This company was absolutely wonderful to work with! I hired them to move a fifth wheel trailer for me.I had to change the moving date multiple times and they were so kind and understanding every time. They called me the morning of the move to let me know exactly when I could expect them. The driver was very knowledgeable with the equipment and delivered our fifth wheel and perfect shape. I highly recommend it. We use again in the future!
Called my insurance at 6:05 am and requested roadside assistance. At 6:15am I got a text that RPM towing was dispatched with a 90 minute ETA I finally got a call at 825 roughly saying they were 18 minutes away. Once my vehicle was picked up and brought to my destination of choice the driver was apologetic and had even told me that they don’t open until 8am and he didn’t know why my call was even accepted. I then backed my vehicle off the truck at his instructions. As I backed off the truck his bed hit my bumper due to him not dumping his trucks air. Thankfully my car didn’t have any damage. He then proceeded to tell me how his truck switches worked intermittently and then seemed to struggle to store his bed back due to the issue so he continued to block a majority of my road. Why would a company run a truck that has those issues for one. Why was there such a lack of communication for two. Why would you make a customer wait for a little over two hours. That does not match there slogan of being there fast.
Huge shout out to to Dustin and Mike with RPM Towing and Recovery. They were kind, respectable, professional, and honest. We had a blow out on our trailer and they were able to get it up on the truck and tow us home. Turned a bad night into a not so bad night. 15 out of 10. Hands down will use and recommend them from here on out. Thank you so much. I appreciate you Dustin and Mike.
Randy was great. I was on the other line with the tire shop when he tried to call me to let me know he had arrived at my location and I missed his call. Luckily I checked my messages and saw he had called so when I called him back he was already on the way to another pick up. He knew my time frame was very short to get my car to the shop in time. He was able to finish what he needed to do and be back to pick me and my car up and we made it to the shop with a few minutes to spare. He was very polite, professional and understanding. I would choose Randy, his team and services in the future for sure. Thanks again!!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! RPM towed my car, they used wheel dollys, and scratched all 4 wheels in the process. When I called, they said to text them pictures, and they would have David call me back. Two weeks went by no calls. I texted the number I sent the pictures to, and they said they would have David get with me again. He asked which wheels and vehicle it was to confirm everything. In the pictures, it is obvious that there are identical scratches on all four wheels. Two more weeks have passed, and still no calls. I have left multiple messages for the owner, Jason Turner. He never would return my call. I am a business owner myself. I am amazed at how awful this place is run and how uncaring the owner is to help customers. I would never use RPM for any reason. Update: Still no call from the owner.
RPM towing is the worst, the illegally towed my vehicle from a gas station 2 hours after it was parked the gas station headquarters and corporate office have no record of their store calling about my car to be towed then try to charge me 340 to get it out a day and a half later because I questioned them about their integrity of business, the man cussed me over the phone. My husband called and talked them down on price to release it and when I went to pick up my car the right passenger side bumper was partially torn off and fender dented in. My car had no major damage before now it barely starts their is knocking from my engine and my front sway bar and links are busted... They are mouthy and rude and think they can get away with doing this to good people and getting away with it is outstanding and they deny any responsibility. I've contacted the better Business bureau about this they have yet to answer any messages from the better Business bureau about a resolution all I can say is good luck to anyone that falls prey under their BS
Got stuck on a major highway and RPM towing (Dustin was the driver’s name) was courteous, quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and made confident that my car would be ok on the way to the shop. He truly went above and beyond to make a bad day much better. Would definitely recommend
A great and trusted company! The quality of service stems from great leadership at the top. You can tell this from the time you first speak with dispatch and continues through the professional drivers. I just Recently had car trouble in morning traffic, and Randy picked me and the vehicle up and got us back home. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone, especially anyone like myself that have a spouse and kids driving. That piece of mind is invaluable.

My son lost his car in the ditch on a very cold zero degree day during a recent snow storm.
A RPM wrecker stopped to check on him and give him a place to keep warm until I arrived. They winched the vehicle out and towed it to the house for us for a reasonable price. We appreciated their service and will keep them in mind for future tows as they are conveniently located nearby. Thank you for being there in a time of need.

Terrible experience with RPM Towing. The staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful when I called to get information about my vehicle. They acted like I was bothering them just for asking basic questions. No professionalism, no courtesy, and zero effort to assist. Would not recommend this company to anyone—they clearly don’t care about customer service.
I had such a positive experience with them. They were speedy and supper helpful. And the young men were so respectful. I’d recommend them to everyone!! Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience.
Very unprofessional company……. We had just gotten back to the hotel, (I guess some how our payment didn’t go through online on their system for the parking spot, we had paid it the 4 previous night like always.. they even said they had seen it there every night and it was paid.) only to have them hook up our car and hold it hostage until we paid them $150.
Showed up within 25mins of a phone call, checked out our equipment. Talked a plan and had our equipment moved within a hour. Super fast, reliable, safe and great work!
The driver showed up on time and was courteous and he helped with getting the last of the tasks done to get 5th wheel ready to move. The 5th wheel arrived safe and in a timely manner to its destination. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs
This company should be called Angels that rescue. They are absolutely the kindest and most respectful group to work with. They always come to the rescue every time we need them, always so quick and prompt. I trust them and always feel safe.
Have had to use them a few times with our older classic cars. Quick to respond, quick to show up and drivers are all great. Text option makes communication easy. Fees are beyond reasonable. They are saved in my phone and won't use anyone else!
I used rpm towing to have my car towed to the shop when my clutch c went out on my car. The driver that came to the house was really chill and easy to deal with . Showed up right o n time as they said he would. And I did t have to do a thing . Just tossed him the keys and he took care of the rest. Got my car to the s^op with no problems. So thank you RPM TOWING for taking. Care of my car while transporting g to get fixed

This company is extremely unprofessional. Walked up to my truck being lifted off the ground and told the man I was leaving. He said he would not let me go until I gave him 200 dollars. He said if I didn’t, it would be 500 and he was going to drive away. The man had no uniform on and there were no lights on his truck. It felt almost as I was being robbed rather than talking to a tow company. He claims my truck was there the longest when the vehicles around me were there way before me and I was just parking where everyone else was. I feel like just because it was two younger girls that the worker took advantage of the fact he could out power us rather than just letting me move my vehicle. If you’re going to be a tow company I feel like you should AT LEAST have a uniform and have lights on your vehicle showing you’re a true tow truck. Unprofessional and do NOT recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about RPM. Yesterday we were stranded along hwy. 65 due to a flat on our boat trailer. We ended up having RPM tow the boat to our resort. They were extremely kind and friendly and took great care when putting our boat on the flatbed. Josh, Alex and Wesly were so kind- thank you so much!
Called to confirm their hours before I drove down there, guy let me know they’d be there till 5. I’m here at 4:10, no one is here. I call the number, the guy says no one will be back at the shop til 7:00. I tell him the business hours say til 4:30 on Google, and the side of the building, he very rudely tells me “it don’t matter what the building says”.
If you have office hours, keep them. That’s the whole point of having them, so people can expect when you'll be accessible.
Ty at RPM Towing & Recovery saved the day. My truck stalled on the off ramp at 65 & Jackson. He called to let me know he was on his way and was quick onsite. Ty towed my truck to the preferred auto repair shop and sent a pic of the location.

I was parked in a open lot with 30+ parking spaces available and not a single other person in the parking lot for less than 10 minutes. You were sitting waiting for someone to park in that lot so you could tow them as fast as possible. You don't care about the residents. You shark the lots for money. Don't try and make yourself look better by saying "We do it for the people who pay to be there" you couldn't care less about the people. You shark the lots for your benefit and your benefit only. Take your "We're sorry for the inconvenience" and your "be more considerate" and shove it.
