Got a flat tire and was on the side of the road without proper tools to change it then Jason came out of nowhere to help. ( I didn’t call anyone) This will be my go to tow company simply cause of his generosity to help

Never used their services and I never will!!! One of their employees just left my street and they we're extremely rude!!! They blocked my drive while my teenage son was trying to leave to go to school, we gave them plenty of time to load the vehicle and he continued to sit there even after the job was complete. When we asked if he could move the driver say teach you kid how to drive better I've left plenty of room! I called the company and explained everything to the manager who than stated "you"ll have to give him time to load the vehicle" which I already told him, we did allow time for him to load the car he was being an idiot and taking his time to pull off! If you can't respect the public you should do business in public places.....CASTERS TOW SHOULD KNOW BETTER AND DO BETTER...There are plenty other companies that would have apologized and move AFTER BEING GIVEN TIME TO DO THEIR JOB!!!!True men don't aren't rude to women and darn for sure don't start arguments with them in the streets!
When my transmission went out on me They arrived 30 minutes after I called. The driver was so nice and calm and pleasant to deal with! Definitely will call next time I am in need ! Thank you

We called for a lockout. Jason got to us within about 20 minutes and got the car unlocked right away. Really Great guy we were very thankful he was able help.
Don't use. The driver stormed out of the Cadillac the dealership on me because I didn't have $234 cash on me. While I was talking about getting a key made because my key was stolen.
William was great! He got to us very quickly and made everything easy. He was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if we ever need a tow.

Terrible business practices!!!!! Charged two day storage fee for a car they had for 15 hours. They said it goes by calendar days and because it was overnight it was counted two days. Then they charge extra to pay with credit card when they said nothing about that when I called to get the info about picking up. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up at the business to release vehicle.
Casters was
fast and efficient. They were half the price of a few other services I got quotes from. I highly recommend them if you are in a bind and need a tow!
I haven’t used their service but I witnessed one of their drivers do something on I-70 N today that helped protect others in traffic (at their own risk). If I need a tow service, I’ll be calling Caster’s Tow & Transport.
On a Sunday afternoon our truck was spewing oil due to poor quality service of Aamco. Caster was quick to respond, coordinate a tow truck and drive my husband I 193miles home with the truck. The driver William was very professional and took good care of the cargo.
Had the tags stolen off of my car while I was out of town and they towed my vehicle. Made zero effort to contact me. When I realized what had happened, I called and offered to show them the registration numerous times and each time they acted like I hadn’t said anything. Then charged me $500 for “storage and towing” of my legally registered vehicle. Horrifically asinine and predatory behavior with zero empathy, honestly not sure how you can do that to someone and still sleep at night.
Nick! I believe that is his name. Wonderful soul. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came quickly within 25 minutes. Helped my nephew and I last night when my truck shut completely down. Forever grateful. Definitely recommend!
They were great, showed up quickly, got my truck and loaded tank trailer towed, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Definitely would use them again.
Absolutely love Casters, got trapped on the side of I70 and the truck got out to me so quickly I didn’t even have time to panic. Driver was super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. 10/10 I’ll call Casters every time I need a tow.

Within a very short time from our call driver Cal showed up ready to help. Not only fast and friendly, as well went above and beyond to help us out of our predicament of being stuck w/o transportation, practically out of state and on a holiday weekend! Will never forget this place nor the association to them. We were able to continue our holiday last weekend and are returning for our truck today. We sincerely appreciate everything and everyone involved and highly recommend this business.
