Went to buy a car battery and have it installed. Was told they could not install my battery because they were assisting another customer, waiting for another part for another car, and training a new employee. Did not offer to have me come back or wait to have it installed. Just said we can’t do it. Installation is included with my make and model. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this store.

Bought some windshield wipers here. The store clerk could tell I was struggling figuring it out and putting them on, and he came out and helped me. It was 0 degrees outside as well. Very kind and helpful move that went above and beyond!

Jerome helped me this time. I needed a new battery for my 2010 Toyota Prius HYB. And I decided to give them more business with a new rear windshield wiper.
They helped me test it for free, find the right new one, install, and discover if the old battery for me!
I always have great customer service and fair prices at O'Reilly's.

This place sucks I wish I was in Shawnee still. Weent in for a return had receipt. Tall kinda ginger glasses wearing Manager couldn't put it on another card after my phone wallet case was stolen. Accepted a gift card for it then the guy scratched off the protection strip after the transactions and I asked for a gift card without being scratched off and he laughed at me and told me take it or leave it. Terrible customer service, go to auto zone or advanced auto down the block.dudes name was Barney or something avoid this man

DJ is always so amazing and helpful. He’s really kind and always knows how to help me with my car problems. This is the only shop I go to because of DJ. He should be a manager!

We came in to pick some stuff up and to use the restroom. I had my 7 year old with me. Their men's bathroom, apparently the "public" one and is absolutely disgusting. Smells like old pee and looks very dirty. The manager was in the womans bathroom, we knocked and she opened the door, looked us up and down and shut the door. So we waited while my kid has to pee real bad. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when we tried going into the womans bathroom saying it was employee bathroom. Interesting that they can keep their "employee" bathroom clean but the other bathroom is covered in piss. We will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Courtney and Dj are fantastic. I cannot compliment them or thank them enough for the kindness and knowledge they shared for me. They helped me not only find everything, order parts but made sure it happened quickly and efficiently. I’m extremely grateful for them and cannot say thank you enough!

I do not EVER want a reason to come to this location again for the rest of my life.
The gentleman who helped me was helpful. He honestly should be in that store by himself or train everybody else how to act civil and professional towards patrons.

Empty shelves, unhelpful staff.
Guy behind the counter had never heard of half the things I needed for a brake job. Couldn't even find a can of brake clean in the store and the guy had never heard of anti-seize.
Tried to return something and he asked if I wanted to buy it again for $20 less if I paid cash.

It was -20 wind chill today and I needed a new battery. Gavin advised me as to which battery to purchase and then cheerfully installed it. Other store said they’d do it on a “normal day.” I have ALWAYS received great service here!

The staff greet you as you enter the building. Then, they are helpful in taking care of your vehicle's problems. I have always enjoyed doing business with O'Reilly.

Poor customer service, I get sent to the Lenexa store, to go get the parts they don't have (20min drive not a huge deal) get there wait for 45 min to an hour for the parts to not even be there. Out on delivery to the Wornall store. I will say the manager I spoke with in the beginning at the Wornall location was a nice guy, however the cashier I made the initial transaction with could learn to smile, and not talk down to the customer, and question me like I'm stupid when I give him an exact part number..anywho 4 hours wasted.. now finally going to go get my parts. I was supposed to be notified when they arrived but again lack of communication. Remember Communication is Key.

They answered my phone call right away and then when I arrived they gladly came out and checked my alternator. The young man new the price of the battery I needed then they installed it within 30 minutes. What a blessing

I always feel at home at O'REILLYs. This store was no different. I needed a battery. I traded my old battery for a new one which was in stock and left. Total time in store: about 10 minutes.

Today Arthur diagnosed and installed a new battery for me. He was helpful and courteous, exactly how you want the customer service process to be when dealing with your car! I’ve always had good service at this O’Reilly, and will always be a return customer.

When I went there it was pretty late at night, my cylinder in my car was misfiring and there was no way I would be able to get home, being a small woman that kinda scared me. But the guys here realized that and came to help quickly. It took almost an hour and a half to change the plug because we had to disassemble half of my car. I offered to give them a tip for the help but they wouldn't take it. Big shout out to John. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. Honestly the best experience I've had at an O'Reilly's.

A man named Arthur helped me today when I needed a new car battery. He was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He installed my battery even though the old was was crusty and hard to get out. Thank you Arthur, I appreciate you!!

Larry!!! What a wonderful man. I am in KC for a family medical issue. Unfortunately for me, my Jeep is in the need of immediate repair to make the 650 mile trip home to WI. This wonderful man, Larry, has gone above & beyond to help me get ALL the parts & pieces needed for the repairs, and let me reassure you, it's been a challenge. Give that man a RAISE!!!!!
Besides Larry being helpful, I did observe the other employees also. All the employees are helpful & friendly. Definitely 5 stars for this location.Aug 12, 2022 -
Good luck with getting your parts here. The place is disorganized. Went to get brake line parts and the parts were scattered all over the shelf. I asked one of the employees if they had a flare nut and she told if its not over there we don't have it. Didn't look it up on there computer, didn't look in the back. Just told me go through there mess. Skip this place and go one block down to Advanced Auto. Everything is organized and the staff ACTUALLY TRIES TO HELP YOU.

I didn't actually go in. My daughter went in to get some Wiper Clean for me. The price was good and the guy came out and put it in my car for me. I always go to O'Reillys because I am good friends with an outside sales rep for the company.

Only O'Reilly I like to use. Took these boys a minute to remember. To be a local! All the guys here are hard working, law abiding, productive Kansas City citizens. 90% or better, this store has your part right then, or by 3pm that day. Thank you gents for your patience with GRANDPA KYLE, I can get under the skin. Store always clean and we have a solid working experience and relationship. #GPKL

Ronald went above and beyond in installing my new battery on a Sunday afternoon when I was in need. Several calls were placed before he could find the appropriate battery but he found what I needed and then completed the difficult installation. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Checked and replaced battery on my ancient SUV. They removed and installed the new battery at no extra charge. I pressed a $5 tip into the installers hand. I would have given him $10 but my wallet was empty.

Wow talk about efficiency and very helpful, Jay the manager greeted me as soon as I walked in the door all I needed was a blinker light bulb and he had me in and out of the store with a light bulb installed in probably less than 4 minutes wow great staff great guys thank you so much O'Reilly and & Jay.
