It's all concrete you don't have to back into a mud hole to be unloaded. If your material is good sometimes they give you more that's on copper wire and copper pipe
The staff here are very friendly. They are willing to help unload your vehicle when most places have you unload it by yourself. I have been to other places like this, but this one is my choice from all the others.
I have had nothing but great experiences with All Metal Recycling. The staff is both kind and very helpful. The office is very clean. Transactions have been quick and easy. Not sure about the negative reviews, that has not been my experience in any way.
If I could I would have put no stars. Thats how bad they are. I have been their in the past and it was a ok experience but I went their today 03/20/25 and the people taking the stuff are really cool but going to the office and to get my money and gave them my ID knowing that it was expired BUT WAS TOLD MY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SS OFFICE THAT I WILL STILL BE GOOD TILL THE END OF THE MONTH. But she asked and I explained to her but she didn’t care and got upset then threw my ID back at me and said I was banned because now she was in trouble some how. I was respectful still and asked if I could come back after my ID was fixed and she said no because I didn’t care that she was going to get in trouble. With an attitude said their are signs here and their but doesn’t explain the limitations on the signs. And I still was calm walking out and she just kept on with her mouth. Never again.
Don’t waste your time they treat people like criminals go down the street they pay better anyway not even a scrapper just wanted to get rid of junk no longer needed but metal don’t worry won’t be back and will tell everybody I know not to use your business
40 cents a pound on aluminum when other companies like CNC are paying 60 cents that is quite a bit of difference which I really consider gouging because they make a lot more money when they turn their product in. I will be keeping my business with CN c
If zero stars were possible that would be my rating. Employees are extremely disrespectful, Which reflects poorly on company policies & management. Upon reading other reviews i see this seems to be a standard for this company! I highly suggest you take your loads else where. considering you may have to wait out a good 5 minutes for their lovely customer service rep to actually assist you. not to mention the side eye & muffled comments she chooses to greet you with :)
I would recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Who are you to judge anybody of what they do for work? Who are you to judge anybody? Maybe you should get the whole story of what went on before you start judging. Your employee was in the wrong. Need to learn customer service
Called to see if they were going to be there by our time of arrival. We were going to be there by 4:32, I asked if we should continue driving there since their cutoff is at 4:30. She says she doesn’t know and hangs up on me. We will never do business with them, with such a poor customer service attitude.
Respect works 2 ways. Always been the same. Before kid in the office started, watched him grow up. Then... Sucks he turned. Next time, time of day would be nice. Cost me a blown up truck in the parking lot instead. Prices aren't that great either. Guy got crushed few years back. 60 stolen car indictments but..... good kid in the yard, Tater and the shorter, long grey headed guy.
These people here they have working are so lazy and they do lie to your face. Husband has been here several times and today's the first that they won't take metal because he doesn't have plates on his trucks. Since when is that an issue. If I could I'd leave 0 stars
Closed from 12-1. They were rude. They’ll lie to your face. They’ve always taken my alum encased screens, showed up today with a trailer full and they told me they don’t take them. Lied to my face. Then when I disputed they told me to strip them down first. These guys are a joke. Go somewhere else and get your money’s worth.
These people are crooked. A fair practice would be to alert the seller if they are going to give them the price of alum. breakage when they knew it was clean I was expecting 50 cents a pound and I had 102 lbs. They didn't tell me why . I went and got my money and I got paid
$10.20 . I know my aluminum was clean. You shouldn't do business with these people . They are crooked and don't care they are robbing the poor people for no reason. Greed.
They got me for 100 pounds on their scales and I come in almost every day so how many pounds have they really got me for,,, I take photos pulling on and off scales I said something to the guys and they ignored it,, I'm done doing business with those folks....
Very dishonest! I sold clean stainless steel and they paid me for dirty stainless! Only paid 6cents! Never will I go to this place again! I’ve sold lots of stainless in my years and this is the lowest I’ve ever gotten! Do not recommend!
Older big hair blonde lady behind the glass (Karen) I believe. Went off on me when I stepped inside because I didn't weigh in like she wants. I tried to ask a question during her little episode to make sure I'm understanding. And she just looses it. I then wait calmly while she gets it all out. Complete the transaction and then I wish her a better day as I leave and Karen erupts again. My suggestion is go inside and ask her how to navigate the scrap yard prior to entering. Otherwise I could see her assaulting someone with a muffler. I definitely not going back. Best of luck
Horrible people working here . One of the guys working here threw a piece of tin cut my boyfriend arm badly , needed stitches. The guy never even apologized. Boyfriend went to office to see if they had something to wrap his arm to stop bleeding, and tell them what happened. they said we don't keep anything like that and was his fault for trying to help. And told him not to come back . Horrible people!

I arrived right before their closing time and was treated with such disrespect. The guy was so rough taking the scrap out ofthe back of car that a piece of it got caught and ripped a big hole in my interior from pulling stuff out as fast as he could. I asked him please don't tear up my car but he continued to anyways. Then when I got inside the gir cashier immediately started being rude about being there that late. I apologised but she kept being so rude and hateful. I will never do business with them again.
So I thought I had #1 and #2 copper turns out I had bright and shiny and #1. I appreciate the integrity to tell me that. When I came back around to get paid I didn't have my ID. Someone who I assume is the manager told me it was posted in five places, seemed noticably upset but then calmed and reminded me that it's state law that I give ID. He instructed me to pull around and load all the copper back up. Then he thought about it and told me that he'd pay me but I needed to swing back around with my lD within a few days but left with cash in hand. I went home got cleaned up and headed back. I got back there in under 2 hours with my ID but of course I noticed that among the many signs on the door the lettering although present was less obvious than the many other signs. They tanked me for bring it back but when I said..."In all fairness there are many signs on the door." I was asked if I was trying to pick a fight. I said that I meant no disrespect but that I feel that I missed the sign because of the many signs on the door, some of which more prominently displayed. I pointed out that the, "one person in lobby" was posted three times. The young man said again, "I don't know why you'd bring that up unless you are trying to pick a fight." Mind you that young man said nothing about the ID when I first walked in. He then spoke to the person I think of as the manager, told him, and he came over to me with the same attitude saying, "I already paid you so we're done!" If I didn't care or meant disrespect, I wouldn't have come back with my ID. I would have let them eat it, "It's state law remember?" I told him to hold onto the copper and I would come back with my ID, that I lived that close. I guess I'm writing this because I have never had a positive encounter turn out this badly in my life. I'm still dumfounded it had to end this way. There are times in my life where I had it coming... But not this one... If you do business with them I think you'll get paid fairly but for God sakes have your damn ID, don't ask questions and just look forward.
Guys in the yard and up front are always willing to help. Fair prices, easy access, and careful when unloading your material from you vehicle or trailer.
