Customer service perfect. I was there for vehicle inspection. Had to wait about an hour. Few people ahear of me. I listened to the Receptionist talk to several customers. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. A few mechanics came out front to talk to customers and the Receptionist. All sounded knowledgeable. I would recommend this business.
Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had ! I am a full-time traveler and love life on the road, but when your house breaks down, it can be a nightmare. Thanks to Baldwin Automotive, it wasn't one. I had enjoyed camping in the area for a few days but when it was time to go, my van wouldn't start ! It was then I discovered that a squirrel or squirrels had chewed through a fuel line and multiple wires ! I called Baldwin Automotive and explained to them that my van was my home, so I couldn't just drop it off and with the gas smell couldn't even sleep in it. Many other shops had no openings, but Baldwin told me to have it towed in ! Unlike some shops, they seemed to have multiple capable mechanics, and everyone was working very hard. The woman at the front desk was friendly and understanding, and every single thing that was done or needed done was explained. There were no hidden fees .. just the actual hours it took and the parts. The total was far less than i had expected. I was amazed ! They did a thorough inspection to make sure there was no other damage, and the van was back on the road in only a few hours. I highly recommend Baldwin Automotive for any repairs you might have. They seem to be able to handle it all ! Friendly, professional, and understanding !
Great Experience! The nice lady printed a quote, scheduled the repair, & called me when it was completed. The mechanic did a great job performing the repair and left no mess for me to clean. Which must have been difficult for him considering the magnitude of the repair. Thank you!
Darn good place to get work done. Their mechanic, James is a real smart person when it comes to knowing what is wrong with a vehicle and does a excellent job at repairs. Price is reasonable and everyone there is friendly. Had issues with truck wanting to stall out and I figured the problem was completely something else more serious. Come to find out it was just a temperature control valve bad that was making my truck flood out. Never would of figured that out myself. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Owner is very nice and friendly. Makes sure your satisfied with things before you leave. They stand behind their work.
We have taken our vehicles here for years. They are honest and fix our vehicles the right way. They are always busy so it might take a while for them to get to you but they are always worth the wait. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. Scott and Judy Mackey
They did an inspection for me. The inspector was straight forward, he told me everything that was wrong. This is good to know for someone who wants to keep their vehicle in great shape.
He was out mowing his grass on his day off and seen us across the street with a flat tire and didn’t even hesitate loaded up his cart and came over n helped even took us over to the shop for the 2 scerws in the tire and fixed us up cheap god bless this man
These people always take care of me. Even when I bought my car that's a hybrid and they don't have the equipment to do a lot of stuff on hybrids, but they will send you to the right place to get the work done right. And James is my Man all the way. He's done all the work on my truck. I won't let anyone else touch it. Good place to take your broke vehicle. They can fix anything.
Always kind and pleasant down to earth. They are the best around. And now a few months has passed. And I'm going to add 3xs back that I had taken my car to be worked on and believe me it's costly for someone on a fixed income monthly. I was told I needed back brakes and I thought with any kind of brake work they are to bleed the brakes after changing shoes/ pads whatever. I might have been born at night by not last night. I noticed my brake pedal got real hard to push and I couldn't stop so easy over the course of a wk or two. I checked my brake fluid and it was black. So I took it somewhere to inquire about this. Was told it should not be black, which I knew that. I was told that something must have gotten real hot for it to turn this color. It has been dark for a while as I thought is was just the reservoir itself being an older car 2001. So my question is if they actually bled the back brakes why didn't they inform me of this crisis and flush it or even recommend/ suggest the idea. After a $ 600.00 bill that trip. Over a course of 6-9 months I spent close to $2500.00 and yet I continue to have Major not miner issues. I have a 10,000 dollar car and still don't know about going over 40-50 miles away from home. Front end work last trip control arm bushings & stabilizer bar. And get this on the receipt after the fact it said at the bottom ( Front End Alignment not included) 550.00 trip. 4-5 trips an xxxx. X amount of money. Just a tad upset that when you tell someone to look at everything under hood, under the entire car top to bottom and they neglected to mention the exhaust leak that I've had for longer than six to eight nine months since before the first time I took it up to them I believe. Somebody slacken as a mechanic. Maybe
