll try to squeeze every penny out of you. Last year they didn't pass my vehicle inspection and gave me a $2500 list of things I had to fix for it to pass and then I went somewhere else and it passed. Recently I needed a transmission solenoid and they claimed I needed the whole valve body and priced that around $800. When I said I just wanted just the solenoid, they said it cost more than $1000. They're so shady. Use caution going here.
More than $15,000 and less than 100 miles from the shop, we’re finding more than half of what we paid for to be replaced or fixed isn’t even done. Our transfer case glows from heat after a couple miles, and forget taking it on the highway. The first time we broke down we found our dip stick was dry. They couldn’t even bother to put oil in it. Our truck ran better when we dropped it off. They took advantage of our situation and robbed us. Take your vehicle to literally anyone else

Had my vehicle inspected and brake pads replaced. The staff were VERY professional and I couldn't ask for a better experience or price. They were reasonable on the price of repair/work.
I got my van worked on at their shop and now it runs even worse. Went to get the pawer steering pump replaced and now it's louder and I have a belt squeak that wasn't there before. When asked about they told me the belt would get better over time and that I needed to replace my whole power steering system. I got it diagnosed there and was told it was only the pump and apparently it wasn't. After almost $2000 later and my van is worse. I called and asked for a quote since apparently I need the whole system replaced and was told they would get back to me by lunch with a price. Never heard from them. I called again at the end of the day and was told they never got the price and would have to called the next day. Two days later I called again and they still didn't have it. It's been months and I've never heard from them. I would not take your vehicle here.
I was passing through to TN, and my alternator went out. They were quick to get me in, diagnosed the issue, and got me back on the road. I appreciate their help and service!

I was stranded in Sikeston back in February of 2022. I needed a timing belt done on my Acura. It takes a lot of work to do, sure. Well, not only did they take AN ENTIRE WEEK to do the work they also forgot a gasket on my exhaust.
I know this because I recently needed another timing belt kit done because my belt tensioner failed. Well, Mini Sensations was almost certainly privy to the oil leak that lead to this and decided to leave it without saying anything to me on top of forgetting a rather important gasket.
If you get stranded down there like I did due to mechanical issues I would literally pay to have your car hauled back. These guys did not do good work at all and took forever to do it!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this business, and I have since heard similar complaints from other customers. I took my vehicle in for a simple repair on a Friday at 8am. They called me at 10am to tell me what was wrong with my car and said it would take 2 hours to fix. I then had to pay $125 over the phone for the part (which was $37 at AutoZone), with a 3% up charge for using a card. When I didn’t hear back from them by 4pm, I called to see if my car was ready for me to pick up but nobody answered the phone. They are closed on weekends, so I called back Monday morning and still couldn’t get an answer. I went to speak with someone in person Tuesday morning and they said they were unable to access the computer to look up my information, but that my car was already fixed. I explained that I had a 2 year old, a job, already paid for the part, and needed my car back that they had already had for 5 days. They refused to send me an invoice for the labor and let me have my car. I ended up paying $400 and getting my car back a week and a half later, with no discount for the inconvenience, and they didn’t even fix it! It ran worse than when I took it to them! I strongly recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else!!
Had my tire patched here. Work was done properly but their mechanics were talking about how I looked like I was a pediphile because of my mustache at the time. You’re not out of earshot just standing out side the office door in the workshop. I will never use this company again.
Needed an inspection really quick and without an appointment. They were happy to help and were quick. Thorough too. The technician found a sensor that I had forgotten to plug back in. Very observant and courteous. Highly recommend them

Great customer service. Jennifer has been excellent and has been fighting with the warranty company about them covering the cost of everything to fix with the car that JP sides Mazda screwed up with and should’ve had fixed before selling to me. Great small shop in Missouri. I was in a tight spot for an oil change. Really good price for the cargo van I drive. If you’re in the area come see these people. Good vibes great service and friendly mechanics. I highly recommend
Great job towing our car off I55, repaired the engine and had us on the road in a couple of hours. They started working on the car as soon as we arrived. Highly appreciative to the whole crew.
I dont know why there are some bad reviews on here for them. My wife car broke down the tow truck driver was very nice and courteous made sure she was comfortable and ask her what her needs were. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and very understanding when I called. They went out of their way to find the CV axle for her car. They fixed the car within 24hrs. Even after the car was fixed they test drove it and also took it to the car wash for her. I am very pleased with them
Mini Sensations is an awesome Towing Company. Very nice and Courteous.Terry is the owner and always has a smile on his face,the day they towed me it was hott and miserable outside i was dying of thirst exhausted and tired.Terry made sure i had a bottle of water and a cool safe ride home. They fixed my car and even returned it to me when they were done.the cost was very reasonable and the time they got my car fixed in was phenomenal!!!! I recommend them over any company..... It can be difficult to find help when your vehicle breaks down. It can also be a panic moment being a female and traveling by yourself. It was late night and I was literally in the middle of nowhere. I couldn’t have asked for better with this company. He was on time, professional, polite, and put my panic moment at ease. I’m so thankful for the respect, courtesy and concern that he exhibited. He even followed up with a call to make sure all was taken care of and that I was safe. I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. So parents put your minds at ease knowing if you use this company rest assure everything will be safely taken care of.
