I have never left a negative review for a company, however, I have given them many chances to make this right and they have chosen not to so I have no other choice but to write this. My experience with this company - PartsASAP, All States AG Parts, TractorPartsASAP (yes, they go by multiple names) has been nothing but a headache and has now cost me over $350. I called weeks ago and ordered a clutch kit for my tractor. The representative on the phone told me exactly which kit I “needed.” When it arrived, it was the wrong part. I called back and spoke to the same person, explained it didn’t fit, and told him that according to their own catalog, it was the incorrect part. I even gave him the correct part number listed in their catalog. He insisted it wouldn’t fit but said he’d send it anyway. Since the first part he recommended was wrong, I chose to trust their catalog instead of his word, and I made that very clear to him. At no point did he mention that there was a 2025 catalog with updated information. I was reading out of the 2024 catalog and going off of the information his company provided, and he said nothing. The second part arrived, and even though their catalog indicated it was the correct fit, it also did not fit. So now I had two clutch kits to return, one he told me would fit, and one directly from their catalog. After they received my returns, I was told I would not be getting a refund because I “didn’t listen” to the same person who had already sold me the wrong part in the first place. They are now holding both kits, refusing a refund for the second kit, and telling me I’ll have to pay shipping if I want the item back. I’ve since read other reviews and realized I’m not alone. Many customers have had the exact same experience: poor customer service, unknowledgeable staff, and parts that do not match what their catalog claims. They do not make things right, and they clearly do not like giving refunds..even when the mistake is on their end. I have all the proof, screenshots, and documentation to back up every part of this. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT purchase parts from these people.

I canceled an order just 2 hours after ordering the part because my mechanic had me order the wrong thing. I was told it was canceled and being refunded on 3 different occasions over a 3 week period. Still waiting on the refund. Do not order from this company. People are rude and when you ask a question they simply ignore it and refuse to answer the question. I have contacted state ag and BBB with hopes of one day getting over $300 back from this company. No way at all to do business.

My husband has a tractor repair business and we order parts from here periodically. They sent the wrong parts to us 3 or 4 times. When my husband called them to talk about the wrong parts, the person at All State Ag Parts had a bad attitude & was rude. We'll not order from them again.

Parts are great but shipping is way over priced. $39 to ship a 4" x 4" voltage regulator. I'll be buy my tractor parts at the local tractor store.

Ordered a 2 piece grill for my Ford 3000, which turned out not to fit(my fault). Emailed all state ag parts and the lady asked which parts I wanted to return, and I answered... Never heard from her again. Called up there and a nice guy said he'd handle it and emailed me the return paperwork, which he did. Only to find out the shipping cost on the $60 parts was $80.... Emailed the nice guy again and have yet to hear from anyone. This company is unfortunately rubbish. Guess I should have stuck with yesterday's tractor.

I ordered an aftermarket fuel tank for my tractor from All States Ag Parts. I also added a fuel tank cap to my order. I thought all was well, and a day or two later checked my order to see that the fuel tank was removed from my order. So, I was left with a fuel tank cap with the $50 freight fee for the tank on my order. I did not need the cap without the tank, plus they left the $50 tank freight charge on the order. It was late at night, so all I could do was send an email to customer service explaining I needed the order cancelled. I immediately called All States Ag Parts the next morning and talked to representative Cathy who said she's taking care of it. I thanked her, only to receive a shipping notice email the next day for the fuel cap and $50 freight fee still attached. I called again and talked to representative Isabelle who said she would refund my money and the order has shipped and to keep the fuel cap. Well, a refund never happened and about a week later, representative Jeff called me and explained I could not have a refund because the order had shipped. The order was not shipped until the day Jeff called me, so there was ample time for Isabelle to have cancelled the order. At that point, I was not happy and told Jeff what I thought of All States Ag Parts. He assured me he would help resolve it. Later that day, representative #1 (Cathy) called me and said I was receiving a refund. I thanked her, and after a little over a week later, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again will I do business with this company. Lies, lies, lies.

Ordered a tie rod for our Allis. It came WITHOUT a box, all paint/primer scratched up and missing nuts, bolts, a greaser and blocking that is specific to the piece. All states will ONLY compensate us $15 for these missing pieces and us having to repaint the part. They cannot send another as this is the last one. So buyer beware.

All items I have ordered trom this site were not as described. All but 1 part ordered would not fit correctly. The one that did I had to fabricate myself. Buyers beware, you will get free shipping on parts, only to pay shipping their products back for a refund "still waiting on."

EDIT:: This was resolved!!! They in fact do swapouts... Jim at their Sikeston location was wonderful to work with!! If you have similar problems I would definitely contact him. I would say they lack customer service to say the least. After talking to probably 6 different people, every. single. person. RUDE. Our first product we bought from them ended up being two different colors SO after numerous calls they were still out of stock to make this right. I finally gave up and they had "no records of my calls to send me one when they were back in stock" so I asked for a discount when purchasing the newer (brighter) ones when they came out... Not only did I not get anything of sorts they were rude. I work in customer service myself and it's just not good business. They also do not offer any sort of swapouts so you better make sure you get what you need even if there is a miscommunication with part numbers. Bought lesson now twice, won't be a third time, and won't advertise their sprayer lights anymore!

My grandpa called about getting few JD tractor parts, guys that answered twice were rude an not professional and not knowledgeable about the parts...also hung up on my 80yr old grandpa when he started questioning them... I called them myself trying to help with his parts, told them I'd be there in 30-45mins...show up an nobody knows what I'm talking about, says I can go out back and try to find the part...needless say I was mad with them, if you can't answer the phone an do what you say or look parts up on computer, then they're in wrong business

I ordered parts for a 2630 John Deere tractor and was sent the wrong parts twice! They advertise as being the experts? Each time they shipped they would bill the amount and I ended up with three times the cash tied up for parts I couldn't use. When the so call expert finally asked the right questions and sent me the correct parts along with return label I was charged a 15% RESTOCK FEE! I not only had to wait several weeks for the correct parts but was CHARGED FOR THEIR MISTAKE! I would recommend looking elsewhere if I needed parts again.
