Did not get his name he has small ponytail and a lot of facial piercings but when this tow truck driver got to me he had real bad attitude. He was cursing because he could not unscrew the spare tire nut he said he hurt his back. Well I had to get the. Car towed to my house to get tire out myself. After he dropped car off his attitude was better I told him I hope he has a better day. I did have this guy do a tow a couple years ago same thing bad attitude.
We called for roadside assistance to change a blown out tire on our RV, while traveling through Missouri on I-44. The technician arrived promptly and was able to complete the tire change quickly and efficiently, getting us safely back on the road in no time! Thanks for the great service!

Prompt service the driver is very courteous and friendly. The driver got us out of the weather right away and away from traffic. Given the option I would use their service as a first choice
We had a flat and broken rim on our 42 for 5th wheel at end of long day traveling. Chuck's tech showed up about 30 minutes after we called (about half of estimated wait). Jeremy worked on it but realized, due to the size of our rig, he needed assistance. Called a cop worker who arrived quickly. They were able to get the tire changed out quickly. We got a good night's sleep and were on the road the next morning. Thank you for your great and friendly service. Hopefully we won't need it again, but if we are in the area and have issue we will not hesitate to contact you.
These guys were great, I contacted Chuck's after midnight, wrecker arrived maybe a hour and half after maybe less, the guy did his thing and we were hooked up and rolling, his driving was superb, business etiquette superb, and the cleanliness of the wrecker inside and out Superb, can't go wrong with Chuck's Wrecker Service
Chris & Sons is the best tow company in the area hands down.
I had originally called a company out of Sullivan and ended up sitting for over two hours. I called them back and canceled their service and called Chris & Sons. Dallas showed up in 10 minutes took me and the car to the shop and even offered me a ride home. WoW great service and it was cheaper than the other guys. Me and my family will be lifetime members.
I locked my keys in my car while at the park with my kids. They were very quick and efficient, he had my car unlocked within a minute. He was also very friendly and communicated well.
I was 250 miles from home when my car broke down. It was cold and dark and my car was completely dead! Missouri Highway Patrol gave me a ride to a motel and gave me the number for Chuck’s Towing. They arrived on time, we’re very friendly and helpful in finding a mechanic and reassured me that everything would be ok. My car was finished the next day and I was on my way home with a new love for Sullivan, MO and it’s local businesses!

Very nice and professional. I was stuck on I44 with a blown tire. At a stretch of the highway that there is pretty much nothing. Almost 3 hours away from home. I called for help through my insurance and the company they chose took almost 2 hours to get to me. Only not be able to help. Luckily my boyfriend called this company for me and they were there within 20 maybe 30 minutes. I was alone and never once did I feel unsafe. Absolutely the best experience in an horrible time. Highly recommend this company.

Chuck's did a great job recovering my vehicle when I broke down on the side of the road. They called to verify the time I needed them. I was hauling a camper at the time and needed my brother in law to come get camper, they showed up at the perfect time and hauled it to the dealership for repairs.
The young man that came out was very professional and thorough . Had a tire separate and blow on a 5th wheel RV. Very happy with the service and the driver .
AAA didn’t contact Chuck’s the first time I called. I called Chuck’s to see where their driver was and they told me they hadn’t received anything from AAA, but to call AAA back and let them know Chuck’s had drivers ready to be dispatched right now; this was on a Sunday around 10:30am. They have great service, always friendly and I never have to wait too long for service.
The driver was an awesome, friendly guy! With a little help from a local farmer, we got the car out of a muddy mess.

My vehicle was taken care of and I was not at the delivery location upon delivery, so Steve my driver had great communication with me via call and text. He sent me pictures of my truck after the tow for confirmation.
Montana was nice, patient, and helpful on the phone.
The only complaint I have was their online payment option was hard to work on a cell phone and could use an update. Finicky errors and not always user friendly, but I attribute that to the company they use for that site.

Quick and courteous service. Professional and skilled. Holiday week no one could get us on our way locally AAA found us a shop in Valley Park. Chucks towed us the 50 miles or so from Sullivan. Stuck 400 miles from home but got us to repair shop! Clean cab to ride in.

My dad needed a qualified skilled wreaker service to come to our house and tow his truck to Tim's garage in cuba missouri 65535. Chucks towing did an amazing job with my dad's truck. It took about 3 days to repair at the shop. He sold his truck for cash and the buyer paid cash and paid it off and the next day the Lord Jesus Christ told me to look at quality car sales online inventory and we went their the next day and test drove the car and my dad loved the car and the cash price . He went to a credit loan agency and got a personal loan there. He paid cash for the car and drove it to church Sunday morning at Pentecostal worship center in sullivan missouri on Route 66 in between Ditch Witch and the kingdom Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall. It's the little log cabin church. Wednesday 7:00pm. Sunday morning 10:00 pm
These guys are really awesome. They called before they got there and being I had two flat tires the guy waited until I got a hold of my insurance company to get it towed. Even though I was having a bad day he was very professional and was very accommodating.
My family broke down out of town, with sketchy cell service. From halfway across the country Chucks dispatch team was extremely helpful with everything. Also very understanding about providing me with information.

Our dog was hit by a car this morning and I called to see if they could send someone out to lift up the car so we could get him out. They were here very quickly despite not having anyone available, not only did the driver help get the dog free they did not charge me for coming out. I can not say enough about how amazing this company is. They are kind and compassionate and just all around good human beings.
