This particular location has lost my business, which I'm sure isn't a big deal to them. I had a battery issue and because it had already been replaced, they decided to give me a trashed battery that had THREE dated stickers on it. It wouldn't hold a charge and when I took it to another location, the employee there confirmed what was wrong with it. This isn't the first incident at this location, but it is the last one to keep me from going back.
I walked into the store with a 1 gallon of unopened oil and proceeded to walk towards the front desk as the employee was helping a older lady at the time. The employee looked directly at me and stared for at least a good ten seconds or so! Another employee came up to the front counter and proceeded to help me. She scanned my product and told me how much I would be Able to get in store credit to put towards my next purchase. I left my item on the front counter.And walked towards the back looked at the oil and decided that I would wait until I had a little bit more money to come back and buy the better brand I'll walked up to the front counter and grabbed my oil And the employee decided to try and compromise and tell me.I didn't pay for that oil. I told the employee that he can go ahead and ask the other employee.And I will wait patiently until he Can verify that I would do an english in exchange Or store credit. This employee had a foul attitude and a very unprofessional.
Way of handling things without he approached me and accused me even though he saw me walking in with the oil. I've had more than One occasion that i've dealt with him and his attitude. I think he needs to be taught to or retrained on how to help customers.
I don’t often leave reviews but I am so grateful to Nick and Johnathan. They went out of their way to replace my headlight. These guys know their stuff!! Thank you guys!
I have the nicest experience this morning with the man working at the store. Very helpful to the point he walked me back to find something, made recommendations, and put my windshield wipers on! Thanked me for my service as a Veteran and loved the military discount!
If you don't have a year make and model they can enter into the computer, then they are absolutely useless here. Completely unwilling to look and see what they have in the back. I miss the days when people that worked at the parts store knew about cars and custom ideas, and plainly items that fit. Instead I'm greeted by a woman eating her food at the counter. I'll never return to this let down of an O'Reilly's location.
I just needed a universal ignition switch. Funny it took me 5 seconds to find on Amazon.
The workers at this store are amazing! They go above and beyond to help their customers! We got a flat tire on a BMW that we had just bought and couldn't get our tire off. They came out and helped us and after a few different tools and some major muscle... He got the tire off!! Thank you so much! We couldn't have done it without you
Great people always available to help even with more time consuming tasks or in cold freezing weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this store as the employees are engaged with having a actual conversation about my vehicle instead of just sending me about my way like other automotive parts stores have in the past.
Twice now I have walked in and the smell of skunk pot was overwhelming. I walked in and asked for help finding a license plate lightbulb and without looking at me the young man behind the counter told me "isle three right side." I went to isle three and there were no lightbulbs, they ended up being in isle two. Fortunately, a lady approached me and eventually helped me find what I was looking for. The two young men behind the counter not once moved or looked up from their phones. I will never go into this O'Reilly again. Poor customer service and even poorer policies in place if they allow workers to smoke what they smoke in the store.
This place is the Joann's of automotive items: double the price of Amazon, and still more expensive even with coupons. But, they're open late and their shelves are always stocked. Plus you can rent tools here.
The best neighborhood go to place for parts. The poor guys work they're tails off and struggle with getting inventory put away. Always interrupted with sales.
Such friendly employees, a shout out to Dallas. He was so helpful, he helped me find the correct wiper blades and even installed them for me. I am so thankful.
The are friendly, sometimes it seems like there all just walking around. But I've never done that job. That's is our go to auto parts. They have a customer rewards club it is worth looking into.
The location can be a hassle. Sometimes they don't have the exact part that I am looking for but when possible they will order it for me. Free battery/alternator testing right in the lot if mounted, or in the store when compatible with the setup. Friendly, helpful, and generally speaking useful. A local store in the chain sometimes I will stop & buy a 20oz bottle of soda rather than the convenience store.
I have selected this location as my store. Anytime I've gone in to get do you get parts or to ask questions, the employees have always tried to go above and beyond to help me out. Sometimes people don't know the answers, like any other auto parts store, but the employees here have always been helpful and easy to talk to.
Been using this O’Reilly store for about 3 years. While they are not the biggest, in my opinion, they are the best. The lady with the quiet voice is top notch
Both Ken and Anthony were really great in guiding me in the right direction for a replacement fuse that I needed for my multi use adapter for my work truck, I run long routes, so I needed this very desperately, both gentlemen helped me out and made sure that the replacement fuse worked before I left the place. Very helpful, I come here alot compared to other O'Reilly Auto stores, this gave me more reason as to come here for all my auto care needs. Thank you guys.
The driver they had was the best. The people inside working at the register were rude and so was the manager. But I gave 5 stars cuz the lady that drives helped me and Was awesome!!!
O'Reilly has my part 97% of the time. 2% of the time, they have it the next day. 1% of the time, takes 2 days. No other auto parts retailer can beat that.
Absolutely horrible experience, after today they have lost my business for good, would rather buy parts from a junk yard then them. Came in spoke to a boy named George who claimed to be the Store Manager. I have been in Managment for over 10 years myself and I can tell you this guy failed in every way. Had a receipt and the product that I bought the night before and he treated me as if i stole the stuff or like I was trying to get one over on him, implying that I was a dishonest person. Tried to tell me he was not going to return it because it had been used even thought it was proven to be defective. Instead of exchanging the $10 can of Fix a flat he argued 6 different points trying to avoid taking the can back and also lost my business and my shops business for good! By far worst experience I have ever had at a retail store and there is no way this boy is a manager!!!
Great selection of parts, great prices, and staff that is typically helpful and courteous. I have always been happy with this location and have relied on them for many years.
I am disabled and i went there to find out whats wrong with my car i took out 200 hundred dollars to hopefully but what i need to do be fixed well it was alternator that cost 206.51 i said ok i put my 200 hundred down and was getting the 20 out of the 6 dollars. He said u only gave me 150 which i know i didnt so i gave both my last 2 20s and he said ok and gave me back a couple of dollars. I usually have my boyfriend do the money but he was outside getting a jump. And the receipt didnt add up saying i gave him 210 dollars. I didnt realize until we left and we came back they were closed. I wish i had the owners phone number.
