A week after having my tire repaired at the dealership, the repair failed leaving me on in an inconvenient position at work and very stressed. My job requires I travel between locations frequently on post, so waiting several hours for my husband to break away from work wasn't an option. After making the call and explaining the situation, they sent someone straight to post to resolve the situation. Despite the cold temps and wind from the recent snow storm, the employee was pleasant and polite and handled the situation with expert skill.
I am so very appreciative of their services and have no doubt I will use their services again in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much!!!
This company does towing for the highway patrol. My son had a flat tire and his jack wouldn’t work. He removed the car from the roadway and took not the off ramp. The next morning I brought him a jack and the car had been town and impounded before 15 hours had passed. Now they want over $500 to pick the car up. My autistic grandsons blankets and car seat are inside. What a horrible business!!! Your account of our conversation is not factual at all. I do in fact a recorded copy of our conversation. I am just informing the public of the morally bankrupt person you are. This is not the first time I have heard of you practices of picking up cars from accident scenes where drivers were then taken by ambulance and then have huge recovery and impound costs. I would hate to make my living on the backs of the poor who have had an unfortunate event.
This business is an absolute disgrace. My car was towed at MoDOT’s request, despite Highway Patrol giving me a clear verbal agreement that I could retrieve it the next morning. They towed it less than 10 miles and immediately attempted to charge the legal maximum.
What is truly unforgivable is their lack of humanity. We are a low-income family with four children; my son is autistic and non-verbal. When I asked simply to get his comfort blanket from the car, they refused to let me touch my own property without $120 and a title in hand. To hold a child’s essential needs hostage for a fee is predatory. They are running a racket, adding daily fees to a bill they know a struggling family can't pay.
Keep the car—it’s a 20-year-old salvage—but know that you are built on greed and a total lack of a backbone.
You're whole response is a lie. I was waiting to hear back from highway patrol about a wavier for the towing and didn't get any word. Then I called and asked if I could get his blanket back and at no point did your employee say I could get anything from the car. I asked if I could get just his blanket and was told it would be $120 and I'd have to bring the title.
Extremely unhelpful. Bad customer service.

I can't recommend Cody enough. He went above and beyond to keep me and my dog out of the heat when my truck broke down. Honest prices and great service.

Early morning road trip to the airport started out with two flat tires. Cody was exceptionally quick, professional and got us to where we needed to go to get new tires to still make our flight! Highly highly recommend Cody and Onsite Towing !
By far the most professional Towing Company around. I struck a deer in the middle of the night and Cody came from Pulaski County (Waynesville) to Phelps County (Rolla) to tow my vehicle. The site we needed it towed to was not easy. He went out of his way to move a hitch trailer and assure my vehicle was in a spot that would not block any other vehicles or equipment that we would need access too.
I have dealt with other companies in Pulaski, Phelps, and Marie's and he truly went above and beyond expectations!!!
Anytime your in need of a Tow Truck it is a stressful situation because clearly your vehicle is not running correctly or you have been in an accident. Cody's professionalism and attitude was just what we needed to end a very stressful night.
If I could give more than 5 stars I truly would.

I didn't get the gentleman's name but I called onsite for fuel delivery. This man explained to me he would only be able to deliver 5 gallons. I called several tow/fuel delivery companies, nobody available(or not worth it to them) to deliver me fuel. This Kool dude from onsite did some research and found that Road Ranger offers fuel delivery! (Neither one of us knew that!) But for him to find the cheapest option for me, really going a person out! Not taking advantage of plain not givin a F!!! He is a real one, many thanks to him, sorry didn't get his name but that will tell you about the integrity of this gentleman and his company...

Me and my girlfriend were otw from st rob to Rolla and a had a flat but both of our jacks were terrible and on a hill which made it even harder to get it jacked correctly, called a few places and none do tire work. As my last resort we called and spoke with Cody who had great customer service and helped us get the cheapest option, he the same guy who came and helped change the tire!! Five stars all around appreciate it my guy Cody!!
After my son's accident Roger was there to tow his car. My son is an adult but this Mom was thankful for the quick response and extreme kindness shown by Roger . Thank you!
I live in Birmingham Alabama and I got stranded on the side of the road I called 911 start 55 and some more towing places I called the towing places that was in St Roberts where my car was broke down thank God he led me to that phone number to call Mr Rogers towing company he came and helped me my husband and my 95-year-old grandmother back on the road I was so thankful he are a blessing he came to our rescue at 10:00 at night I was scared because I was in the middle of nowhere really didn't know where I were it was dark I thank you so much for helping us out you are a truly blessing
We called Onsight in the middle of the night. They were quick to answer and nice over the phone. The service driver was to our vehicle within the time stated and was great.
Want to thank Onsite Towing for their help in getting a shed moved for the Pulaski County Shrine Club in Buckhorn today. The entire crew worked effortlessly in moving it from Dixon. Dirt roads, potholes and all, the shed was moved and delivered for us with ease. This crew of men along with the owner Roger Graves proved just what professionalism and dedication to their job was all about. Thank you again for everything.

One day I was with my friend who was from out of state driving her mom’s car. When we finished dinner we tried to start her car and it would not start. We called OnSite and had to have her car towed to her mom’s house. The service was quick and friendly even late in the evening hours.
