Rude. Ignored us for the first ten minutes and then didn't look at me or address me ONCE despite me looking directly at them and talking. Had no problems talking to my spouse. Tried to charge us 400 bucks after my tire blew half a mile from their place. 400 dollars. Highway patrol called them after my tire blew trying to get my son to the ER. Half a mile for 400 bucks. The tire blew so we left and my child had stitches on his face so we csme back the next morning and it was gone. I'd call that praying on some one else's misfortune. They 2 guys up front freaked of body odor and cigarettes.
Called ahead about a headlight assembly. I get there and act like they dont remember talking to me. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes and still didn't have the part. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Awesome place. They guys were super nice and helpful! Prices were beyond fair! Definitely the place I will be checking first for any future car part needs!
Horrible business practices! Bought a transmission had a bad wine/bad pump took them two weeks to get another one looked like it came out of their core pile missing sensors and metal shavings in it won’t engage. I buy a lot of used motors and transmission and this is by far the worst experience!
Bought a motor from this company last winter, took the time to install the motor got it put back together in the car. Tried to start it, come to find out it’s a junk motor, low compression in cylinder 3. They told me it ran before pulled from the car. I don’t think I would do business with them again. Thanks for letting buy a a junk motor for $400
Had my brother in law go get me a used alternator, they gentlemen there was outstanding! I really appreciate these guys working hard to help us poor folks.
Very helpful. Great service. I needed a drivers side mirror for my truck. They had what I needed, and they have very good prices. They definitely know their car and truck parts.
Wouldn’t use this company they have a man named Tyler Applebee going around selling cars and claiming they are good and once he leaves your sight and it breaks down a block away from where you just did the deal. he will try to have you use this towing company. Worst experience ever.
These guys are life savers!!! I couldn't have e found a better place to tow my car! Not only were they extremely friendly, they actually took into consideration my situation, and acted fast and worked with me!! Anyone needing any of the services they offer you would do best to call these guys first!! They are definitely worth it!!!
Poore's has always been my go to for parts,these folks are very knowledgeable and they listen to your questions and offer very knowledgeable answers and parts if they have them,if they don't they will offer another alternative of acquiring similar or same parts services elsewhere.
Always helpful and pleasant. Have not had one time that they couldn't help. Wouldn't go anywhere else. If don't have it will bend over backwards to find what you need if there is a part to be had.
Excellent!! Had just the part, (whether it was new, refurbished or used), that we needed to fix our truck, to keep it on the road. And we didn't have to struggle with pulling the part ourselves! And quite competitive with the pricing, as well. Thanks. Will be back and will recommend.
Good service. We called them, and they stayed open a little late so we could get an alternator and they were so nice, that the manager sent all workers on home, and he took the part off for us so we didn't have to return in the morning.
Very unprofessional and rude. Does not do good business to business!! Bob has said he would call us back twice now for a part and has not. He will not give us a price until he looks at it??? Not a good company to use will wasn't your time. Would not recommend 100%
I got my salvage part and it was the right part but the service wasn't very good. The front desk lady was very rude to customers in store and on the phone. She was busy so I get being stressed but you shouldn't take it out on the customers.
Poore’s was great when my son was involved in a terrible accident.Yes, Poore’s towed his car but after calling them, as my son was being taken to Springfield by air ambulance they went back to the scene of the accident and searched for his wallet,computer and credit cards that were strewn in the ditch,down a ravine,even picked up all his clothes and phone in the middle of the night.
WOW! Who does that? The very nice helpful tow truck driver at Poore’s. This man even called a week or so later just to see how my son was doing.Unbelievable!!

Poore's are best in finding parts if they do not have it they can give a suggustion on where to look for one. But they are very friendly people and have the knowledge needed when come to buying parts from them or if your selling cars to them. Great work guys
I've done business with poore's for many years they bought several of my cars that I've wrecked or cars that are no longer running from me they're very easy to get along with they're always helpful the girl that works the front desk is always very efficient and nice to talk to. They are real people and they are understanding
It might take a bit on busy days for them to get to you, but they work hard to take care of everyone. The guys are friendly and willing to work with you on finding what you need. The selection is good, even is a lot has already been picked over.

We have a Toyota Camry and needed a seat buckle. Couldn't find one until here. The help was very polite and friendly and was helpful on how easy it was too change it ourselves. Thank you guys for your service.
They had what we needed to fix r van door. They pulled it&their prices where very reasonable. Have other parts we need. We will be going back as soon as we have enough money to buy what we need. I give them an A+...
The recker did not give me any details or receipts when I called for the number to the driver I was treated rudley by some female when simply she could have given me the if my truck was no attitude of a company starts with the hello before you even meet the clients... its called client appreciation !
