"This part is still bolted to the vehicle. Please allow 24 hours to remove." What that really means is- you'll get it sometime. I ordered parts that they claimed would be ready in 24hrs and here I am 6 days later still with no parts. Every other part i ordered from California, Georgia and Ohio already arrived but the two parts that were supposed to be 15mins away im still waiting for!
Will never use again bought a part in cash on Friday was not able to make it back to return the part cause it didnt work went in on Monday at 8:45 they have no cash almost a hour after they open offer a check then say oh now you have to wait until tomorrow to get your money as a business owner and consumer that is unacceptable
Mostly a great place to find auto parts. Staff are also very nice. Selection is pretty good. Make sure you EXPLICITLY tell them if you want to opt out of the "extended warranty" if you don't they will not refund it - even if you haven't left the counter. Seems like the state attorney general should look into these unwanted charges they forcibly addon.
Will on the sales team was the GOAT, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part but he did everything in his power to try and get me what I needed, wasn't successful in the end but his efforts did not go unnoticed at all

Bought an engine through them trying to get it warranties for a head gasket, but they’ve been given me the run around for over 2 months. Now they are saying I have to take it to the dealership to get fixed after they’ve been communicating with the shop I chose this whole time. After I asked for the warranty to see where it says it has to be done at the dealership (because the original warranty I received doesn’t say that) they go radio silence. Would not recommend these ppl.
Their Rep David lies and lies, giving us the run around on our transmission warranty. Gave us a faulty transmission, told us a certain part would fix it, it didn’t. Now they want pictures of it torn open again, to see the problem instead of giving a new tranny. Want us to spend countless dollars for labor so I can convince them, that their part is the problem when obviously it is. All he will do is lie and give you the run around, until your warranty expires. Avoid and purchase parts at lkq like I should have.
Ordered a part a week in advance only to get the wrong one. Parts are overpriced when they pull them for you. Be a lot cheaper to just go to u pull and get them yourself. The workers were helpful at least. Parts come with warranty if they are bad/wrong so I at least got my money back
I've only been here once, but had a great experience. This was all due to a man named Hector. Super cool guy, very personable and customer oriented. 6 back because of him.

I have purchased a few items over the years from Midway. This time it was a lift gate for my Honda Pilot. Thomas was an absolute rockstar and an example of "how to" be a customer advocate. He researched options that would work or could be modified by me to work.
In the end he had brought in a couple for me to choose from and they were color matched to my pilot. I picked one that was in the best condition, but made me do a bit more work (rewiring the harnesses). It was well worth the work. Attaching a pic of the end result. It's in better condition than before I smashed into a tree.

Midway auto is my go-to for OEM parts. Last February, my wife was in a car accident and I needed a new passenger door and front fender as well as a new wheel for her 07 Honda Pilot. This was my first buying experience with Midway.
Today, I picked up a used engine for my 03 F150 and couldn't be happier. Staff both in the parts department and the loading dock were genuinely friendly. Stewart Taylor was the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and purchased the motor through, and even though he was out of the office today, I wanted to give him a shout-out for great customer service and a genuinely friendly spirit! Thanks Stewart & Midway! I'll definitely be back!
