Awesome service!! The lady that answered the phone was super nice, friendly and informative. I needed a semi repair at an off ramp in the middle of nowhere. The service Tech that came out was very friendly as well and knowledgeable. He got me fixed and safely back on the road. Thank you!

Had a breakdown on Hwy 75 outside of Dawson, NE and the mobile tech did an awesome job getting my truck back up & running so I could get home in time for Thanksgiving.
Lost a set of duals, so I called them. Had a service truck out in about 45 min. Nate was very efficient getting all the parts rounded up and everything put back together, very good-natured and easy to get along with!
The lady who answered the phone was amazing. She gave me the info and directed me to the office in rock port. I had a flat tire do to a screw. He came right over and fixed the tire. Had to leave the car at McDonald's the night b4 and the guy trusted I'd com3 pay him b4 I went into work. Reasonable price! Very nice guy! Exceptional service! Picked up immediately on a Sunday and provided service within an hour to get us back on the road after a flat tire. Upfront with the cost right from the beginning. Very reasonable service cost - we thought it would cost more. Shout out to Ben the driver for great customer service!

Hit a deer with our moving truck and had to wait over 24hrs for a replacement. Benefiel was helpful and supportive from start to finish getting us moved to safety, settled in town, and swapped over in their yard. They made a stressful experience a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone.
Zach responded to the Highway on a Saturday night and got my motorcycle towed and safely stored at his facility while I figured out what I was going to do with it after a wreck. I live 700 miles away so I wasn’t sure. 3 days later he towed it to the closest Harley dealer, pretty far from his shop. Price is fair and the service was awesome. Hope I don’t his services again, but if I do, I know who to call.
The Benefiel team was great to work with! I contacted them after 6pm to pickup an oversized excavator at 7AM the following day and they were there early. I was able to track their driver periodically throughout the day and he made great time! They really saved the day for us!
Very professional & prompt. Didn't wait long for a tow. AAA wouldn't have a tow truck to come tow me for 2 days. Driver Michael was there to tow within half hour. Highly recommend this company.
Charlie came out and did a great job..total asset to your company. I was in the middle of nowhere and dude brought me a breakfast burrito that was like 10 lbs. Very grateful for that. Above and beyond. Great guy.
Our 16 year old daughter hit debris on I29 at Percival that took out 2 of her tires, Mark towed us to get her tires replaced quickly and safely. They were awesome with us and insurance billing for our roadside assistance.
I’m an owner operator when I hit a deer called company was there within an hour . Driver was awesome friendly took care of my truck . Professional and went out of his way to take me to a hotel and made sure I was checked in . Gave me a quote and was spot on . Did not figure my towing experience would be good always hear bad things about getting towed, wonderful experience if there is such a thing getting towed. Good Equitment
Excellent and timely service (on a Saturday!) to get our RV-converted shuttle bus hauled out of the mud after a huge rain storm! Very impressed with their knowledge, capabilities and ingenuity! 10/10 highly recommend!

We were waiting for 8 hours in 9° weather for the tow truck to show up to tow us to the next state over because we could not drive our budget truck without a mirror. The police officer told us to get off the side of the highway. So we had to drive up to the next exit. I waited inside to stay warm it was not a truck stop it was a rinky dink gas station. The accident happened at 5:30 in the morning you did not show up until 3:30 in the afternoon so it actually was more than 8 hours I waited for you. Budget called you guys at 6:00 in the morning. By the time you got us to the RV budget place they had closed at 4:35 we were stuck there for another 2 hours instead of being there early where they could change our mirror and we could be on our way. we had to go rent a hotel room stay the night and find a way back to the rental place in the morning. So please forgive me if I'm not happy for your services. Happy Thanksgiving to you too. Oh and not to mention by waiting all day for you. We missed our flight back home. Now the airline won't refund our $800 tickets. So please forgive me if I'm not happy with your service.

The tech that was on call was polite and one of the nicest men I have ever met. For any driver that needs service call these guys office personal was great to . Thanks (Josh) definitely if I ever have to have a road call again I'll be calling these guys, and for anyone that uses any service people to help them on the road WATCH THERE BACK meaning make sure they now when some on is not getting over in other lane , wave them to other lane and be safe . Thanks again all service road call techs be safe .
Dave was at my home within 30 minutes of request for service. He explained everything related to billing and was able to get my vehicle to the local service center safely. I highly recommend.
After breaking down 10 hours into a 28 hour drive with my vehicle pulling a trailer and Caravanning with my son’s family and dog, Honda Assist and AAA would not help me make arrangements to tow both my car and my trailer. The Benefiel dispatcher was so kind and determined to help! He got the ball rolling. Our tow driver was kind and helpful as well. I am so grateful that this company recognized our needs and helped us get my grandgirls (one of whom has significant medical issues that requires weekly infusions) off the side of the road and to a hotel while we waited for the tow truck to take my disabled car and trailer full of personal belongings to Omaha 72 miles away. Great job, guys!!
Awesome help and reassurance in an upsetting circumstance…my RV broke down on the freeway 2000 miles from home. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist. She gave me names and contact info for businesses who would be able to repair my vehicle since I was unfamiliar with the area. The tow truck driver was friendly and reassuring and tried to get my vehicle running before towing it. Unfortunately it had to be towed but he was careful and efficient and kept himself, me, and my RV safe. I hope I don’t need their services in the future but would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in this area.
