Not a great experience, I went there looking for a simple interior dash clock that went out in my car and was expecting to maybe pay 10-25$ but I asked if they had any and said 30$ to get it out plus the clock and I did consider the offer, then asked if I could test it to make sure it works the women said No which kinda made me think they were selling me something that didn't work.
Very rude woman who I spoke to this morning. First of all she definitely sounded like she was on something second of all she sat there an rudely told me my car wasn’t worth anything close to $300 an then hung up
How in the world a business runs like this, lying and deceiving paying customers, I haven't the slightest idea. Definitely need new counter sales people whoever. Need to figure something out since its very clearly not just me whos had issues with this business. Absolutely awful.
Very nice on the phone. Knew right off the bat that they didn't have what I needed, but tried to help me figure out who else I could call that might have it. Great job, guys!
Worst experience I've ever had and I keep giving them numerous opportunities to show me they're actually worthy of being called a business I have went to them for over 8-9 parts for four different types of vehicles and every single time they do not have it in stock and every single time I have to go there and wait for over an hour for them to stop playing with children and go see if they have the part time they're the worst salvage yard I've ever been to Time After Time After Time
It was all right but you should pull the part and then call somebody back and see if it's good or not and then they could travel that far to get it I rate you at maybe a 3in star
I called to ask about a rim to mount a tire on. First person hung up, and when I called back, the second person asked what I wanted it for. I told them to put a tire on. She said, “ I UNDERSTAND that. What kind of CAR?” I told her never mind. I would look elsewhere. That she didn’t need to be so rude. She said “that’s good.” Horrible customer service!
Just went there today, seemed like I was bothering the lady up front when I inquired about a part. No eye contact, talked away from me while sitting down. I wanted to ask about another part, but felt like I was unwelcomed so I left...
