We have taken our vehicles in multiple times and have consistently received 10/10 service: great communication, working in a timely manner, and always answered any questions we have. It can be an intimidating experience for women to take their car to get looked at and in my experience, Kevin and everyone working there have been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Don’t take your car anywhere else!

Had a vibration in my front end on my way up to Kansas City to visit my wife. Dropped my truck off at 8 in the morning. The called me at 10:22 to let me know my alignment was fine. I went ahead and had them rebalance and rotate my tires. Called me back again at 11:16 to say my truck was ready for pickup. Great service and very trustworthy. No appointment at all just dropped it off and they took care of me. Will definitely be my go to spot in KC. Thanks again!

PROFESSIONAL! QUICK! and THOROUGH! They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly to have me back on the road in one day. I went in thinking it was one problem and in fact it was something completely different (and cheaper). I spoke with 3 different customers in my time of dropping off and picking up my car and all 3 expressed how much they “trust this shop”. Highly recommend.
I have been going to Kevin’s since I moved to KC a couple of years ago. They have fixed a range of different issues for my 2 cars and maintained them well to get me going again. They are informative, communicate well and are fair in all their services. I believe they charge reasonable prices for the great quality of work they provide.

excellent service! thanks for getting the hairlip out of the hood! my only criticism is that the spare tire i requested was not in the trunk, i had to ask for it and wasnt sure it was the correct one from the pile, but fingers crossed! Good service but pricey. They were very thorough in their diagnosis. Some of their diagnostic page was generalized and not specific to my issue, but it gives a helpful overview for those unfamiliar with cars. Their pricing was 40% higher for standard brake replacement than other local shops I called (unfortunately too late).
Staffs are accommodating and respectful. They are honest about the things needed to be done for my car. I highly recommended KC Brake and Auto Service.
Called to get my brake booster repaired. They checked everything and gave me a break down with video and explanations of everything I need to get done. They got me in the next morning and before the end of business I was ready to go. Brakes are working good. They got me right.All the staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. I needed some bizarre inspection I've never heard of. They not only knew all about it but without an appointment got me out maybe 10 min after I got there. Super nice, no appt needed.
You all were kind and transparent in explaining the service and what my car needed and didn’t hustle me out of any money when there was opportunity to do so. However I am 100% certain that whoever worked on/ was in my car stole one of my belongings. I am unhappy about that and will not return because of this, despite the service being okay.

Nothing like your car gasping for air on the highway right after an oil change to kick off a trip to visit family, right? Early into my drive to Kansas City, my car decided accelerating was optional. And as we know, it's not. Turns out the mechanic back home made a Oopsie.
By the time I rolled into Kansas City on Friday, I knew I needed help and fast! After some overwhelming online searching I found KC Brake & Auto. Their online reviews? GLOWING! So on Monday at 8:00 a.m., I called, hopeful they could squeeze me in. Welp, nope. They were already full for the day. First come, first served. Lesson learned. So Tuesday morning, I showed up at 7:08 a.m. and ended up fourth in line waiting for the doors to open. By 7:30? It looked like a Cars Anonymous meeting, 'Hi, my name is Rusty and I leak oil'. lol. There were at least 11 people behind me. Moral of the story, get there there early.

These guys are very informative about what they are doing to to your vehicle. They do an inspection and then you get to see the list of items that passed or need attention. They also don’t work in your vehicle until you approve the job that is to be done. The prices are great and very reasonable. To make things even better their communication is top notch. They respond quickly and answer any questions you may have. I would recommend this company for any work to be done in a vehicle!
Kevin’s has always been the most honest and trustworthy garage I have been to in my time as a car owner. Still is in 2025. I feel bad the secret is out that they are as good as their reviews but it is true. The pricing is spot on. Appreciate these guys with my car getting more miles and years underneath it. I Took my Ford Fusion here and I was Quoted one price and once I picked my car up they saved me some labor cost and they didn't make me purchase a part, that I thought that I needed but come to find out I didn't.
