Seems like I'm always there, crew is really good and experienced. Get along with most of the guys there. A top crew with knowledge...... Can get parts in fast from other locations!
My favorite oriellys store. We have one directly across the street from my house, and I still drive to Noel to get my stuff. The staff in Noel are top notch.
The employee was extremely knowledgeable about the best way to tackle my problem... treated me with complete respect... they do the job but still maintain the business feel ...
This is hands down the best parts store . You get a welcome to orilleys. not just being ohh this is my job. Welcome . Its a welcome like ur in their seconed home asking if ur hungry for tune up or more horse power . The experience the staff has is more then Novis. Witch provides even the I don't know whats wrong this is whats happening kind of customers can get that reinsurance their getting the right things for their needs . And no I don't work for the store or the company I'm saying this . Because this is a honest little town store that has a bunch of big hearts and and good humored employes that its not a job . Its getting to help people with what they love doing .
My go to Parts store locally. These guys are friendly and helpful. They will take the time to help you get the right parts or tools. Could get better about letting people know when their parts have arrived after ordering.
Food is what i expect and isgood service is ok orders in side are ok the place is clean the drive through is were we have a problem its not convenent bad design the speakers are on ground so they have a hard time hearing move ordering spot out to the side or rase the speakers mics up ihave noticed trucks have a hard time binging heard
The manager is rude, she will give you wrong parts, and when you bring the wrong part back to get the right one, she could care two hoots about you. The guys that work there are great John asst. Manager will take good care of you. But if you walk in and there is a lady behind the counter, do yourself a huge favor drive the extra miles. Now before you say I am a only guys can sell part your wrong. The Assistant manager at AutoZone in Grove is female and amazing. Drive there for part if the female mgr. Is working at Orileys in Noel She is more than worthless!!!!
