Do not and I mean do not buy big parts for from this place, I bought a used transmission that looked clean an thought it obviously work for $960, then paid for the labor an parts to put it in $1200, just to findout the transmission was bad. Called an asked about labor refund since they didn't check the part they sold me, an was told
"we don't pay labor for used parts, you want labor you go buy it new"
if possible test out your parts cause they don't check it for you. Or go to "Midway" or "Late Model" mechanic recommended me now as I pay for labor again

We are a used car dealer and I called on a part that another company had said that they had in stock. They wanted $475 for a used transmission on an 02 Hyundai Santa Fe. So I asked him if he could do $400 since I have seen some on Parts Hotline for around $350. Theirs did have less miles but still thought I would see if they would accept my offer. The sales rep then decided to go up in price to $550 and give me a bunch of attitude. Between my shop and dealership orders from them quite a bit. That will now stop cause treating people with such disrespect for just making an offer to them like most people do is horrible customer service and not something I want to continue to deal with.
The people there are very friendly and very helpful they had the parts that I needed. Also when I was done with getting the two parts that I needed I asked him if they can look something else up for me they had no problem doing that they were just very helpful
I bought a car part over the phone, Ryan called me the next day and said it was ready to be picked up. The phone has been busy for 2 days : /
Update: I picked up my part, dont know what number that was he called from but they were nice and Ryan even carried my stuff to my car for me. 10/10 definitely recommend.
This place has been awesome for the last 22 years I've been coming up here. 90% of the time, they have parts nobody else has. Yes, the prices are higher than a U-pull salvage years because they pull the parts and bring them to you. It's a justifiable convenience fee. Fcfs style of service so, don't be in a huge hurry to be in and out in 2 minutes of there's people in line in front of you. They won't put you in front of somebody else and, they won't put anybody else in front of you. They're still fast no matter what.
We called and was informed by staff that they had the correct parts needed to do the CV axles on my 03' town and country and went on to tell us we could come get them right then! ! Staff was courteous to my fiance and she was in and out in less than 10 mins;

Called up at opening to confirm they had the rims I needed. Answered and confirmed very quickly. Drove up there at lunch time and the service was great! I was sent out with Marky and he let me pick the ones I wanted. I'm a very picky person but Marky kept excellent customer service the entire time! Great employee! Great service! All in all a great salvage yard experience. Would definitely recommend using them for all your used parts! Thanks guys keep up the good work!
First I called to ask a question and when the phone was answered the guy said “will you hold” and before I could answer put me on a hold. Then when I was taken off hold I asked my question and the same guy said “i’ll pass” and hung up on me. Could’ve been a little bit nicer than that..
