It seems a little fishy that their smaller scales are not calibrated right. I weighed some aluminum cans before taking them in, 56 pounds. Their scale recorded 44 pounds. I have a hanging scale that reads a 15 pound weight at right at 15 pounds and a 20 pound weight right at 20 pounds. If the smaller scales are off by that much then I can only imagine the truck scale. I do not recommend. I know what I took in wasnt much, but with how much they process with those scales, cheating people out of that 22% is a lot.

This place is a joke. The workers are rude , uneducated and should not be running a business like this. The St. Louis one is ok but since the first day I came to this one it was a joke. Definitely needs the be shut down. Do not go to this place PEROID.
I delivered my 'semi-decade of recyclables' to SA Recycling, in Cuba, Mo today. Upon my arrival, I was met by Drew, who was polite and professional. He guided me to the area where I would began to off load my items. Approximately half way thru the unloading process, Wayne joined me at my truck. He also was polite as well as professional. Wayne explained the situation with several of the items I had brought to recycle, during which, he discussed why certain metals were handled differently than other items. Wayne even assisted me, with loading some of the heavier items into a bina . Both gentlemen deserve two thumbs up, and five stars, for their customers service skills. It was a positive experience, and I would recommend SA Recycling to others. A job well done!
I been going here for 3 yrs I always meet friendly as all get out. I really like when I go here. I been doing this for yrs now. This place is top 2. Other is in Oklahoma and they just like this place amazing.
