Maybe it was because I was out several hundred dollars , but I personally did not enjoy my business here. Car was towed the night before. Was pulled over for driving without a license. Even though car was in a public parking area it was towed and impounded for less than 24 hours and besides having to pay $300, was forced to wait an extremely long time in freezing cold, as well as my car being completely out of gas even though it had a half of a tank when I was in it last... Seemed very unprofessional and just distasteful if I'm honest

Hit a piece of junk in the middle of Rt 44 in Eureka at 530 pm. No one else answered and I am glad as Big Boys towing was first rate. Savannah in the office was helpful and dispatched truck immediately. The local Walmart had a tire in stock and Jacob showed up quickly, got us loaded and dropped at Walmart before they closed. Price was very reasonable!

I was involved in an accident and my car was towed and stored by Big Boy's in Pacific, MO. Once I found out where my car was (not their fault), they were very helpful by phone and at the storage lot. Professional and helpful. Towing fee was very reasonable and storage fees were cheap. I would use this company again in future if needed.

Always fast, reliable, honest and friendly!. Waited for 2 hours on a tow from a well known membership based road side assistance provider. I finally gave up and called big boys. The driver arrived at the exact time promised and the total fee was less than I was quoted from the other company (even after my membership “discount”). For any future needs in the St.Louis and surrounding areas I will call Big Boys first.

Very worst experience last night they guys very rude and overpriced even they don’t know how to tow a truck and trailer although they break my truck fenders and mirrors and even won’t accept it …. don’t call them please ????????

They charged me $250, full price for a jump start which never succeeded . RIP offs ,next day, November 6, the same company is called to tow my semi truck into a parking space so that I could get repairs. Tow drive parks my truck,unhooks driveshaft and leaves. Company tells me they're not responsible for reconnecting it. Sends another driver to take photos and he leaves. What kind of ? is that? Imagine paying for a mechanic service and they take your car apart,then tell you they ain't responsible for putting it back together

I had a great experience with Big Boy's Towing. I had a flat tire and required a tow. The dispatcher was quick to pick up and get my info. My driver, Logan was great to chat with and had a great attitude. No body wants to get a tow, but he made the process easy and friendly. Logan also called in to make sure that my bill rate was accurate as their software was trying to take a longer route. Thanks a lot!

I had called and set up a tow for a customer of mine to be towed from Cedar Hill Mo to to Union Mo I spoke with the dispatcher she said your out of the service area and there would be a fee and she quoted me 305 cash 321 card my customer was okay with it so we set it up. On the morning of the tow my customer called the driver and says he will pay cash and driver tells my customer the tow will now be 590.00 so he asked the driver how much just to take it down the road to dittmer 560.00 my customer questioned driver and then Bill went back down to 305 to Union Mo if this isn't the most dishonest stuff I've ever seen do better. You guys just lost the business of a repair shop and a independent client be upfront with the cost stop hiding stuff.

Needed my 84 928s towed to a repair shop and I choose big boy because of my having used them before and being very happy with their service. Again they did an outstanding job. The driver loaded and unloaded my vehicle as if it was his own. Hard to ask for more than that.

Had a flat in right rear tire. Towing was a better option to avoid damage to tire wall. Big Boy Towing was on time, driver was super courteous. Highly recommend this company.

BIG BOYS are the best! Had a flat on a busy interstate. Once called they were there with 20 minutes. Fastest service from Paul within15 minutes he had the tire changed and got us back on road safely!!! Priced reasonably!!!

Was easier than I expected dealing with them. They were not as efficient as they should be. My vehicle burned and totaled but they left out important pieces I needed to bring. The fees kept changing luckily went down in the end but still didn't get a written receipt. I emailed several days ago and still no reply. I did not like the standing outside in the heat at an uncovered bank like window and trying to complete the deal thru a little speaker.

My family and I - including my 1-year old - were stranded on the side of the interstate in 95 degree weather, on the 4th of July, and Adam showed up with TEN MINUTES of calling and extended so much grace and kindness. Cannot emphasize enough that this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had with a tow company and driver.

No one ever calls a tow truck because they're having a great day. Mike was super awesome despite having a small hiccup with his truck. Mike stayed diligent and composed, solved the problem, and took phenomenal care of my vehicle and towing needs. There was also a small disconnect on the final price, due to an understandlable mistake, but that problem was also solved immediately and in a calm professional manner. Thank you for your great customer service, Mike. First time I've ever laughed getting a tow. I hope I never have to call again.. but if I do, ..im definitely requesting Mike.

The definition of highway robbery. Cost me $514 to tow 13 miles because of a mandatory $250 charge because of the police calling them for what was not an emergency it was a breakdown in the center lane on a busier street. If I could give you negative stars I would. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people in their moments of desperation. I figured $200 but now thanks to Big Boyz I have no money left to actually fix my vehicle Disgraceful business practice! If you can use another company I would suggest it!

Extortion at its finest. My teenager was in an accident and chesterfield police had Bog Boys towing tow out vehicle. They would not even allow us to, at the minimum, grab our personal belongings out. We have a disabled daughter and have placards and other items in the vehicle. We have even tried pleading to allow us to grab the items if we signed our vehicle over to them. Fees on top of fees just to get ahold of our totaled vehicle. This company will take advantage of you at your most vulnerable. Disgusting and shameful

Dan and Louis were absolutely incredible! In the midst of the worst winter storm of 2025 on I-44, they handled a truck-trailer rollover with speed, professionalism, and remarkable efficiency. Their kindness and calm demeanor during such a stressful situation were truly a breath of fresh air. Towing companies often get a bad rap, but Big Boys Towing and Recovery has completely changed my perspective. They exemplify what it means to go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into a manageable one!

The crew was respectful and helpful with retrieving the contents of my car that had been totaled. They provided a little wagon to hall the stuff out.

Barbara, my dispatcher made sure she knew of my exact location. Brett, my tow truck operator was very careful with my SLK 350. They are both very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to me that they were genuinely interested in my Big Boy towing experience.

With the slowness of insurance aside, they were great! They were very kind and friendly and transparent about every step of the process. They made it easy to trust they would do a great job, which they did. (They strapped in the car really well, they just hadn't done it yet in the picture.)
