This shop are scamers,i did pay 1,6k$ to check ABS light and they didn't fixe it they are too fare to be a mécanique shop,so please stay away from this place
These guys are great came in with a whole bunch of problems on my truck they got me fixed up quick fast and in a hurry if I ever break down again hopefully it's right here at KC wholes
There service dept. was fast and very courteous throughout the whole repair. They got my truck in and started right away with repairs. As a fleet owner this does not happen often to get service same day!!! When truck was not going to be completed on the same day, they allowed the driver to take the truck down to truck stop and come back the next morning to complete repairs.
The biggest thing overall was, I was kept informed throughout the repair and that is my biggest complaint with most shops. I didn't end up with a huge surprise bill when they finished with repairs.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
Good guys, handled my carrier bearing situation quick as possible and worked with me on the bill. Definitely send more business their way when trucks in the area thank you!
Truck was down 2.5 weeks for a simple clutch actuator and clutch replacement. They dropped transmission, broke bell housing, citing more downtime. Honest though. They admitted fault on dropping Trans and didn't charge us for replacement or labor for THAT part of the job.
Did what they said they were gonna do currently waiting on a few parts, but I'm impressed

So, I got the repairs done to the truck, and all was great till I took it on a 19 mile test drive and it broke again but they came out and got it fixed up no questions asked and they worked as fast and as efficiently as possible would highly recommend tell Chad I set ya lol
I dropped my truck off to get some paint work done and replace the seats. Lane was great to work with. He kept me updated throughout all the work, which is shockingly rare these days. They did great work. There was one thing that wasn't done exactly as I wanted and Lane took full accountability and the team addressed it the same day. Overall, I had a great experience with KC Wholesale.
Way better than Petro/TA/Love's. Mechanics that actually know what the problem is and can fix it quickly, thoroughly, and skillfully. I've marked this location down for future Repair work on my KW.
Deffitanly very very nice people. got me in asap as a "walk in" customer. it did however take WAYYYYYYYYYY longer than it should have for some hoses/o ring/ and brakes being adjusted...8 hours longer 🥴 but i guess thats what you have to deal with for quality work soo its worth it. i will deffitanly use again for sure.
Professional place and friendly Women at the desk was friendly and I like her attitude Was disappointed she was not their the next day when I came back
I love the people working at kc warehouse. They're friendly and they get you in and out quickly as possible. I've been coming to them every since someone tore the hood off of my truck. They've been very very helpful.
Can’t say enough positives about KC Wholesale’s service center. They got us in on short notice, solved our issue and had us back on the road in hours. Great communication skills from the tech on up kept us apprised of progress and related issues. Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will certainly recommend them whenever we can.
Great atmosphere. Lane and Brady went above and beyond to help me. Lavette is awesome. Katie must know more about parts than anyone and really made me comfortable during my extended stay. Chad and Matt are great people and very helpful. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me!
When I initially took the truck in I had problems with the emissions a grinding a growling noise in the front end which turned out to be transmission all the work that was done and the work that needs to be done that they found they called me with an estimate and got it done took longer than I wanted that's okay it didn't really find job
These guys were great they got me straight in and got me fixed in 3 days. They only have one shift or they probably would have gotten me fixed in one day. But with the issues I had had I took this truck to a Freightliner I would have been weeks. The staff at this place was fantastic The woman working the counter had more knowledge about trucks than most mechanics I've met other places
These guys are awesome!!! Took care of us in a pinch, and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their service techs and receptionist were polite and professional.
My 1973 GMC RV had some break issues on a drive across the country. They gave me a place to park it for the night, fixed it the next morning. Very hospitable, honest, and knowledgeable. 100% recommend them!
The most impressive small shop I’ve ever been to professional on every level worked on my truck as fast as they could explained everything in simple terms nd language and the price was very very reasonable I appreciate you guys a lot made my day and week my truck was in for def problems and derated to 5miles an hr
On 06/10/22 Had a minor problem while on transit, I made a call for help and they told me to bring the truck t o the shop , within no time they put it in the shop and fixed the problem in 2hrs and i was on my way .Thanks guys ,you are a great team.Sure I will visit again and again..
Family of seven stranded on a cross-country trip in a rented RV, it became apparent that the vehicle was not safe to drive. KC Wholesale took us in on short notice, immediately determined the problems, advocated on our behalf with the uncooperative rental company, and fully repaired the RV in less than 24 hours so we could be on our way. They went above and beyond to help us, including giving us rides to and from the hotel where we had to stay overnight. They were wonderful.

We came from out of town tried to get a truck however, salesman was too concerned with it being 12 degrees and wanted to know were we "really interested in the truck" duh we drove 4 hours to come see that specific truck. Yes we were interested! I won't give my hard earned money to someone that don't want it.... Update: in response yes there is truth in your story however, still not the entire story. It would be a page long if I did that so I hit the highlights. At the end of the day, we did find a TRUCK to spend our hard earned money on! I appreciate it
They are well equipped and knowledgeable, however, you are better off going to the dealer. You would come out of it paying hundreds less for the same services and you would know that the service will be warrantied. They don't want to do the service you want, they do the service they want and multiple other things you probably didn't ask for. I asked them to clear a simple derate due to a known issue and they charged me $600 doing other various inspections, service procedures, and diagnostics that were not requested.
