Eric is a stand out and I wanted to acknowledge him. Went in for a battery test, but was not sure. He was very happy to help, fast, knowledgeable and patient. Being an older female I really appreciate this and his service. Replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes in the unbearable heat with a smile on his face. Unbelievable and outstanding! So very thankful and would recommend this location! Way to go Eric you made my day!!

Staff at the Oak Grove location has always been extremely polite, professional, and attentive to the customers. They're also generally very knowledgeable about car care and capable of answering any questions asked (I've been in shops where this is not the case). They've almost always had whatever I need in stock already and will lead the customer right to it in the store so you don't have to spend time searching everywhere, and if they don't have something I'm stock they can usually get it in the same day or next day at the latest. I also feel that O'Reilly in general has much better prices than other auto parts shops in our area. All this is why I'll always choose O'Reilly, specifically the location in my hometown.
They went above and beyond replacing my battery. The warranty expired as few days earlier and when I mentioned it in a joking manner she checked and it went through to replace it at no charge. This is the excellent customer service that deserves a tip every time. They take care of us well!! I always choose O’Reilly!!

I waited as next in line for at least 15 minutes while the guy behind the counter chit chatted with a customer, and then that customer on the spur of the moment asked if a part behind the cou ter would fit on his truck ... the employee took the part out to see if it would fit on his truck leaving the store unattended, knowing I was standing there with one item to purchase, and a line forming.
Went to have my battery tested. Lady working was not able to find the right wrench to unscrew bolt to release battery cover. Another associate came to help and proceeded to try and test it off the fuse box connector. When I indicated that was not the correct area to test the positive feed I was told I was incorrect and that I would need to charge my battery for a diagnostic. This is all while they are complaining that they just want to go home. This is my second experience at the O’Reillys in Oak Grove, MO that has been unhelpful and full out rude. I will not be returning.
Good place to get new parts for your vehicle. The staff is really helpful. They even helped me with the wiper install when I couldn't get them to stay on.
Had a great selection of parts at great prices. They were helpful in finding the right part and making sure it worked fine. The guy that helped me didn't have to make sure the part got put on right, but he did. They go above and beyond.
This is my favorite automates store. Have always been helpful and frequently go above and beyond the call of duty. These guys will have my buisness for as long as I live here!
Great guys who do the best they can to help you solve a problem. They make sure to recommend products for maintenance and those little extra things you don't think of when doing a repair.

If Christine is working you'll have good service, I tend to only stop in when she's there. Store is in a good location parking lot is a little tight. Stores kept clean.
The folks here have always been very helpful and are always well stocked with parts. Gold service and good people. I always got o them first when I need something and always will.
went in to ask about a radio antenna and the salesman said ahhhh I don't no acted confused like what is that didn't even no what a radio antenna for a car was. ventured thru store an found one not help from him. bought one an it works great. products are good help from associates not so much.

My husband and I were just passing though from I-70 when we realized the wheel bearing went out on his truck. We found this local Orielly and got immediate help from Julian. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. We can’t thank him enough for staying open an extra 40 minutes after hours to make sure we were taken care of and safely back in the road. Not very good, I called and ordered a carb kit said it would be here after 4:00 pm when I went to pick it up he said it never got ordered not very happy! need to get there s%&t together!!
Just guys at counter dont know what there doing. I dont know much about cars and they treated me differently im disabled. Then stuff i bought didnt work. Never going back to oak grove missouri store anymore and have shared with several people.
I just wanted to say thank you to Steven at Oak Grove Mo location. My battery died at the post office and was overdue to be replaced probably. My friend drove me to the store to get a new one. Steven offered to switch out if car was in the parking lot. I jokingly told him he could change if he wanted to go to the PO! He said that's not a prob and would meet us there! I cannot thank him enough it 20 degrees outside and he went willingly! He saved me so much time and hassle. Again thank you Steven!
Good store friendly staff. Would be five stars, but they seem to have problems with the inventory matching what's in the computer or online. Most recently I needed spark plugs and the said they had eight plugs of my preferred brand in stock. Did all of my other shopping and during checkout the staff member said they only had five plugs on the shelf. I still shop there, but that was the third time I've personally experienced a discrepancy in inventory.
I went up there to ask what kind of oil I needed for my Ford escape and he asked what kind of motor and i said i didn't know and he just kinda looked at me like i was stupid and then checked under the hood to see what kind it was then just told me what oil i needed and i told him i wasn't sure what i was looking for at all and he told me to go to aisle 6 and just pick one when I have no idea about cars at all. There was one guy there his name was cody he was actually helping other customers or I would have asked for.his help but he seemed to be the only one working and the girl behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to ask if I needed help or even get off her stool.
Mostly knowledgeable sometimes yes sometimes no I'd like to give him more stars but if they see a disabled person coming and they're all standing around they should at least try to help.
