Dont go there worst repair shop ever. They are so unprefessional with there work especially the front desk girl rude and doesnt care about the work thats going. The over charge and never get the job done.
Awesome service and amazing help..Air compressor froze up and shaft snapped...these guys got me in right away and had a new air compressor for me the next day...definitely recommend
D&M Truck Center did an outstanding job recovering my trailer from Interstate 44 after dark. The situation was stressful, but Devon, the recovery driver, was absolutely professional, calm, and efficient the entire time. He clearly knew what he was doing, handled the recovery safely, and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Great communication, fast response, and top-notch service. I highly recommend D&M Truck Center and especially Devon if you ever need roadside or recovery assistance.
Had a blowout with no jack in the middle of the night, on the side of the freeway with a baby. Help was there in 15min. Reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Need more people like this in the world.
Worst, terrible, horrible repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional staff (especially the lady) dishonest, and a total waste of time and money. They don’t stand behind their work, misdiagnose problems, and overcharge for every little thing. My truck left their shop in worse condition than when I brought it in. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place.
I took my truck to d& m truck center they must have driven it alot because they used a half tank of gas. When I got the truck returned it had lots of problems, such as the front end was messed up. My concussion is that they took the truck four wheeling and caused damage Dont take your vechile there.
On a long roadtrip and pulled in with a check engine light, they quickly resolved the issue and we were highly satisfied. Would use again but hopefully don’t have to!
Local p&d driver had a delivery to this location and seen my blue air hose just broke and being a truck repair shop they were able to get me up and running in no time at all
After multiple attempts to resolve this situation I feel it is necessary to share our experience in hopes to save someone else a headache in the future.
We took our dump truck in because our previous mechanic narrowed it down between two parts that it would need to fix it. Both of which were quite expensive so he recommended taking it to someone who had the computer to know which part was needed for sure so we were not just throwing parts at it. We like to stay local so we took it to D&M. Very long story short. They misdiagnosed the problem which ended up changing both parts along with others, costing $10k. We then picked up the truck and it starting blowing smoke and not running correctly. We contacted D&M and took the truck back to them to see if there was a mistake made while they were in there and they said it was nothing that they did and quoted us $5k for a head gasket. We asked out original mechanic his opinion and he went out to talk to the people at D&M and when suggesting what the issues might be due to a part being put in incorrectly, was met by the employee cussing, yelling and throwing his hands around.
We decided to have the truck towed to a different shop where they took everything apart and documented the issues. Which were do to a part being put on wrong by D&M. Which cost $3k to fix. We then reached out to D&M seeing if they would cover the cost of the repairs due to their mistake and gave them all the receipts and notes from the repairs.
After months of back and forth and being told they would resolve the issue. I have tried to reach out multiple times and all I get is “we will call you back tomorrow” with no further communication.
We are also a small business and mistakes get made. But after all the aggravation and getting no where I decided to post a review.
If the problem gets resolved I will update my review but I will not be reaching out to D&M over this issue or for any future work and I would recommend you to take your business elsewhere.
Can't thank this crew enough for fixing my driveline, thank you D&M your Mechanic Josh from st.clair Mo location deserves a raise, for hard work in this heat he's very knowledgeable wemt right to work and helpful had me back on the road in no time. Can't say enough how amazing my experience was. Driving a bus from Scottsdale AZ to Chicago IL I blew a copper air line in the middle of the night. In a panic I called the first 24 hour mobile mechanic on Google, they wanted to charge me $500 just to come to me just a few miles away. So I called D&M truck center. For half the price they had me back on the road. I stopped by the next morning to have a leak fixed as well as a hose replaced and to my surprise they discounted the road call fee from the night before. Being stranded in a commercial vehicle so far from home some shops would only see dollar signs, but not D&M. Great shop, great mechanics and great owners.
My truck's air dryer was leaking on the way back to Los Angeles at Exit 203, and I couldn't pump air. Alex came over to help me bypass the air dryer, allowing me to get back on the road. He was very enthusiastic and professional. This is a five-star repair shop!
I recently had them replace the alternator on my wife's van.
They did a great job and the guys there are fantastic.
I'd recommend them to anyone. Especially trucks that need repair.
Called on Saturday at 10 AM to see if our trailer can bee seen for a possible oil hub seal leak.
Guy told us to bring it in, we have been waiting for an hour there and he said he is somewhere else and it will be another hour.
He also said we can go somewhere else.
We have been on very tight schedule and very disappointed about this location.

Excellent service. These guys changed our flat tire on our RV on New Years Eve Day when our Progressive roadside assistance service was no help. I highly recommend their services. Mechanic was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Terrible! Ride along with cousin to return a U-Haul dolly that was rented in Springfield. Female employee tells cousin to pull around and back item in. It's almost impossible to back those things. Employee states she needed our help to manually unload and pull dolly to designated area. Seems to be a huge liability! She claimed she asked her boss for help and was told he was too busy to help her. We never received receipt or any other paperwork stating the item was returned. We questioned the employee about receipt. She said we don't get one. So I took pictures and a video of the item being returned. Terrible customer service!!!
I am not one to complain, however there is the exception being this business.
This business has poor service, and will up charge cost without communication and not repair what they should. Your vehicle could return with the same parts never removed or not properly secured part(s) into their respectful place therefore causing further problems and greater loss and damage.
I am not mechanical inclined but I know nuts, bolts and screws purpose is to securely hold together but when there is none visible, that’s a problem.
I was stranded after leaving this shop, and had to have my 3 hour repaired vehicle towed to another shop who immediately told me what was wrong..which should have been fixed with this business but has now caused more damage. A Great Loss Still to me.
If your skills is the heart of the business it is not right to take a customer’s money and not provide the service you are operating as a business to do.

Great service and wonderful people! I broke down on the highway and was able to get my car to them when everyone else was closed. I was back on the road in no time and I really appreciate their help!
Use caution here, I rented a Uhaul, and afterward, there were extra charges on my card. I tried to call to find out why and the call was disconnected, twice. So I called my card company and asked them to look into it, and after a week, was refunded the extra money and issued a new card, so I assume they weren't able to get anywhere with this company, either.
I drive a sedan and was really in a tough spot. My car was suddenly not Drive able and every where else was closed. The guys at d&m let me bring my car in even though that’s not what they do there. They looked at my car, found the problem, and fixed it for me. They really blessed me when I was having a rough day.
The mechanic is very professional but the owner is not hes gonna leave a driver with a busted radiator hose simple fix, in 20 degrees weather all because the driver is upset about being in the cold, andhas been for more than 18 hours and its christmas
Most businesses were closed and we broke down on the side of the road. I called D & M And they had us back on the road in no time. Great folks thanks for helping us out!
