Beware doing business here. Bought new set of tires was told by BJ the manager at the time the extended package $129 would cover lifetime rotary balance and alignment. He no longer works there and come to find out that pkg does not include future alignments. Now when tires wear out prematurely they will just say it was because the alignment was off. Go buy cheapest tires Walmart sells because spending the extra money to buy what you think are better tires and service from a tire shop buys you nothing.
Josh and Wade were truly a huge answer to our prayers. Super nice guys who took us in on short notice and got us back on the road quick. Nowadays it’s really hard to find genuine customer service but they really did us right today. Looking forward to doing business with them again! Thanks God bless…
Went in on a Saturday at 330 for a patch for a nail in my tire. They pulled my vehicle right in had it fixed in 20 minutes. Excellent work professional young men would highly recommend.
I am upset that BJ did not inform me of $155.00 diagnostic fee at all. When I was presented with the total, I didn't understand the charge because they never told me about the fee. I am left feeling taken advantage of, and I want you to be informed before they take advantage of you too.
***Update: Don't be fooled by the quick response from Customer Service. There is no way to reach a person, and no one returns the voicemails.

They were fully booked and not able to complete a VIN inspection, but he was super helpful in finding a location that could help get me in today since I was on my lunch break.
BJ is honest and a great mechanic. I was told somewhere else that I need to replace my gear box for a leak of my power steering fluid but they were wrong and it was going to cost me at least $818 depending on the cost of the gearbox but it wasn't the gearbox but the main hose plus the rack and pension was messed up. It's driving great now. Plus, they replaced my drivers headlight that was out, and they inspected my jeep. Thanks, guys.
Don't get an alignment done here. Paid them 120 dollars to ruin my.brand new 700 dollar tires over the span of ten thousand miles. Plus they are the most expensive pla e to get tires put.on, well most expensive place for everything.
Traveled from Georgia with some truck issues and these guys figured out the problem and got it done in no time! Great people, affordable prices, and overall just an awesome experience with this place. Special thank you to Michael for getting us helped out as soon as possible!
I was down at Pomme de Terre for the weekend. I woke up to a flat tire. I changed the tire and drove to a Boliver for a few things. I stopped by the tire shop and they squeezed me in to fix my tire. Much to my dismay on the way back to the lake the tire wasn’t holding pressure. I called Car X to see if they could take a look at it. It was a Saturday afternoon and they told me to bring it in. They were great to deal with. They found a 2nd puncture in the tire, fixed it up and got me on my way. They were pleasant, informative, and positive to deal with. It has been a while since I received service like that. I highly recommend them if you are looking.
Service was complete for 15 minutes while the service tech was outdoors talking to another customer who was waiting for the bay to open to get his car in. I got home and the advertised price for the oil change and tire rotation was $35.00 more than advertised. Not a happy customer experience was provided. Will question the next service need location.

Great customer service. Very helpful. Needed new tires and I said I was going to shop around and compare prices. They were cool with that. No high pressure sales.
Friendly service and stayed open after hours to repair our camper tire. He had the tire we needed and installed it in a few minutes. Very fortunate to have found this repair shop!!
I want to thank Vernon Brown and all of his staff I moved to this area from Springfield and was treated like family by Mr Brown and staff. They were very professional and proficient. I WILL NOT be going to anyone else to get service or repairs on my vehicles.....

This is the most FRIENDLY and HELPFUL shop I have EVER been to. From the first time I called they were knowledgeable and HELPFUL. Not pushy at all. Vernon and Steven and Michelle were amazing both days I was there. They explained everything in detail and my vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly. Thanks for EVERYTHING! My sister traveled to the area from Indianapolis and her car developed a brake issue. Sawyer was able to get her in right away. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
My brother-in-law went in for an inspection. He was told he needed rear brakes and was quoted a price of $219. First, that is a SKY HIGH price, seeing the pads are $29 at O'Reilly's. Second, I know this price for the pads because we had just done the breaks two weeks prior. They gave him a total estimate of over $400 to pass inspection. I recommended he go and get a second opinion, which he did, and his car passed inspection. He was lucky that he had someone who had been a mechanic to advise him, but how many other people have they ripped off and pulled this on? Just a horrible way to do business.
Labor Day weekend, these guys are swamped, and it's the lunch hour. I just had a blowout on a loaded trailer while heading home. The manager is short handed, but pulls one of his guys off the job to help me. They send a truck to pick up my ruined tire and returns a short while later with the exact tire I needed, mounted and balanced. The service tech mounted the tire and wheel back on the trailer and let it down from the jack. I was shocked when he handed me the bill. It was less than what most places charge for only the tire! Friendly folks, unbeatable service.
