We gave him my car over a month ago just to look at and instead of just keeping us informed that he wouldnt have time he kept putting it off and making excuses. When we finally got around to moving it ourselves it had been sitting out for so long that the battery died. A battery that had just been replaced.
Had a motor rebuilt...3 months later it jumped time AGAIN! Apparently, since the job was rushed because he overbooks himself, some old parts were used that were bad, in the rebuild. I'm disabled and 3 states away from family...and now without a car...but he got his $3800. If you want timely(within 3 months) and quality work that's not rushed, don't go here!!!
**he states in his response that a "professional mechanic" didn't diagnose the problem...that's wrong! A "professional mechanic" didn't do the work right to begin with! And yes, he did know that it wasn't running right, but I couldn't afford to have it towed from Kentucky to Missouri for him to mess it up even more!
This is my local goto shop....Rodger has always a solid guy who will not rig stuff even if you ask him too..quality work with quality parts and he stands behind BOTH !
We got work done on our 2007 ford focus. Was quoted $700 to fix. It still leaks and has only been 6 months. We called and told him and he said it wasn’t his problem. Our car had too many problems. Well the only problem I have is a guy who doesn’t stand behind his work. I would not ever take or tell anyone to ever go there. You can say I’m not but I came buy and paid you for the work on Renee’s or Rae’s car. So get it right. I know the truth

Willy always goes above and beyond when I'm that dreadful customer that waits until the last minute to call and try to get in for an inspection or oil change. He'll always find the time to get me in, and he's very friendly and professional.
The guy is an honest, & hard working man. Extremely knowledgeable, I trust him, and he does excellent repairs. He doesn't let me fix things that don't need replacing yet, that's Honesty!
Have taken my vehicles to Roger for years and he has always performed the service well and stood by it. He doesn't try to get you to do unneeded repairs and the repairs are done right and he stands behind his work. I always use Willy's with confidence that my car is safe and road worthy when I pick it up.
Roger may be slower at times than other mechanics (he does it all himself), but he is worth the wait. His prices are great and he is an honest mechanic that will not try and persuade you into doing something on your vehicle if it's not necessary or requires immediate attention. In a jam he always comes through, though--got two cars inspected, oil changed, and licensed in one day in the afternoon. He is a friendly guy and great to chat with. His cat and dog (Willy) are sweethearts!
