Great Experience, I called to ask what time the gate closes and the girl informed me and then took down my truck info to make sure I could get my drop off done just in case the gate was closed!! Super easy and quick! Will definitely be back for future drop offs!
I went in with some scrap #1 and #2 copper and some brass plumbing fittings. I wanted to see how they would price me and to my disappointment the reviews of bad business were right. They priced a good amount of #1 copper as number 2 saying the little bit of paint splatter made it #2 they priced a bunch of number #2 as brass that was mixed in but not connected to brass plumbing fixtures and took of weight for the plastic I'm assuming but it was well under what they deducted. Needless to say I knew the value of what I brought in but played stupid to see if they would do honest business and they did not. I got less than half of what the other scrap yards would give. Good business brings back customers, bad business brings bad reviews and loss of customers. Honesty and better business practices could do this place a lot of good.
From the time I called them he was there within the hour to pick up the scrap car and paid what was agreed-upon on the phone and was extremely kind. Very thankful for their services.
We showed up at 4:19 and the gate was closed and it said closed when it closes at 4:25. The owner came to the gate and was rude and even blamed the early closing on his wife. You are running a business I just drove 30 mins got here before time to close and got turned away. If you do not want late customers or the hassles that come from being a business owner that do not be one either way with how you did me today I can see you losing a lot of business. I will not come back and this was my first time here
If I could give a zero star rating, that's what I would give y'all. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone by no means. For starters the lady I spoke to on the phone was completely rude for no reason. On top of that I got quoted 1 price but then got completly underpaid. Also they put something completely different than what I gave on the receipt so that I was paid for something with less payout. Their scales are off by almost a half ton. After they printed off my receipt and gave me my whole 16$ one of the workers went back and picked out all the Iron that they put on my receipt as tin. Now come on, what kind of business does this? Oh wait, an unqualified business like this one. I'm sure my review will be deleted, but that's what happens when somone puts an honest review though.
Iv used got junk more then a dozen #12 times every time they are amazing !! Always try and give me my best deal 👌and work with me if I don't agree .. James has came out and gotten 🚗cars from me and always has a positive attitude! 😊 and when I hall junk in I can't help but love Earl he's there every day weather life's right or not EARL NEEDS A HUG😚 thanks guys I apriciate ur work every time!!
