While driving cross country from Boston to Phoenix, my radiator blew on the highway. I called AAA and TC Towing responded. I believe the driver’s was named AJ, but I was a little flustered so I could be wrong. What a great company. They showed up in less time than the original ETA, safely towed my Jeep to a nearby shop, and then he was kind enough to give me a life to a hotel a mile down the road. Highly recommend.

TC towing is awesome!!! They aren’t your run of the mill money sucking company ready to take you for your dollar. I drive for a company and came across someone passing through town in need, the family had a hole in their gas tank and couldn’t drive their vehicle. TC towing worked with us and even have advice that a normal business wouldn’t have given. Being that the advice prevented them from making money. Nancy and AJ specifically were transparent and super considerate when it came to our situation. Thank you Team for being down to earth and caring. God bless and see you around town.

Jordan was amazing. He showed my kiddos how the tow truck works and put a smile on my family's face. Not only was he professional but he was personable and made my kid's night! Thank you Jordan for being so amazing!

Jordan and TC Towing came to our rescue! Had a flat on I-44 east of St. Robert, an area with very sketchy cell signal. AAA screwed up the tow order three times, and finally a trooper stopped and contacted the company. Jordan was there in short order and had us quickly to a repair shop. Very friendly and polite, skilled and professional. A great company to call when you need assistance.

The guy Jordan that towed my car was the best tow guy I could’ve asked for. He got rid of my anxiety and was very sweet to my baby. Batman saves the day!

Jordan couldn't have been nicer. There were 4 of us stuck on the side of the road when my transmission went out. We had been sitting on the side of the road for 3+ hrs in 100°F heat. Other companies had overlooked us because we were a 200 mile tow. When my transmission failed it also caused a lot of the electronics in my newer SUV to go crazy and the electronic emergency parking brake was applied and wouldn't turn off. Jordan professionally loaded my SUV despite us not being able to disengage the parking brake. We can't thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness.

TC Towing, I was assisted by Jordan who arrived quickly, professionally, and helped diagnosis my 2019 Charger 392 before loading it on the bed! He saved me time and I couldn't be any more thankful!

Jordan was more than helpful! We were headed to some drag races when we had transmission issues. He fixed 'er up and we made it to Bonne Terre Drag Strip just in time! He wouldn't even take a tip.

Jordan was the best. I had been traveling with my friend since 4am and we ended up with a flat. We were panicked as we were from out of state but Jordan came quicker than expected and was so kind and friendly! As being 2 women on the side of the road it’s a scary situation but he made sure we felt comfortable and safe. I have had tows before but this was seriously the best experience. TC Towing is a great company to use for break downs. And lock outs. Had to use em for both. Was very punctual and very respectful. Jay was a delight to deal with

I’m sure it’s a decent company and it looks like the tow job they did was fine. The young man who towed my vehicle was kind Condescending and arrogant who lacked the ability to produce Anything that I asked for to show the price it would cost to have the vehicle towed. Then to find out they charge me $556 to tow it 1.8 miles. Talk about some considerable price gouging.

I didnt catch the gentleman who pulled me out, but he was absolutely amazing and so kind. Made me feel less silly for getting my truck stuck in snow! He got there quickly and took his time. Not only did he get me unstuck, he made sure I could leave and waited until I driving off before he moved on to the next call. Hands down recommend for your towing needs!

Went off the road on 17 across from Longview. Truck got there pretty fast considering the conditions. Got me back on the road and towed me to a gas station. Can't remember his name but he was great! Thank you TC towing!

I spoke with management over the phone. She was very understanding and she was very kind and was willing to work with my situation which I so appreciate. When I was able to make it to the actual tow yard to pick up my vehicle, it was a surprise to me that they only took cash only and I was on foot so it really sucked after a walk as far as I did to get to an ATM machine and back. Their business is on a main road and staff was on a tow pick up so the gates were locked and I had to wait outside. No shade. No chairs on the side of a main road in the grass on the gas not a good situation or a safe place to be. Just hanging out. Waiting for an employee to unlock the gate to pay and release my car. Also had to show valid driver's license and insurance and they made copies

Great group of people. The wrecker driver was super helpful even on the highway he helped keep us all safe. He communicated well. Definitely will call them if there is another problem!

Due to weather my car ended up in an embankment and they pulled it out no problem. They were all nice, very helpful, reasonably priced, and got it out without causing damage to it. Definitely recommend them for any towing needs!

These guys were amazing. Alternator went out and they were picking us up within 15min. We drive an Excursion and their guy and truck had us loaded in minutes. Went from what would have been a miserable night getting home to zero stress. Our driver Nicholas was outstanding. Respectful and professional. Great conversation over a long drive. I highly recommend.

Our car wouldn’t start and TC towing was amazing! Jeremy showed up incredibly quickly, pushed our car out of the driveway and towed it on base. He was very friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable! We hope we don’t have any more issues, but we will definitely call them again if we need anything!
