Driver was onsite fast and got my rig out of the way and parked without a hitch. Highly skilled operator, confident and smooth as glass pulling 86' grossed out @ 80k. Had a heck of a day with Ben. He not only came out on his day off but he did everything in his power to try to help me. May not have been able to fix the issue but I’m beyond grateful that he came and tried. Also thank you to Ashley got reaching out and getting me help. You guys are amazing people! Professional and very polite on the phone. Called late in the evening on a holiday. They were very helpful. Towed 2 young men who were stranded in the boonies, without a good spare, and far from home. Helped them air the spare, checked it out for safety, and sent them on their way. This mom is very grateful for their service.

I recently locked my car keys in the trunk of my car at our farm on a cold night. Both Charlie and Eli from Chris & Son Towing spent a lot of time in the cold and dark to defeat my car's multiple anti-theft protections to get the car door open then help me figure out how to access the trunk from within to get my keys. After accessing my car (the job), they both stayed and waited until sure I had my keys in hand and my car would start!

We had such a great experience with Chris & Sons in an emergency situation that we’re now using them again for non emergency tows. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Kayla and Taylor have great phone etiquette, and Chance was very careful with my son’s truck (his baby) on a squirrelly drive down highway 19 from Hermann. My husband and I had a tire blow on our travel trailer on I44, we had been waiting for help, our help kept pushing out our ETA and we needed to make it to a tire shop before they closed! Called Chris and Sons and she worked us in quickly and the guys were there in less than 20min! Hands down these guys are awesome and got us back on the road! I called and ask for a tow. From my house to the dealer me they showed up earlier than expected. They were nice and courteous. Got my car loaded no issues. And off to the dealers. Faster than I expected. Great job fellas. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

After being left stranded on I44 by Progressive and their sucky subcontractor roadside assistance, I was left to get my own help to change my tire. I’m glad I chose this company. Aaron was courteous and kind. Explained everything and mindful or my situation and time. He had me back on the road within minutes of getting there. Highly recommend!!!

We got a flat tire and damaged rim so we could not have our car fixed on our trip and we had to have our car towed back home, 53 miles away. Matthew arrived quickly, he was very kind and helpful. He provided valuable insight on our car issue with great tips and advice. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Chris and Josh showed up quickly in the rain, at night, to pull the U-Haul truck I had rented out of the mud. They were super friendly, professional, and very efficient in taking care of the situation. They know what to do and have the equipment to handle all sorts of situations. Didn’t have a great experience. They charged me $500 to pull me out of a TA parking lot that wasn’t plowed. Which is their price so I’m not complaining. But when they got here, they also got stuck, so they had to call another tow truck to tow them first which caused a lot more time. While we were both stuck, the Tow truck men were offering other people who were stuck around us $300 to tow them if they pay cash to tow them out while right in front of me as if I wasn’t paying almost twice that amount. I asked if I could also get the same deal, they told me no because we already agreed over the phone, even though we were both still stuck and I haven’t paid anything yet. Once they were unstuck, they then asked me if I had any tow pins to tow my truck because they didn’t have any on the truck, as if I am the TOWING COMPANY that is towing for $500? So they had to tow me from my trailer instead. Was a real hassle. The young guy assisting with the tow was nice though.
