Prices were not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for absolutely wonderful service, competent mechanics, found a way to provide the service requested even in the midst of a very busy and hectic time responding to inclement weather emergencies. Comfortable environment, it felt like engaging with real people not just feeling like your another service number... all around loved the experience and will be a repeat customer.
I had several issues with my truck, which I purchased in March from a dealership that was less than helpful. Although they offered repairs, their fixes were only temporary solutions. In contrast, the team at Tony’s took a thorough and patient approach, systematically diagnosing and resolving every problem. Their dedication to getting my vehicle into top condition was outstanding. They even stayed a little overtime so I could pick up my truck after hours, which truly exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. For anyone facing automotive issues, I highly recommend Tony’s—they will go above and beyond to help, no matter the problem!
Called Tony for a tow and spare tire change due to a flat tire (my shop overtorqued my lug nuts so I couldn't do it myself like I would normally). He had me towed less than 1 mile from the gas station to his shop and tire changed in 1.5 hours. Total price was $227
These guys are great. I was just driving through on a road trip and ran into some car trouble. They figured it out fast and got me back on the road without any hassle. On top of that, they threw in a few good laughs and made the whole thing a lot less stressful.
My girlfriend was driving across the country and her A/C in her 2018 Subaru Forester went. It's not the type of car Tony works on but he still took the time to get her limping along to the next town over and we'll forever be grateful for that.

My daughter was on her way home from college and had her car over heating. I called the shop and they offered to help her determine if it was safe to drive and repaired her vehicle that day!

I was traveling on I 70 and blew a tire near Sweet Springs, MO. Tony’s had the exact tire I needed for my suburban. They were able to get me right into the shop and I drove off with a new tire within 15 minutes. We had several pleasant conversations with the employees. Excellent customer service!
Even though they didn't work on our vehicle, they were amazing!. Friendly and professional and did everything they could to help us. I highly recommend them and it's a small local business to help stay alive!
We were in Sweet Springs for a track meet. When unloading car my son heard a hissing. I picked up a bolt in my tire on the drive apparently. Searched for tire repair near.me and hit the JACKPOT! Tony's Auto Repair talked me through how to get to them and had me in and out and back to the meet before it even started. I didn't miss a single event! Staff was so nice and owners are top notch. Instantly felt like we had known each other for years. You will not be disappointed. Great experience. Genuine, honest business.
I was there just the other day as a first time customer and these guys are hands down the best I've EVER been to. I never once felt like I was unheard or going to get "over charged" in fact they treated me like family! I would recommend 1000 times over!!! Thank you again I have heat!!!!!!!

These guys are upstanding citizens with great mechanical knowledge. My husband and I was experiencing truck troubles driving back from Las Vegas to Ohio. They looked at our truck diagnosed the problem fixed it in a kind of a way just to get us home and didn't charge us. I would recommend them
Tony and Charity are a GREAT team. From the moment we described our SUV's symptoms while driving long-distance to St. Louis to the moment we were back on the road, they were professional, incredibly fast and diligent, and kind!! Two hours later, a new alternator and battery (yes, we needed the battery after almost dying on the highway from our bad alternator), and we were back on the road heading to our hotel in St. Louis. We had an incredible weekend there and the Tony/Charity team were the sole reason we made it there!! They are GEMs in the area and Sweet Springs is lucky to have them and their shop!!!
My daughter was traveling home from Kansas to Illinois and ended up having a flat at Casey’s. Trey and his guys were awesome! He communicated everything that was going on with my daughters car. I can’t thank them enough!
Tony and his wife Charity are very helpful! They managed to get my dad's car fixed in less than a day, and immediantly called to tell my dad, that his car was done! I'm so grateful there are still people like Tony and his family!
We were traveling back to Ohio from Kansas when our tire had blown. We were in desperate need for a tire repair. Not only were they able to help us on such a short notice but they were the kindest people. We were back up on the road home in no time!. We are greatful for the lady who recommended this place. I'm new in town. I've had my sidesteps replaced on my jeep at a very reasonable price. I also had a nail in my tire, so they fixed that and aired up all of my tires to the correct pressure. That made a huge difference on how it handles. Also topped off my radiator for me, a half gallon low, all for 30.00 bucks. They have also recommended other businesses for different needs I have. All of them that I have spoken to are very nice people.
Our engine began smoking outside of Sweet Springs on I-70. My husband Googled auto repair shops and found Tony’s. Within 45 minutes, we were back on the road. They were super fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Had a great experience I wanted to share: I was dealing with low tire pressure and stopped at a nearby gas station to inflate my tires. The cold weather made inflating them worse and a gas station attendant suggest Tonys. I arrived there at 11:57 am and was greeted with a friendly “what can I do for you?” I asked if they could check my tires and the response was “we are about to go to lunch but go ahead and pull around back.” They checked my tires, inflated them, even inflated my spare, and chatted with me during the few minutes it took. I asked how much they wanted for it and they replied no charge. I was very appreciative of the thoughtful service they provided as an out of town traveler. Highly recommend!
As we traveled through, our tire went flat. Tony and his crew got us in and out in under an hour, despite being busy. They were friendly and courteous and made my family feel comfortable. We were traveling from Colorado back to Illinois with four horses when the brakes went out on out truck. Tony and his crew got us in and back on the road quickly and at a fair price. He also let us graze our horses in his side lot and gave us access to water. I'm happy we found this shop.

Tony and these guys were great! I did my front and rear brakes last night and everything went fine with them. Started my trip from Kansas to Georgia today, stopped for gas the first time and smelled brakes. Checked them and found the rears very overheated. I had no tools or anything with me, it was 4:30 and any shop I talked to in the town I was in said they couldn't look at it until the next day. One of the places called Tony, which he was a town over, and he said to send me his way. Ended up that my calipers seemed fine off the truck but the pistons weren't going back in far enough on the truck with the new pads and rotors. 2 new calipers later and the problem seems to be solved. These guys stayed a while after closing to help me so I could get back on the road. I'm am so grateful for them being so awesome.
This place is really above and beyond on their customer service. Husband broke down on his way to Kansas City. They picked him up after hours and towed his truck to the shop and dropped him off at the local motel. Picked him up the next day and his truck fixed within 24 hours. They did all they could to make sure the turn around was quick. Had a mix up on a part and still got everything done super quick. Even fixed a belt that they weren't comfortable with due to it being involved with the breakdown. Reasonably priced. I would recommended this place to anyone!
I had the privilege of meeting Tony and his crew today. I was driving on highway 70 and hit something, probably a bolt, that punctured my tire. I am very particular about my car and have odd wheel and tire sizes. Tony was very honest with me and was able to get me in right away(total was 30 minutes or less) so I could get back on the road to make it to Cincinnati for a doctors appointment. I was impressed with the professionalism and the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Tony's auto repair and if I lived closer I would do it regularly.
I've lived in Sweet Springs for about five years now and I drive cheap cars. So I've been to Tony's many times. He is always fair, always professional, and really goes the extra mile. He does sometimes get busy, but even then has a pretty quick turn-around.
