Today in the freezing rain. I walked in to get a new battery. Without hesitation Bruce helped me install it in my Silverado. Bruce is the real deal and he was determined to make sure I left a satisfied customer. He answered every question and took no short cuts. I will be a forever customer at this location due to excellent customer service and professionalism. If you need anything for your vehicle I highly recommend stopping in. Best experience I’ve ever had and I’ll be sure to send everybody I know this way. Go Bruce!!

Best place to go for all your auto needs, outside of a shop. Bruce at the 10707 N Oak location changed my battery in this freezing weather and couldn’t be more thankful. Saved me from going to a shop and paying some extra bucks. Even though it’s a free service, Thanks so much for your kindness and generosity!!

Bruce went above and beyond to help me in a time of need with my vehicle. The employees there have all been so great to me and so helpful. I am extremely blessed to have been forced to visit their store (my car was breaking down on me and they were closest). I don’t live in the area but I can guarantee you for as long as they have the people there, I will make the drive for any of my future vehicle needs. Well done, guys.

It's not handicap accessible. They never have the parts that you need. Why did they call themselves O'Reilly Auto Parts I have no idea.they don't have parts. They send you to AutoZone. Lol is it a company or not

I don’t what’s going at this store, but it’s become a disaster in the past few months. It almost appears abandoned. At the very least there isn’t a manager present. There is trash literally everywhere around the building, trash overflowing and piling up on the ground beside both outside trash cans (I was there at 10am), and the entire store is wrecked. Empty boxes everywhere, trash and spilled fluids throughout the store, random items in several aisles that had fallen on the ground and just left there. At first I assumed they were short staffed, but there were three employees there, two were doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there, the third was sitting behind the counter shoveling food into her mouth. One of them was wearing sweat pants and a dirtyn t shirts, presumably from the spilled food she was shoveling down her gullet. I’m in and out of auto parts stores almost weekly, and never really even pay attention what’s going on at the store. However this was impossible to overlook. I was shocked to say the least. When the filth in an auto parts store stands out, you know something has gone terribly wrong.

dont go there well at least that store when you call ahead of time and show up to get a part you had previously ask for they said they had but had to order it .All the sudden not a soul said they answered the phone and pointed to the back to fake dude in back just to get me in the store to buy a higher priced part .

Gave them a part number, told them it was for an oxygen sensor, said oh yea it'll be here tomorrow. Turned up today and they ordered a coolant hose with the same number... Last night I drove to the only location that said they had it, nope thier count was off. Now all of the sudden they tell me I can drive to the warehouse and get it. I will have driven an hour and a half just because they made the mistakes. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe it. Asked about a coupon for all the hassle, fuel, and time they cost me...nope again.

I had to replace my rear window wiper on my Equinox. I went to the O'Reilly's by Sun Fresh as it's closer to my house. They didn't have what I needed so Alex called the other N. Oak location & sent me down there to get it. From the time I walked in the door the manager Judy went ABOVE and beyond to help me. I never had a rear wiper before and wasn't sure how to replace it. Ended up having a cover on it. Judy showed me how to get the cover off. It was being stubborn. She even tried a couple of different wipers because it was a weird set up. I WILL be back to deal with Judy again. She proved what customer service is and should be.

I find it very sad the manager Judy basically accused me at stealing an alternator using it for a few years then trying to warranty it out after finding out it’s under warranty. I essentially got kicked out of her store for no reason. I had to go to another store and they had no problem sorting out the error on my account. I strongly recommend running down to the other north oak location

Bought 2 quarts of oil and the price was clearly marked as $10.99 after purchase, I saw I was charged $12.49 for each quart. When I asked why I was charged more when the price clearly says $10.99 the employee just shrugs his shoulder and said "well the price must have gone up". Guess I'll start going back to Advanced Auto to get my auto supplies.

Went to buy a few quarts of oil. Was purchasing my items and had a very rude employee that obviously hated his job. Threw my reciept on the counter, couldn't even hand it to me. I said thanks and he said yup. I will buy my things somewhere else. I do not recommend this O'Riellys location.

Usually never have a problem here, but when I came in to get another relay just like the one I bought a month ago, I had to deal with one of the rudest and disgruntled employees I've ever met at this location. He barely looked anything thing up to help me find the part I needed and told me I'd have to go to the dealership. His name was Thomas and honestly I'm just not gonna shop there anymore because of him. I went to auto zone down the street and found the relay with no problems and good customer service. And a note for Thomas - Grow up, stop being lazy and actually do your job. If you don't want to help people find a different job. Its sad that you can't do something so simple.

Colby was amazing! I needed a new fuse for my new car and the manual was less than helpful but he found the right diagram, changed the fuse for me and checked to see that everything else was in order. Phenomenal service every time I come into this location

Bentley was awesome. Needed my check engine light scanned, he politely obliged. He then gave me a quote for a couple different brands of the part that was called out by the check engine code. I hope he's a manager. Seems like a good guy and an even better employee. Thanks Bentley. I'll come back to you if I need help again.

Colton and staff assisted a lady visiting my church from out of town. Her battery was bad and they tested it, replaced it and sent her on her way in around 20 minutes. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Bad store. It was great when it first opened but has went down hill tremendously. Will hire anyone without training and suggest google. Doesnt want to take too much time to help one customer. The management is awful. They are very inappropriate with female workers or females in general. Your best bet is auto zone down the street.

The receipt had the right part #, but the box was the wrong parts, which we discovered at home. After some computer gymnastics, they were able to correct it. However, the intended part was out of stock and the replacement cost more.

I went in to get a hose for my car and the part the lady got wasn’t the right size. I kindly asked if she would come look to see if we could figure out which size is the right size hose and she said no. She didn’t apologize or anything just blatantly refused to help. I went back outside to try and figure it out myself and she came outside with her boyfriend to smoke. Not once did she ask if I figured it out, she just was talking to her boyfriend about how she decorated their house. I don’t appreciate the lack of help from an employee who is supposed to be there to help customers the best they can. Not to just refuse service and go outside to smoke and talk about personal matters while on the clock. Never had worse service in my life from an auto shop.
