What an amazing experience! Ethan towed out semi truck to TAG in Jackson and can I just say SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL! He was professional, extremely poised and knowledgeable of EVERYTHING MECHANICAL! Completely different experience from what we were accustomed to. He took care of us and made sure we were in a safe hotel, the truck was cold and comfy and safe. I love the video,s they put out. I just called to make a suggestion about putting on light bar on back of trailer, first thing, to give a little more visibility while working on truck to tow.

Had I been informed of the “after hours” rates, and storage rates I may have provided better feedback for their services. However, their current rates and prices are NOT DISCLOSED until AFTER service has been provided. I would have been more appreciative had I been given the details of what I would be expected to pay, so that I may have the opportunity to make other arrangements. In my opinion, this is not a reputable company as I was not made aware of what I was agreeing to. Not to mention the services are overpriced for what you receive. $300 for a 5mile tow to a unsecure facility. Also, confirmed by the business office support staff. The hourly rate, storage fee, and “after hours” rates ARE NOT provided on the Business website. Also, be sure to bring cash upon retrieval of your vehicle. As they DO NOT tell you ahead of time to do so, but will SWEAR that they did. But wait.. There’s more. The vehicle that Ron towed was left in the street. Instead of being parked where is was secure.

Didn't get to meet the owner, but did meet the owners son who is a very professional and kind young man! Called another business next door to this business and will never call them again. This business went above and beyond to take care of a single truck owner operator who can do most repairs himself on the side of the road. This repair was the air brake compressor needing replaced and I didn't want to dump all my coolant on the ground. They was going to do the repair where I was parked but it started pouring down rain so the towed me to the shop and got me back on the road in no time and the bill waa so cheap i had to look at it twice! If you ever need any repairs near Cape Girardeau MO, don't waste your time calling anyone else besides Midwest. Truck Sales and Service.

Ron Pratt is a very good and helpful person. I ended up not using him but it was only because I was around a 100 miles away from him. He gave me advice and even contacted another towing service that he thought might have the equipment to transport my 35’ trailer with a broken spring. The other company did not have the equipment to do so and Ron had a lowboy that he could use if I didn’t find anything else. I did find a roadside mechanic that would work on my trailer. If I didn’t find him I would have called Ron back and given him the job. His price to help me was extremely competitive to the other towing companies I talked with. If you are In Scott city or Cape Girardeau Missouri, and you need assistance with your vehicle give him a call first. Thanks Ron for your help and if I didn’t find that roadside mechanic, I would have had you come to Kennett Missouri and tow me back to your shop.

Friend of mine who was in the area broke down. Called Midwest and they showed up even quicker than they said they would which is amazing. Driver named Mikey was super friendly and helpful highly recommend Midwest

Fellow drivers, I own an old-school FLD. I love that old struck. Long story short had another shop repair my power divider. Well the yoke nut backed off creating a huge issue for me. Obviously I have seen Ron's YouTube channel and liked his values as a company. Called him up and asked for a tow and repair. The shop far exceeded my expectations. Great communication and it's been 2 weeks since the repair, I have several trucks. I've had horrible experiences in the past with shops. This one is not the case!! Great price for tow and repair and they care folks!! If you need help call them you'll be happy you did. And as always God bless!! Thanks Ron and team

Ron’s content on his YouTube channel is phenomenal (even if it’s sometimes way too long to watch over the course of a 30 minute lunch break). I understand it takes a considerable amount of time to create and edit these videos, but the only minor issue I have is Ron only uploads once a week on Friday, and I honestly don’t have the patience to wait that long. Other than that, keep the content on your channel coming Ron and crew, and those two livestreams you did during the holidays a couple of years back that I’ve seen (one was way back in late November of 2019, the other one was on Independence Day of 2019 iirc) were amazing, please don’t let that tradition fade away because of COVID-19. I will definitely keep your contact information on speed dial if I’m somehow unlucky enough to wind up with a mechanical breakdown in your neck of the woods.

Great videos and i never had to call them and im not a semi driver or anything like that just a fan. but i watch his youtube videos very interesting and entertaining to watch seems friendly and very respectful. Thank you for helping drivers who needs help. Amd thank you for your service.

I think the YouTube videos say it all! Ron and the guys are very professional and know what they're doing, I've never used the company thankfully haha however if I needed to I would hesitate. A family owned business that broadcast on the internet for the world to see definitely has to take pride in doing a great job and that's just what they do

Ron Pratt's videos are educational, informative, and best of all he cares about the people who were in the accidents and cares about the community. Ron Pratt is an amazing person.

I understand Ron is all about safety and stuff but I swear is he is the SLOWEST recovery person I have ever seen. He basically looks at the situation, goes to his truck and comes back with a chain or a piece of equipment . He looks at the situation again and goes back to his truck . It takes him over an hour to do something that should only take 50 mins top

Ron Pratt who is the filmer for this company is a good guy and eventhough he believes in God, he mentions on his videos "If you believe" before he says to pray fro the victims which is way to show that he cares about everybody he works for. regardless of religious beliefs. His videos are even a public education source for anyone else wanting to get into the towing business. I would recommend that everyone who has a YouTube account to subscribe to his channel.

I see a few one star reviews. Apparently, from people that just troll, and know nothing about Midwest. A business does not keep a good standing with the local authorities and emergency services, unless they are doing a good job. Keep up the great work, Ron and Crew!

I watch this guy on YouTube and he is very professional and very good with people. He has excellent customer service skills. He offers water or Gatorade to whomever he is helping especially on hot days
