Well I took my car here he was rude an didn't do anything right he didn't call carshield like he was supposed to do get that taken care of me did not call me back when you were supposed to when I left a message I had to get a ride there an hour away and he didn't call me left me hanging I called him back he act like he didn't get my message but I know he did yeah I got your message being rude and was rude when I got to go pick my car up has no manners whatsoever he said it come out of my pocket because he didn't do his job calling car shield like he was supposed to carshield I called carshield they said they didn't he didn't put it in the fix request or something so all around experience not good no manners manner of a dog not good I forgot that he said there's a doorbell on the wall you're supposed to hit and call me back in the office like we knew that we'd never been there he need to get better Mariners if he's going to run a shot the people when I got there said are you trying are you looking for Maverick or something I said he's rude I didn't end up paying because he didn't do his job right

This place is great and I can’t recommend them enough! So far I’ve come here for both my tire installation and to have my blower motor replaced and have zero complaints about the service. Their prices are more than fair, honestly the first shop I’ve been to that hasn’t screwed me on that much, and they even accept outside parts which is another first for me. Mason and his team are good honest people and you should definitely consider them!!

I was on a road trip and was stranded mason and his entire team treated me like family could have easily taken advantage of my situation but got me back on the road same day even though they were busy great pricing can’t recommend them enough!

I was able to make an appointment for my car inspection online. They were friendly and efficient. Will go back and will recommend.

The staff is very friendly, and reasonable. I took my car to another mechanic, they charged me twice as much as Danville Automotive, and didn't fix the problem. And they have a great mascot named Miah.

All associates were courteous and kind and the service was fast and their prices was very reasonable. They repaired my tire and had me back on the road in no time. If you guys need fast service with very professional people, get it done at Danville Automotive Care!! These guy’s rock!!!

Had a flat tire on my RV at midnight on Labor Day weekend and Mason, the owner, came out without hesitation. Not only did he get me back on the road, but he also tracked down the issue, changed out the valve stem, and made sure everything was safe before I left. Prices were more than fair, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Mason’s a super guy and the kind of person you’re glad to have in your corner when you’re in a bind. Living off a gravel road, we've had many (unfortunate) opportunities to use Danville Automotive to fix flat tires. The owner, Mason, not only makes "house calls" but he also responds promptly, professionally, and does a fantastic job! We are so lucky to have Mason nearby...he's saved us so much time and money. Hopefully you'll never need to use him but if you need automotive help, I highly recommend Danville Automotive. You will NOT be disappointed.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only was staff super friendly they went above and beyond. They were able to repair my suv the same day so I could pass inspection. Then instead of waiting at the shop they gave me a ride to my house. They stayed late to make the repairs, just so I could have my vehicle in the morning to take my kiddo to school. They didnt have to do any of that, but they did. Definitely will have a repeat customer here.

When first entering I thought I might have entered the wrong door! Announcing my presence, a young lady that was grooming a dog answered my summons. She was quick to inform me that the mechanics were out for dinner but would return shortly! Which thay did! The young man found a finishing nail in my right front steering tire. He pulled my 4Runner around back, removed the tire, plugged it and gave me 5 or 50 guarantee. That was a week ago and the tire is still maintaining 36 pounds and is still round! All in all, I was more than satisfied! I would have liked the dog groomer to have given me a trim but she probably has standards! Jim Said That!

Mason did a great job. We were on our way from Atlanta to Nebraska and the engine light came on and it started to sputter. It was late Saturday afternoon and we drove our van to his shop and he read the code. It was a pretty major repair, but it seems that it’s fixed well. The only bad thing was the communication. I had to call every day and mostly there was no update. I was a little panicked because we needed to have it done by the end of the week so we could drive home at the end of our vacation. I finally got a call Saturday morning that the van was fixed. Mason was nice enough to meet us there on Sunday, and the van drove well for the 12 more hours to home. I don’t know what we would have done if Mason and his shop weren’t available that Saturday. Thank you Mason!

Had brake failure and bearing issues on my trailer while delivering a car, was fast and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend here.

We had an issue with our alternator passing through and were stranded! Mason the owner got us back on our way! Such a great guy!

My car broke down on the way from St. Louis to KC. John and Mason at Danville Automotive fixed my car asap and were nothing but friendly and accommodative. They even offered to drive my lady and I to the gas station instead of us walking. Literally stopped working to offer. Great people all around. Friendly and fair priced. Definitely recommended and will be stopping back by to say hi next time I'm driving to St Louis. 10/10

Do Not Use This Company. They are a bunch of self trained mechanics. No certifications and will not stand behind there work. Please see pics of the wire chaff’s due to wrong placement and when putting the tire back they used a nail not a correct cotter key. All I asked was for them to refund me the part. They refused. No star would be better.

Had a breakdown on I-70 fuel injector line. Called Danville automotive left message with shop worker. In less then 5 min. Mechanic called me back said he would be at my location in 30 min. Arrived call about getting part said they would have it in the morning. Mason said he would be back 9am with part. Recommend hotel near me Brandy inn. Super nice. The mechanic Mason was there at 8am with part and I had a bad alternator. I had the part. He installed both parts and was back on the Rd. by 9am. Across the country Great service reasonable service charge. Very pleasant and honest. 5 stars+ What a blessing Thanks again Mason.

On a cross country road-trip and felt some grinding on our breaks. We called late at night and they squeezed us in first thing the next morning. Didn't have one of the parts on hand, but they drove and got it right away. Had us in-and-out with new rotors and break pads within an hour! Highly recommend for anyone in a bind. Very friendly and fairly priced!

Our RV had a blowout, every one we called was sick. He was short handed and still managed to come out immediately and get us back on the road. Great service! Reasonably priced!

I’m a hotshot driver and had a bad tire. The truckstop referred this company. The dispatcher I spoke to was friendly. The tire technician that came out was name Jonathan. He was exceptionally quick and had awesome customer service. Jonathan, thank you for getting me back on the road. You guys ROCK!!!

Their setup may appear a bit funky on first look, but it does the job, and they did me well today. When I got a flat “in the middle of nowhere” as it seems, they were quick to respond, honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and it was all good! Call them without hesitation…!
